[4.0] "Difficult to follow. Between the booking of the match which I had a lot of difficulty, the botches of Jade, Gonzalez who no longer gives off much and the totally absurd finish, I don't really know what I liked during this match. The audience seemed hot, surprisingly. (2*)"
"Just watched this match, and tbh it was just not good, not hating on the performers, people say they didnt like coras performance, but I think it was fine. The main issue is that there really was no structure, the match was just all over the place, and the most memorable spot was the finish, I cant tell how that should have gone for sure, but it just looked really awkward, I rewatched it a few times because I was curious if I could spot what they were going for there. To me it looks like it was supposed to be Mandy kind of squeezing coras head to pin her down, which is neither believable, nor, if it were, a good wrestling move, the first few times looking at it I thought Mandy was just kneeling in front of Coras head with nothing stopping her from just rolling to the side to get out of the pin. Even in the best case scenario, without the awkward dancing around before Mandy started the pin, nobody can see that shes squeezing her head. And keep in mind that this was the finish to a Tripple Threat title match, they couldnt come up with something better? They fight for a bit and then the match just kind of ends and Mandy retains."
[4.0] "I don't think it was as bad as some of the comments here suggested, but I do agree that they didn't had that much chemistry. Couple of botches through the match and just the rythem of it was kind of odd. With that being said, the effort was there and thr crowd was invested in the match. **1/4"
[2.0] "This was really painful to watch. Raquel had a few decent moments here and there but besides her this was a parade of botches and awkward looking offense from Jade and Rose."
[3.0] "This was a predictably bad match with Gonzalez dominating the match and then being thrown outside or just running through the robes (rinse and repeat), Cora Jade being good at selling but being green in pretty much every other aspect, and Mandy being the eye candy who wasn't that bad but definitely not good. Also it was a three way which by default makes it hard to suspend ones disbelief."
[1.0] "That was terrible from the beginning to the end, the first move was botched and the match was hilarious to watch. I don't think that's why you watch this so it was very disappointing it just looked like the girls wanted to do bad things on purpose. In other words very bad wrestling here"
[0.0] "Abysmal match. Everything looked bad, even the roll-up finish was botched and just looked embarrassing. Also, for the second week in a row Raquel was booked to look like a complete moron. Cora Jade is nowhere near ready to be on TV let alone a high profile title match and Mandy is just not a good in-ring performer. Raquel can have good matches with good wrestlers but she can not carry a match with bad wrestlers."
[4.0] "This match was terrible. Just a really embarrassing championship match. With workers like Io Shirai and Kay Lee Ray and Dakota Kai in the division and knowing that NXT just realized the likes of Mia Yim, Mercedes Martinez and Ember Moon to allow matches like this to get elevated, I am just really, really uncomfortable with the denigration of NXT's women's division. Now, I do not blame Raquel Gonzalez for this match whatsoever. Her facial expressions and moves exude intensity that I appreciate. That is my one positive. For the negative, I have one worker I want to talk about...Cora Jade. Her greenness and inexperience in this match shone bright. From botching the roll-up to a weak pulling down of the top ropes to send Raquel Gonzalez over, I did not believe anything that she did and some of the things just looked horrific. Now, she has potential and can improve. She certainly is athletic which is a huge plus and quite frankly a necessity looking at the skillset for the top women in WWE's women's division (Charlotte, Sasha, Becky, Liv, Bianca, Alexa). But her matches consist of more botches than highlights and its a true drag on the match. Then the finish came out of nowhere with Mandy Rose awkwardly transitioning into it and nothing about it looking believable. At least I can tolerate Mandy Rose because she is a quality promo with a great grasp on her character and is doing some strong heel work. Unfortunately, Cora Jade is too wooden and lifeless as a promo and too green in the ring for me to get behind her as a top contender to the championship. This is developmental, so I want her to have the time to develop. But to get the spotlight that she has been getting as the next top women's wrestler feels wildly misplaced especially in light of the disaster that was her first championship match. I feel like Mandy and Raquel were sort of in this match to protect Cora but they are not good enough workers (especially Mandy) to carry a match and hide the weaknesses of anyone they are in the ring with. The pieces added up to a total disaster and a worrying sign for the future of women's wrestling in WWE if they think matches like this one are acceptable."
[5.0] "I don't know each competitors' backstage relationships w/ their companies, but I see more potential in Skye Blue than Cora Jade, even-if by doing so I'm siding w/ the FL-New Yorker over my native Chicagoan. My personal predilections for the cutey-patootie types don't include trashy, oh-so-typical tattoos that would look better on Kay Lee Ray's arms and look than Cora's. Yet I do acknowledge Cora's on a higher-plane w/ deeper expectations-greater opportunities than where Skye is as of Nov '21 (where I am w/ AEW) Mostly fine action that gets trashed by the IWC b/c they don't like Mandy. But, I too didn't like the finish as too-many of MR's victories are flash or happen by a silly circumstance. 2 2/5"
[6.0] "This is a divisive match. The chemistry in the first half seemed pretty off but towards the end all three of them got it together and it became pretty cool. It's a WWE Triple threat so theres always someone out of action nearly but it was fine. Finish was lame tho"
[5.0] "This was a solid triple threat that did not feel out of place on a great show. Mandy Rose and Raquel Gonzalez both opted to forego battles with one another for attacks on the far less experienced Cora Jade. It was an interesting dynamic. I also loved the spot with Gonzalez ramming Rose into Jade before hitting the Double Samoan Drop. Gonzalez looked like a star in general in this one. Jade looked like a future star in her own right, especially with the pin breakup. All in all, a solid 5 out of 10. I enjoyed this more on the second watch."
