[9.0] "Top to bottom just really good wrestling and storytelling. I'm tired of FTR but they're great wrestlers no doubt. Loved the main event. Ricochet is a star and should be world champion eventually. Only thing I didn't like was the women's tag."

[7.0] "Great Dynamite with a solid card, most of the matches delivered great. The Halloween themed was very cool and a I love when we get things like this. Such a shame not everyone was dressed up, but Hangman being Schiavone was an awesome bit. Overall a fun show, very good action and great video packages and promo like Bandido with his family. Pairing Marina and Megan together is fantastic, Mox alone made them feel like the biggest threat in the tournament."

[8.0] "This episode was around similar quality of several previous episodes of Dynamite but was Halloween themed and had enough unique moments that elevated it more than typical show. The first match, it went by very fast. The 4 way tag match, all of the teams did good. Kevin Knight's drop kicking was impressive for how high he did it. The Don Callis family segment with Takeshita vs Okada, this was good as well with Takeshita offering handshake reluctantly and Okada giving middle finger which has become one of his trademark things in AEW. The painting was so good I was actually relieved when no one destroyed it.The Mox vs Kyle O'Reilly match this was pretty similar to their previous bout and again the unusual ending with the count out, this was unexpected and worked. The women's tag match was nice and was like a breath of fresh air the women in a tournament for titles. The Thekla interference made sense she is heel. Penelope Ford's injury, that was a shame to hear. The main event this was fine. The best moment of show was at the ending. The Opps already dismantled random costume wearing people in paranoia but then got fooled when Hangman was impersonating Tony Schiavone. Hangman Schiavone cracked a bottle over Samoa Joe's head then gave him a Buckshot Lariat for good measure. This was a bit crazy but the ruse worked I did not expect it."

[8.0] "Definitely a fun Dynamite. I haven't watched as much wrestling lately, but I quickly got up to speed. The segment involving Joe and Hangman disguised as Schiavone was goofy as hell, but so fun. There was lots of great action and storylines seemed to get pushed forward in fairly meaningful ways. Also I can't wait for Stat vs Mone III."

[6.0] "A predictable and unrealistic opener as Darby & Orange get a win over Danny G & Yuta, which would never happen in reality. Match of the night was second, in which FTR won a four-way tag match to earn a title shot at Full Gear. Mox is still fooling around with KOR, and not getting wins. In a shocking upset, and I love it, the Sisters of Sin win their quarterfinal match in the women's tag tournament. Speaking of, Bayne is now with Shafir, since Penelope is out. Samoa Joe wins the main event, but the Hangman dressed as Tony Schiavone was epically hilarious."

[7.0] "Show starts and immediately opens up with immediate entrances to a match. It's a breath of fresh air. Tag match: great fun, solid tag match. Decent pacing, well structured and well performed. Darby picking up the win in Yuta was the right choice as well. The bump that Darby took on the turnbuckle to the outside was gnarly. 7/10 Hook backstage, not bad but he shouldn't be in the match so it's whatever. AD BREAK DC and YB backstage, with the hard sell for the bucks to join. Says there is a special entrance. And then starts the unhinged intro and over the top pyro. Top class. Four Way Tag: bit of me this. High paced, lots of high spots, lots of chaos, well worked. I wasn't sure of the winner at any point. Some of the sequences of action were outstanding. The revival of the tag division had been a joy to watch. DCF PROMO: this group gets exactly what it is supposed to be. It's proper heel nonsense. Kyle is incredibly over. Okada and Takeshita is going to be one of the greatest feuds of all time. Okada was hilarious here. Kyle vs Moxley: gets under way, pretty much straight into an ad break. Outside the ring work by Mox. Back from the break and things improved once they were back in the ring. Decent ring work, pacing was alright. Match ends outside the ring with a double count out. Death riders and conglomeration hit the ring have some shenanigans and then announce blood and guts. 6/10, nothing special. They are adding some legitimacy to Kyle which I really appreciate. Monč/ stat backstage fight, spills into the arena. Athena comes out and helps. Willow and Harley get involved. Would have enjoyed it more had they not left them all stood there looking grumpy for far too long. Weird production choice. Mascara Dorada video, good. Bandido video very pleasant. Women's tag: not a bad match by any means, and the younger members of the group are developing well, but this was no classic. Decent in patches, tough in patches but basically fine. 5/10 Marina joins with Megan Bayne, replacing Penelope ford. That sucks, but mother of god! Four way main event: I was incredibly negative about Hook's involvement in the main event and I shouldn't have been. Say what you like about the booking that got him into the match, his performance was fine and he's clearly put some work in while off. Good match even though the winner was nailed on. decent pacing, some good high spots, everyone played to their strengths, zero complaints. 7/10 The ending has hangman attack Joe dressed as Schiavone. Absolutely outstanding. Show was solid. Fun, good matches, solid promos, 7/10."

[3.0] "One of the worst AEW Dynamites ever and that says something. Absolutely nothing on this show worked. Everything was completely illogical. The only good match was Mox vs O'Reilly that's buried by the whole death riders shtick. The matches were terrible but the angle at the end took the cake. They keep doing stuff that makes them look like just any other cheap indie show. It was a bad idea in the first place but the execution was horrible, slow, clunky and didn't work on any level."

