[7.0] "This match started off with Ruff going straight to business and working the arm of Scott with some good moves . Scott sold it well when necessary but Ruff failed to capitalize and make it a part of the story the match was trying to tell. It was still a good heel vs face battle and was hard hitting depicting the personal heat and intensity of the match and the rivalry as a whole . Scott reverses the cutter of Ruff into a backstabber and that looked cool . Scott is able to win after hitting his finisher in a very fast paced match with a lot of content . In particular , I liked the comeback that Ruff had after Scott was dictating the pace and trash talking Ruff . It had a good flow and synchrony . Good match with the right person going over . Two high flyers who worked their ass off and gave a amazing performance. ***1/2"

If they can give him some credibility and develop his character they may have something. Swerve was also very good as usual. Another match between these two is fine with me."

[7.0] "The Match of The Night. These guys have a very interesting and flashy style. The action was OK with only a few minor issues. I only wish it was a main event. They could really spread their wings and perform even better in the main fight of the night."

This match had some quick fast paced action from both competitors and it made both of them looks like a big deal here. The problem here is Leon Ruff that really risk for his little quick moves, he made it look so sloppy, but I'm glad that Swerve is a good seller and made that sloppy moves look cool!"

These guys did more to sell their feud tonight than any other interaction they've had on NXT, with the fire that led me to believe this was going to be the blowoff. The wrestling was paced really well, and had a great sense of fire and urgency. In particular, the hurricanrana spot was nuts! For two guys that haven't really had the opportunity to shine (at least in the wrestling department), this blew my expectations out of the water and wanted me to see another, longer, rematch."

[7.0] "This was once again a pretty good match in which both Swerve and Ruff were able to shine as they deserved. This rivalry had been going on for a long time and nothing good came out of it, although the potential was there because they're both tremendous workers, so I was expecting a good match between the two and it happened here. And I'm happy that in addition to a very solid match, this rivalry ends with Swerve winning because he's the one that NXT must bet on at all costs this year. We're finally getting some character development for him since his heel turn, it's nice to give him some momentum like this. He was the MVP of the Gauntlet at TakeOver and now there is continuity, I hope he will touch a title at some point because he's so damn good. Anyway, good match between him and Ruff here."
