In the later part of his life he gained fame as a trainer for up and coming high flyers in the DF but just as he was making a name for himself he either suffered an accident or fell suddenly ill (both versions exist) and never truly recovered, dying a few years later. Nothing spectacular, but knew his place and found his niche."
