[5.0] "She was a great talent in Lucha Underground and has what I consider one of the best matches I've seen against Mariposa. It was a brutal classic. Sadly she's forever marred by legitimately injuring Rosemary and breaking the biggest rule in wrestling. She reportedly had a bad attitude in the locker room as well. An amazingly talented wrestler who can't get along with coworkers...where have I heard this before..."

[4.0] "She was a good wrestler at first, but then TripleMania happened. She legitimately broke Rosemary's arm in a shoot style move, even though taking liberties is one of the most detestable things anyone can do. She gave PWI a spiel about being a hater of domestic abuse and that a woman should be as good as a man, but then she did that shoot. That made her a massive hypocrite and got her blacklisted from every major company. Maybe if she stayed clean, I could give her a higher score, but you have to judge people based on actual personality, NOT just the character they play."

[0.0] "You know what's crazy? I thought Sexy Star sucked even before she broke Rosemary's arm. Genuinely a diva level talent that somehow got a big main event push that she didn't deserve. Sexy Star was Triple A & Lucha Underground trying to do an empowering saga with this absolute asshole. Her offense was never convincing, her strikes were weak, she wasn't that crazy of a high flyer, and she had no submission game, everyone knows Luchadors kick ass at submissions, and she couldn't even do that right. She stunk, I'm glad I never see her anywhere now."

[1.0] "The original Sexy Star is proof of how damn good Lucha Underground's booking was for at least the first two seasons, because they got her so over on the back of storytelling alone despite her being really bad in the ring and on the mic. Her most defining and remembered moments across her career are her screaming expletives in English into a live mic and her shooting on Rosemary for literally no reason. Before the Rosemary situation she was just a bad worker who slotted into what LU wanted to do with a masked female wrestler in their storylines, but now she's forever marred by those actions (which shed light on preexisting attitude issues) and I'm glad she just disappeared. I don't think she's 0-worthy but I think if she didn't basically go away after her last AAA match then she'd have done something to make it so. The new Sexy Star in AAA currently is more charismatic, a better worker, sexier, and more of a star than "Sexy Dulce" will ever be."

[9.0] "Sexy Star was one of the best parts of Lucha Underground and arguably it's most valuable player for a while, she has a amazing appearance and she is a great talent both in cleancut athletic sports focused matches and in bloody death matches, unfortunately her career has been ruined by deciding to shoot break Rosemary's arm in 2017. However she has had great success in boxing and hopefully she can once again be a major star in a major wrestling company in the future before she retires, although that seems unlikely given her age and focus on her boxing career and other interests outside the wrestling bubble."

[8.0] "One of my favourite long-term stories in Lucha Underground. She had classic matches like the one vs. Mariposa. That said, we cannot disregard the reason her career practically ended... That said, I feel like she's still one of the best women workers I've watched through the past decade, and was a part of why Lucha Underground was so awesome. 8/10"

[5.0] "While Sexy Star's offense could occasionally be hit-and-miss, she had a good look and character, was a good seller and benefited from booking both in AAA and Lucha Underground that played to her strengths as a performer and made her a notable women's star on both sides of the border. Unfortunately, she severely damaged her own career at the 2017 TripleMania event, when she made the poor judgment of injuring Rosemary with a legit armbar after the end of her match. In the wake of these actions, she lost her spots with both AAA and Lucha Underground, and many of her peers publicly distanced themselves from her; time will tell if any major promotions will take a chance on her again (and whether her peers and/or the fans will be accepting of it if they do)."

[2.0] "Sexy Star got super over in Lucha Underground but since then her career has flatlined. Her intentionally injuring Rosemary destroyed her career and doing that should ruin a career. Have to see if she bounces back but looks unlikely"

[0.0] "She intentionally injured an opponent. She deserves zero sympathy. I feel that? s enough of an explanation, but Cagematch wants my answer longer. Anyone who does something like this deserves to be blacklisted. Hopefully she? ll never wrestle again, though that seems unlikely."

[1.0] "Shot on another wrestler and injured her without ever apologizing and to be honest, was never very good as a worker during her peak in LU."

[1.0] "Dangerous worker, difficulties backstage, etc, etc, etc. While she has had her successes, you cannot ignore what she has done with Rosemary."

[3.0] "I won't go all the way and give her a 0 or 1 because of what she did to Rosemary in 2017, but I won't give her a score much better. She had some pretty great moments in Lucha Underground, heck, she became one of the main stars throughout that wonderful show's run. But when you go out and seriously injure another wrestler on purpose, and you don't then immediately apologize, you've been forever tainted in my eyes."

