[1.0] "Christian Vs Orton was phenomenal, but everything else about this show was an all over the place mess, Big show and Kane Vs New Nexus and Truth Vs Mysterio were fine but not strong enough to be on PPV, Cara Vs Chavo and Brie Vs Kelly were both really bad and Barrett Vs Jackson, Lawler Vs Cole kiss my foot and Cena Vs Miz I Quit were all terrible. Overall WWE Over The Limit (2011) is a horrible show that represents a lot that was wrong with 2011 WWE."

[2.0] "One of the worst shows in company history, and would probably be my choice for the worst ever if it weren't for the great WHC match between Randy Orton and Christian. That match is great and the clear WWE MOTY up to this point in 2011 in my opinion, but almost every other match is terrible. The exceptions are the opener between Rey and Truth which I thought was a nice sprint, and Chavo vs. Sin Cara which had issues but the work was mostly good outside of the botched finish. Barrett vs. Ezekiel is awful, Zeke looks incredibly rough in there and the match is a waste. Kane & Show vs. Punk & Ryan had good performances from Punk and Show but Kane is bad per usual and Mason Ryan looks like the least capable wrestler in between the ropes I've ever seen. Brie vs. Kelly is a sad piece of business, and showcases how broken the Divas era was. Lawler vs. Cole is disgusting and the gimmick sucks, just glad that's over at this point. And then the main event just totally sucks despite Cena trying to put in some effort, who in the world wants to see Mike Mizanin and Alex Riley take twenty minutes of heat in the WWE Championship match?"

[3.0] "This is an insignificant show. Minus Christian vs. Randy, which is above average, but not outstanding, the rest of this show entirely is barely pulling average numbers at best. There are just a ton of dull, pointless matches that feel like Raw affairs. There are a lot of matches that aren't even given enough time to rate, and drag an already dull show down further. There's little here worth watching. Even the highlight of this show isn't exactly what I'd call required watching. Save your time and pass this one up."

[7.0] "The rating is a little too low here, this event wasn't necessarily bad, it was just decent at best. The opening match was alright, what was relevant here was the fact that R-Truth was getting treated more serious with his character as a heel & so makes sense that he won. Guerrero vs Cara & the WWE tag team title match were alright. Seeing Bret Hart & JR was a huge thumbs up. The World Heavyweight title match was easily the match of the night & one of the best matches in 2011. Orton & Christian continue to show how great & underrated their rivalry is here & made the championship prestigious & relevant, particularly saying this because a lot of attention was focused on the WWE Championship in 2011 because of the Punk & Cena rivalry. This truly was the last great rivalry for the World Heavyweight Championship as it loses its worth 2012 & onward, specifically after Extreme Rules 2012. Essentially, everything else in the event was either mediocre or just bad."

[1.0] "There really was only one match on the card that I thought would be great and it was. More on that in a bit. Everything else felt like it wouldn? t be given enough time to be great or the one that did get enough time (Cena-Miz) felt like the longest 20 minute match in the history of wrestling."

[5.0] "I came into this show with low expectations, but somehow this show still managed to fall well below them. Some matches weren't given enough time while others were given too much, and the main event was overbooked to the point of redundancy and gravely disappointing. The one bright spot on this show was the Randy Orton vs. Christian match, which was absolutely fantastic, but otherwise there's really nothing here you need to go out of your way to see. I've seen much worse shows and I was moderately entertained through out most of the show, but not even that great World Heavyweight title match can make me give this show the recommendation, so we're going with the rare Thumbs Down for the show as a whole"
