[7.0] "A fun, fast-paced match to kick off this Collision. Super cool to see Haste & Nicholls show up here, and I thought both of them did great. Everyone else did good as well, but I wanted to point them out since they're primarily competing in NJPW currently."
[7.0] "A very fun tv multi-man tag match. BCC provided the heat, with Claudio in particular being super energetic & delivering an extremely nice hot tag."
[7.0] "This was a really good match. It didn't really lead anywhere, but not every match has to. I think AEW is at it's best when it has smoe matches just to have them, as well as advancing angles."
[8.0] "This was an absolute blast. Yuta has had an edge he was missing since his return, Claudio was just on one tonight, TMDK were consummate professionals, and we got a little heel Rocky which we haven't seen in AEW. BCC should be doing this every week they don't have something more important to do. Lio felt like a weird fit for this match, and I hope that's leading to something interesting with him cause he's an incredible talent. Please AEW, more 8 man tag TV matches with 8 good wrestlers."
[6.0] "I thought this match was a lot of fun with Claudio Castagnoli in particular seemingly having a great time during this match. Still, it's hard to get anything too substantial out of matches with this many people in them and so one-sided in terms of star power."
[9.0] "Great atomics match here, I love seeing the BCC all back together at full strength. This was my favorite of the night and I think they really nailed it well, the opponents were a motely mix of folks but all did well, I especially thought Lio Rush was looking damn good."
[7.0] "Breezy multi-man action, starting Collision's birthday bash in style. The entire BCC should probably be united more frequently moving foward, as it does have some novelty as a TV side mission. Their opponents make the most of this occasion also, with Rocky Romero especially relishing the chance to lean heel. ***1/4"
[5.0] "This was fine technically but obviously pretty nothing otherwise. Really not much more to it than that other than watching BCC do their thing with a few bits for the New Japan team."
[7.0] "Good match. BCC vs the New Japan pro wrestling odds and ends so the winner was never in question. Fun opener with good wrestling throughout and well-paced. Hoping we get a Nigel McGuinness vs Bryan Danielson match down the road with how much Nigel was trashing Danielson."
[7.0] "Good wrestlers, good action, good crowd, I don't know what more you could ask for an opener of a TV show like Collision, a star-studded all-action tag match like I've come to expect from such great names. There was never any time for boredom, despite a somewhat timid start, and the last few minutes were truly incredible, with everyone on fire, especially Claudio. Great to see TMDK in an AEW ring too. Fun match."
[8.0] "Good solid opener, very enjoyable! Nigel on commentary with Bryan wrestling is also hilariously funny. Some good spots, really good to see bcc together again."
[6.0] "Pretty standard stuff here but fun enough. The New Japan team are all guys that are good enough to be interesting enough against a team like BCC who are clearly not going to lose. Danielson and Lio at the start was fun and hopefully there's a singles match we get from them. Mox and Yuta didn't do much probably for good reason with Yuta just coming back and Mox traveling from Japan this week. Claudio gets the big ending sequence which always deliver while Mox gets the finishing move and pin for the win."