[6.0] "I don't think it's fair to judge all of the wrestler formerly known as Sexy Star's career based on one event (as terrible as it was), let alone being outright revisionist as if every accomplishment she had up to that time was unwarranted. While politics seemed to have played a part in her success, specially regarding the championships she has won, it's not like she wasn't enough of a decent wrestler to back it up. She took part in some good-to-great matches in AAA and then in Lucha Underground, the latter of which brought her to the center of some of their main storylines and, as a consequence, brought her a wider fandom. For a while, it seemed like her name would have the same worldwide recognition as Pentagon Jr. 's or Rey Mysterio Jr. 's. But then, it all went downhill after she somehow thought it would be a good idea to shoot on Rosemary at Triplemánia XXXV, by breaking her arm. She was promptly stripped of her Reina de las Reinas Championship and pretty much blacklisted from every promotion around the world. Now, was that unfair? Of course not: she asked for it the very moment she maliciously hurt her fellow wrestler. There was no one to blame for it but herself. That could've been the end of Sexy Star's career and, for a while, it really seemed like she was done. However, after a brief stint in MMA promotion Combate Américas, it seems like she is slowly and quietly returning to business, under the name Sexy Dulce, by competing in way smaller events. Now, only time will tell if fans will eventually get over what happened, allowing her to return to the big leagues, or if she will keep fighting in small promotions for the rest of the career. As of now, it is only fair to remember Sexy Dulce/Sexy Star for both her best and her worst."

[7.0] "I'm having a really hard time deciding how to rate Sexy Star. Specifically, concerning how much weight I should put on her situation with Rosemary. Obviously wrestling doesn't work if you can't trust the person you're in the ring with. That said, emotions can certainly get out of hand & she's not the first person who's gone off on someone when it was completely the wrong thing to do. I'm guess I'm not going to come down on her as hard as most others have. Aside from the Rosemary incident, Sexy Star was a huge part in the success of Lucha Underground. You can make a case for the fact that she should not have been pushed all the way to the title. But the way she mixed it up in the early days really helped set the tone for the show. She also had more name recognition than most of the people on LU for the early days. Even I was familiar with her & I don't follow Mexican wrestling at all. But it does seem like she is effectively blackballed from pro wrestling now & doing some amateur boxing/MMA."

[4.0] "Sexy Star was/is a solid wrestler. She was never GREAT but very adequate. She's put on some good matches with both men and women. Unfortunately for her, she ruined her career after shoot injuring Rosemary at Triplemania 2017. It was a despicable act which brought down her rating quite a lot for me (those who gave 0s are justified). I see her the same way as Yoshiko but on a much much lesser scale. What I mean by that is that she was a talented wrestler who absolutely derailed her career by going off the rails mid-match and shoot injuring her competitor. Very sad."

[8.0] "People are so anal here. Sexy Star is an excellent fighter and people are stuck up about the incident with Rosemary. That is seeing black and white. She should be remember for the good not the bad. Just forgive her for what she did. She has a great wrestling ability and is exciting to watch in the ring. She could fight men very well in the ring."

[1.0] "Hugely overpushed in Lucha Underground despite the fact that she's an awful wrestler. In my entire circle of friends who have watched LU, nobody likes her. Incredibly boring in every way. Also apparently a terrible person outside of wrestling."

Her utterly unprofessional behaviour including getting Taya kicked out of AAA and more heinously deliberately injuring a colleague who had made no attempt to attack her first."

I used to be a tremendous fan of hers from her work in LU, however, the fact that she would ignore the safety of her opponents is unforgvable. [0.0] "Sexy Star killed Sexy Star's career. Went from a fairly popular female wrestler to hopefully not finding any more employment. Even though the injury to Rosemary wasn't as bad as it could've been, the intent is the problem"

Not too long ago, she had AAA screw over Johnny Mundo & Taya Valkyrie because she wanted to be the champion, and it the reports are right, she doesn't have to lose it for the rest of her time there. Now she's caught everyone's attention again by intentionally breaking Rosemary's arm during a match a few days ago, then lying to everyone saying that it was a work. Several wrestling communities have been calling for her to be blacklisted for her actions, and while some of the lower wrestling promotions have complied and kicked her out, we have yet to see whether AAA will even bother to punish her or will just continue sucking her dick."

[0.0] "Anyone who goes into business on there own deserves less than a 0. I hope to god that she doesn't get booked by anyone, shes basically blackballed herself so a massive well done to her. Rosemary always had more talent in her little finger than Sexy Star has in her whole fucking body."

