Alberto El Patron vs. Roderick Strong

[8.0] "[3.75*] This fucking rocked lol. Very intense hard-hitting affair. Del Rio made Roddy bleed from the nose and I don't even know how, it happened after a fucking Suicide Dive. They were hitting each other for real and the match ruled a lot. Del Rio's executions were way better than I expected and Roddy's always awesome. The atmosphere was just great too because the crowd treated it as a super bout, they even got them "holy shit" chants at the beginning. Finish ruled with the Arm Bar."

[8.0] "Probably the best Del Rio match ever, Roddy was that great in 2015. Great selling, great intensity, nasty striking and a few brutal spots. The blood from Strong's nose adds a lot too. ****"

[9.0] "The only really good match from Alberto in Roh as Roddys telling of the arm was too draw with Albertos work being quite aggressive"

[9.0] "Alberto's best match in his very brief ROH run. Really unsung gem from this period of ROH that deserved to be on a larger stage that also had a great performance from Roderick."

[9.0] "I don't remember Alberto's ROH run setting the world on fire and I'm honestly not a fan of his, but this was shockingly great. This was a very hard-hitting, physical bout that saw Roderick get his nose busted open. There was also another crazy spot with Alberto doing a dive to the outside and smacking his face against the guardrail. Strong came in with a shoulder injury and sold it pretty well at the end of the match - at one point he tries to get Alberto up for a suplex, but can't lift him because his arm is too hurt."

[8.0] "Hard hitting match with both guys putting in a great effort and not being afraid to get a bit rough. Alberto's dive into the barricade looked really nasty with him clipping his head and drawing a little blood. Soon after Roderick got his nose popped and was breathing heavily. The finish was satisfying with Roderick being forced to tap after having his arm worked over the whole match. Very good stuff."
