Otis vs. The Miz

[3.0] "Unsurprisingly, this was bad. This match existed for the sole purpose of The Miz winning the MITB briefcase and though it worked, it rendered the ladder match pointless and diminished the value of the briefcase in the process. The match itself was boring with not much action and some regular Otis comedy spots here and there. The finish saw an unnecessary Tucker turn which in hindsight, did absolutely nothing for either wrestler. They had no real feud following this and a few months later, Tucker would be released and Otis would fall back in the tag division. Just messy all around."

[3.0] "Quite awful, the ending was pretty shit, and it made no sense to give the Miz a MITB this late into his career, better than Otis though, but nonetheless, horrible horrible action here."

[0.0] "O... kay then. WWE further proving that their MITB concept is being treated like an afterthought. if Otis was never to cash in, what was the point in giving him the briefcase? oh, and it buried Tucker in the process, so oh well."

[1.0] "A nothing match with a stupid heel turn and a very weird decision to put the briefcase on The Miz. But i guess Miz with the briefcase is better than Otis. Otis is a limited wrestler and Miz rarely wrestles outside of his safety net, so this was exactly what you'd expect it to be. *1/4"

[4.0] "This match had one purpose only and that was to give the MITB contract to miz. The match was quite boring with the only exiting thing to happen is Tucker costing Otis the match,"

[6.0] "Fun little match. Really nothing amazing but it was fine and a nice surprise at the end with Tucker's attack... an interesting development. And having Miz winning the briefcase was the right call since WWE had literally no plan for Otis as champion in the foreseeable future."

[6.0] "Man I'm still in shock. Otis entered with a new theme song, Morrison banned from ring side. After these two, i have totally accepted that Otis'll win but after "the" moment... after Tucker's attack. Oh, I still cannot believe that. Incredible plot twist. Besides those, Miz have won the MitB. Great moments."

[6.0] "Match was fine, pretty entertaining at times. Otis was pretty fun to watch no sell chops, and Miz always does facial reactions well."

[5.0] "Usual Smackdown weekly midcard sloppy match. Of course it's interesting the Tucker turn heel and the Miz's victory but it's useless at the moment...."

[4.0] "It was pretty much just okay. The Miz and Otis were never going to put on a technical clinic, obviously, but they did alright. Tucker turning heel was, admittedly, shocking, if baffling, and I guess Miz is a slightly better MITB holder than Otis in the end? But even then neither of them feel like a good option to take the title off Randy or Roman so. Eh."

[6.0] "Really good match, the best since the beginning of the show. Some great moves by both wrestlers, surprised and well surprised. **3/4"

[1.0] "The match itself wasn't bad. It wasn't good but it wasn't that bad. But the booking was really annoying. I had my doubts with Otis being Mr. MITB( Money in the Bank) but he was a much better choice over Miz. This should have been a fun match to pass time. Sometimes its better to do nothing. Also I am not a fan of breaking up a team to get heat. 1/2*"

[4.0] "It was just a classic boring match of the miz always under 3. 5 stars. I mean miz only with Dolph Ziggler he had some good matches. i don't understand what's the point of the miz to win this briefcase again and not john Morrison that he knows how to wrestle and he would be a great world champion with miz as a manager. I hope john Morrison is going to turn heel on miz and face him for the briefcase and win it."

[5.0] "Not bad, I expected worse given the matchup and the pretty meh storyline. This match has the right winner, Miz is a better MITB holder than Otis, but I dislike the Heavy Machinery split given the weakness of WWE's tag team division."

[5.0] "Like the Hardy/Elias match, this was another palate cleanser to help viewers recover from the emotionally draining Roman vs Jey match. The ending was a surprise, or maybe not, depending on what you expected. It was fine for what it was. **1/2"

[1.0] "Did not enjoy this at all. I've never been a fan of someone who wins the Money In The Bank Briefcase, and their push with it ends when the worker who won it loses their cash in, or the briefcase in a match for it. Didn't like it back then with Sandow losing to Cena, don't like it today with Otis losing. I didn't enjoy the heel turn from Tucker. I think they should have just had both guys continue on their separate ways, and do more with Tucker instead of having him in the corner of Otis, but it does make sense because now they can do things with Tucker as a singles guy starting off with this feud including Otis. I get why they did the heel turn from a business and attention draw standpoint, but from a fan standpoint, I didn't enjoy it. Hopefully Otis can get the Briefcase back sometime soon because I would love to see him become world champ."

[3.0] "The match was boring otis has such uninteresting offense. The Tucker turn was out of nowhere and I get him turning but I don't care at all and the matches are gonna suck. Idk what the plan is now that Miz has the briefcase but at least it's possible he wins a championship."

[7.0] "Bob and Slapjack still outsold but this was still wonderful, Otis brings me so much joy. Can't wait for low card generic heel Tucker"

[4.0] "a nothing match and setting Miz up for a world title run again, after the 2010 run it a big no thank you. give it to Morrison please. This was just here and even set up another fued that might not even happen since they're on different brands."

[4.0] "Pretty bad match. Otis and Miz don't have any chemistry together and it showed. The finish was interesting but ultimately I don't really care about it... **."

[4.0] "Decent mid card match that had a stinker of a betrayal finish that simply writes off Tucker's character from TV with awkward reasoning. Lost all heat right at the end on a feud with a decently fun set of courtroom style segments. Turned out to be nothing more than a transition match into some unrelated storylines that no characters had any motivation to move into."