[0.0] "oh how a star has fallen - from being a wrestler well liked in Lucha Underground and making history winning their world title as a female, to the incidents since her return to AAA - 1st She screwed with Taya Valkyrie by getting her backstage heat and then getting on the bookers good books and making sure she won the women's title and kicked Taya out of AAA (a Shitty thing to do on its own) but the 2nd incident shows she needs to be out of this business - she is selfish, egotistical, dangerous and absolute scum that needs to be blacklisted from every promotion that cares about this business - shooting with Lady Shani to start with and causing the match to be a shambles because she was no-selling everything (Including The stiffest Chair shot I've seen from Hamada) and being as unpredictable as a crack addict watching A Clockwork Orange which alone is worthy of being kicked out of most companies but the worst was Injuring Rosemary Intentionally and from reports Dislocating her elbow and Tearing her tricep - not since the Mass Transit incident have I been this disgusted by someones actions in a wrestling ring - SCUM, TRASH and FILTH all are suitable descriptors for this horrendous wrestler - Her ego has destroyed all her potential and now she's got to pay the price - Worst Women's Wrestler Active Today - and yes I would take Eva Marie over Star every day - also the Triplemania match is genuinely deserving of a Minus 6 Stars rating by Meltzer"

Terrible person, it feels like yoshiko did to yasukawa 2 years ago. What can I say More?"

If you legitimately want to hurt someone in the ring, there is no place for you because you have violated the most important rule about wrestling, and that rule is trust."

[0.0] "She deserved that rating after what she's done to Rosemary at Triplemania. I was pissed when she screwed Taya and i am more pissed now. She's a terrible "professional" wrestler. AAA promoter vampiro always does stupid things and one of them is Sexy Star. She was hell of an overrated on Lucha Underground and she really sucks now."

[0.0] "No sexy and definitely not a star. Maybe the most overrated womens wrestler in the history of our sport. He offense is horrendous and he finisher in Lucha Underground is weak. She doesn't belong anywhere near a promotion nearly as big as Lucha Underground or AAA. The only good thing I could find about her is that her selling ability is good. EDIT: She injured a fellow wrestler ON PURPOSE. Screw this unprofessional ho. 0/10."

I have watched her on Lucha Underground and last night on AAA's Triplemania XXV and hse isn't that good in ring, she is by no means the worst! She is OK at best, but her failure to protect opponents and fellow workers she gets a 0 from me."

[0.0] "While I once gave Sexy a 3/10 and said she was a decent midcard heel that can work hardcore, she has proven in the time sense that she is much worse (or much lazier) now, and a much worse and less professional person than it seemed. Returning to AAA masked after unmasking, being given the Reina de Reinas title, shooting on and pissing off other female wrestlers while spending 80% of a match on the outside to avoid bumping/selling, intentionally injuring a woman who wasn't even the one shooting on her, etc. Sexy seems unwilling to make anybody else look good, while being unable to look good herself. She is incredibly lucky that Lucha Underground saw something in her that doesn't exist and used their booking and editing to make her look like anything worthwhile. Just horrid."

[4.0] "I can't understand what people see in Sexy Star. She's not the worst wrestler in the planet but she's just not good enough to be a "legit" champion. The way she's cheered is really exagerate. (sorry for my horrible english)"

[3.0] "Being a female wrestler that takes part in intergender matches means that she often looks very weak in her offence against the male wrestlers, which not only doesn't help her but also brings the male wrestlers' quality down by association since they have to ridiculously sell her incredibly weak looking offence. If she was just a female wrestler awkwardly wrestling male wrestlers then I wouldn't have minded, but what really ruined Sexy Star was the way Lucha Underground insisted on constantly shoving the 'female empowerment against males' schtick down the audiences' throats despite it being such a massively overused female wrestling stereotype. Her feuds ended up being very unbelievable and boring, especially when she was beating Pentagon Jr. She does a below average job against other female wrestlers (if that's at all a positive), but the way she's currently booked against the men makes her look really bad."

[6.0] "I slightly like Sexy Star. She has her flaws, her strikes are pretty poor and she is often awkward. But she does have a good character and a weird kind of charisma about her. There are a lot of better wrestlers out there but Star brings a certain something to the table."

[5.0] "Sexy Star isn't a very good wrestler, per se, but I don't think she's completely useless all around. Her offense looks weak and she's occasionally very sloppy, but she has enough charisma to keep her matches from being skippable. Her connection with the crowd in the Temple is fantastic and she's a very believable babyface. While I'm not a huge fan, I appreciate her presence on Lucha Underground."

[4.0] "One of the most inept women in wrestling. Yes, it is better to Nikki Bella, better Stratus. But this is not an indicator. It positions itself as a technically - but it does not have sharp reversals and pain. It positions itself as a high-flyer - in her arsenal of some splash. It does not have anything. About charisma and microphone generally keep quiet. I do not understand why it is held in the LU"
