[4.0] "There's definitely a slight difference in quality when you compare Abyss to Spike Dudley. And it's really not nearly enough and therefore significantly weaker than the opening match at Slammiversary, which was at least somewhat watchable. The Dudleys are riding the hype these days, and the former New Age Outlaws are gradually earning the reputation of being completely ineffective outside of the Attitude Era."
[8.0] "In all the time that has passed since the death of ECW, this fight is as close as it gets to what it was like there. It's similar to the old ECW matches, it's the spirit of ECW, it's the atmosphere of ECW, and no amount of WWE attempts can replicate this success, because during the Sci Fi show, the ECW wrestlers and WWE wrestlers are trying to create WWE, not ECW. There's no ECW spirit, no ECW atmosphere, and no ECW style."
[5.0] "A mediocre garbage match returns this show to its level. Nothing to this point has seemed worthy to be on a pay per view and this was no exception, as two past-their-prime teams went through the motions, smacking each other with garbage cans. On a show with an unfortunate number of botches, the ending here was botched by a Japanese table."
[3.0] "Boring garbage brawl. The finish was a black hole slam to Brother Runt on a table but the table didn't break so Abyss improvised by just pushing him through it."
[4.0] "Brother Ray cuts a generic promo backstage prematch and does various attitude era spots throughout because let? s be honest, he has nothing else. Spike gets thrown into the crowd by Abyss which is where the fun starts and ends as we then descend into a boring walk and brawl with trash can lids galore. Abyss somehow manages not to break the table when he hits Spike with a black hole slam."
