"I saw Adam Pacitti at a grocery store in Essex yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn't want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. At first he kept pretending to go through a table and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the figurines and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually "to prevent any meltzer infetterence, " and then turned around and winked at me. I don't even think that's a word. After she scanned each figurine and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by telling her that he's employed really loudly."

I was in a bad place at the time, my wife had recently left me and I was feeling a bit low. Adam saw a kid waiting for autographs and decided to go over and speak to him. It went sideways really quickly". It cheered me right up and I've never forgotten it. The fact my wife left me wasn't really relevant to the story. Also, there was another kid there but Adam didn't want to talk to him because he had an irish accent."