[6.0] "It was a solid match between these three with Cora being the weaker link while Raquel & Mandy had their chemistry cover up most of the match. It was slow and didn't kick in the next gear. Mandy winning was predictable as there are women who are ready to claim the throne. 2.75 out of 5 stars!"
[5.0] "This match is for me and by far the least good one of the show, Raquel Gonzalez showed how green she is and downsided the match to me, even if I'm clearly not a fan of Mandy Rose or Cora Jade. The action was not interesting and the booking decision to make Rose retain wasn't that logical to me. **1/2"
[2.0] "Ugh. I tried to like this more than I did, but the action was so unbelievably sloppy here it's honestly embarrassing. Just a bunch of horribly choreographed moves with no purpose or transition in any way. Terrible. [*]"
[7.0] "A great match here that showed off the variety of NXT's women's division. Jade looks great for her age, Gonzalez is a great power wrestler, and Rose has finally gotten a chance to show what she can do. It had some of the usual problems of a triple threat match, with having to have one person out of the ring for extended periods, but apart from that it was great, with Mandy especially taking advantage of the lack of DQs and winning by taking advantage of Cora's inexperience."
[4.0] "Not a good match. There are some interesting things but overall it's an insufficient match. Cora Jade has talent but is very green, Mandy has a good gimmick and has improved but is still low level and Raquel is decent. The ending I would have done better. Luckily the NXT crowd is always active and made the match less boring. Anyway, I expect Raquel to be on the main roster and Mandy to lose the title before too long."
[4.0] "Not a good match. All the moves, including the roll-up, were slow and clumsy. The match didn't have impressive moves. Mandy has made some advance, but she's still not good enough to lead a division."
[6.0] "After seeing some of the comments on here I decided to rewatch this match. Upon rewatch, I found I was being a bit harsh. There weren't really any botches, the pace was definitely slow and never really picked up, but there were some good spots that had a good build. Cora doing a senton to break up Raquel's pinfall attempt after hitting her finish on Rose was unique (and looked painful! ). I also liked the start of the match, where Rose was desperate to keep Raquel away and pin Jade early. The finish was bad though. Cora went for her devastating roll up on Rose but instead just got sat on and lost. Jade looked like a clown, and Rose looked like she got by the skin of her teeth against a rookie. The finish helped nobody, but hopefully it gets Cora out of the title picture she shouldn't have been in at this stage of her career. I imagine Raquel is off to the main roster, though maybe she will get a one on one match with Rose before that seeing as she didn't get pinned. It was alright, but nothing remarkable. [**3/4]"
[4.0] "This match had a botch from the spot and it continued to have it's rough spots the rest of the match. This is a slightly below average match but you hope to see something better with the women's title on the line.**1/4"
[3.0] "Very awkward match. A lot of spots and moves were telegraphed too obviously and none of the women shined. The weird ending sequence was a perfect encapsulation of the match as a whole."
[6.0] "It was my least anticipated match but it was fine but Mandy Rose isn't at the same level as the former NXT Women's Champions, and Cora is still green"
[6.0] "Decent match, the only thing that I disliked about this match is the ending and Mandy winning the match, the correct booking was Cora winning the title"
[6.0] "Decent enough and had the crowd going but the ending was a bit of a dud. I like all three women in this match but it didn't click in the way past bouts have."
[0.0] "One of the worst matches I have ever seen in my life, these three wrestlers were so weak that it was as if three beginner wrestlers were in the ring, Piece of Shit in the true sense of the word"
[3.0] "This match between Mandy Rose, Cora Jade and Raquel González was not good at all and a big disappointment if you ask me, not because I was expecting to see wonders with these three wrestlers far from it and I think I don't even need to point it out as it's so obvious but I think that it could have been a fun three-way dance with some interesting elements. In the end it was nothing like that and it was purely down to the execution because I have absolutely nothing to say about the booking except that seeing Mandy Rose's first title defence (she won the title two months ago I remind you) end with a roll-up was surely not the best decision. But I liked the writing of it all with the face-to-face between Mandy and Raquel being sold to us as a big deal as it should have been, with Cora Jade taking the opportunity to come back as an opportunist but Mandy winning with all her experience. As I said it's just the execution here that was a real problem, the action itself was sloppy & mediocre and there's absolutely nothing to remember about it, so much botches and zero good spot. It was just a bad title match and the only soporific thing in this show, I feel like it was pointless and isn't going anywhere."
