[8.0] "TNA was so ahead of the curve showcasing these kind of high work rate multi man tag matches. No time to breathe but everyone gets time to shine. Tags get lost in the moment but it never feels confusing. Full of key players in TNAs early success and even some that didn't stick around looked great here. Christopher Daniels and Elix Skipper show off their great tandem offense, Jerry Lynn is a impressive as always and Chris Sabin looks like an absolute beast here, having an answer for everything that gets thrown at him. Everyone in Team Canda looks like good hands to have around, even Johnny Devine who rarely impressed me, looked incredibly solid here. Also big fan of Team Canada picking up the win by using a hockey stick behind the referees back. It's so obvious it becomes brilliant again. Fantastically influential match"

[8.0] "Incredibly fun eight-man tag team match right here in what was a star-studded cast with great talents of the time mixed with young talents who later became stars (Bobby Roode, Chris Sabin & Eric Young in this case), everyone shined and everyone got their spot in the match, no one was useless and everyone served that's what I mean and what I liked. Team Canada had some great heat in the state of Tennessee here as the crowd was heavy on USA chants, so it was even cooler to see the ending which was a really good heel move for the time. Typical NWA TNA multi-man tag match with action everywhere, for me it's impossible not to like something like this because everything is so cool."

[8.0] "Really fun eight man tag match, with great stuff shown off by every man in this match. There's cool stuff from everyone in this match, but mostly from Team NWA, who pull off most of the impressive offence, despite being the losers in the match. The tags get kinda lost later into this one as the action picks up which dampers the match slightly and there could be a little more time given to sell but otherwise, this is a concise showing from some of TNA's early X-Divison prospects. - ****1/4"