[10.0] "These past few dynamites have been exceptional. The tag four way was dynamic and action packed, standouts being the young bucks (as per usual). I've been very satisfied with the revitalization of their tag team division, something that has been lacking for years. AEW prided themselves in their tag team scene during the company's inception, and seeing it being a highlight once again is very pleasing. I absolutely loved how the Women's tag tournament kicked off with a massive upset (despite the match being very underwhelming) , while simultaneously adding fuel to the ongoing rivalry between ToM and Jamie Hayter with her friends. The blow off match at Blood And Guts is going to be incredible, and I'm frankly way more excited for the women's B&G's than the men's. Speaking of which, the men's B&G's was announced after a very well story driven match between Mox and O'Reily. The Okada/Takeshita stuff was phenomenally executed. The four way was also very good, and was enriched with story between the four men. Lastly, Hangman being dressed up as Schiovane completely threw me off, and made for a greatly executed segment for a feud that's shaping up to be personal."

[7.0] "This is probably the best Dynamite in about the past two months. The biggest issue for me is that it doesn't really leave me with much to get excited about next week. I don't really care about seeing Hangman vs Joe again, and I have mixed feelings about having two Blood and Guts matches when the gimmick is exhausting enough on its own with the stacked entrances. Other than that, this episode had pretty good pacing, the matches were fairly good, and I don't mind Strong and O'Reilly getting involvement in a major angle even if The Conglomeration gives me "Just happy to be here" vibes. The main event might have worked as a test to see if the people want Lashley in the main event scene and it appears they do."

Am enjoying the build up for the Blood and Guts match though. Never thought of get excited for a conglomeration match either."

[7.0] "A quality episode with high-stakes matches, which was a real plus. The opener and the women's tag team match were a bit disappointing for different reasons, but the two matches to determine the challengers did the job. It's a shame that the lack of credibility (no interaction with Hangman) from three of the four contenders for the world singles title made the main event rather predictable. Beyond the matches, there were also some good angles, starting with the DCF summit and the appearance of the cowboy dressed as Tony Schiavone, which I found very original and fun. The backstage interactions between Shafir and Bayne and Don Callis with the Bucks were also good little segments, as was the Conglomeration's declaration of Blood and Guts. An enjoyable show, without any weak moments, and which felt less like filler than usual. There was a good balance between the quality of the matches and the segments outside of them. In-ring quality: 3.25/5. Angles and segments outside of matches: 1.75/3. Bonus/penalty: None. Total: 7/10. Show seen on Triller TV."

"1) So -- is Trent Barreta IN or OUT of the Don Callis Family? I remember I was glad to still see him among the other group members not so long ago. If he's still in, then why his abscence was completely ignored by both the commentators and Don Callis himself. Technically, Wardlow was abscent as well, but who cares about that schmuck? 2) Could there be a more predictable Fatal-4-Way for the World Championship #1 Contendership? You have three men who have never interacted with World Champion and you have one dude who's currently in an ongoing feud with him. Hmm... Who could have possibly come out as a winner out of this match-up? I mean, they could have had at least tried to create some intrigue in this match by adding into it names that at least belong in the singles World Championship picture. No disrespect to the other participants, but they all are part of the Tag Team or Trios divison right now."

The segments were noteworthy, especially the Don Callis Family reunion and the post-match analysis of the main event. In short, it was a great show to start paving the way for Full Gear and building up the rivalries. 9/10."

[8.0] "Fright night dynamite opens start into a trick or treat tornado tag between Darby and Orange vs Yuta and Garcia. Overall this was a pretty fun match with some cool spots. We then get a backstage promo from Hook ahead of the world title number 1 contenders match tonight were he says one of his aims is to not let Joe win. We then get a backstage interview from Don ahead of the family summit and he speaks to Matt and Nick and tells them that he is disgusted at how they're being treated and once again offers them a spot in the family and gives them a special entrance with Don announcing them. into the Tag title number 1 contender match FTR vs Young Bucks vs Jetspeed vs Jurassic express. Yeah this was really good such a fun match with so much high paced action and I get a rematch of a tag match I loved back in August. We then get a recap of Hangers promo from collision. We then have the DCF summit and the potential for a new Don Callis panting it ends with Okada flipping Take off and Don making them tag on collision. We then get a backstage interview with Kris and she calls out Mercedes for a face to face and says she will be there to watch her defend the CMLL belt as we go straight into Kyle O'Reilly vs Jon Moxley. Yeah this was another great match even better than last week if you ask me with another creative finish as Mox was about too give in. Then we get the standard DR Conglomeration Darby post match shenanigans. Darby then challenge the Death riders to Blood and Guts. Mercedes then Jumps Statlander backstage and drags her out of the ring but as Kris gets the upper hand Athena comes out to make the save but Willow and Harley come out to flip the numbers ahead of their first round tag match. We then get a promo video ahead of Bandido vs Dorada 2 on Thursday episode of ROH. Then we go straight into the first match in the women's tag title tournament the Rich aunties vs the sisters of Sin. Right so to my surprises this match was good and I know it's a story device to build more to B&G but wrong winners man. We then get a backstage interview with Megan and Penelope who says she is out indefinitely with a torn UCL and Megan throws out an open invite and Marina comes to accept and even Moxley looks scared. We then go into the Number 1 contenders match in the main event. Yeah this was a pretty good match with two stories intertwined that lead to Joe getting his rematch to close the show right winner tbf. The Tony Schiavone comes out to do a contract singing and out comes the marshmallow man so we all know what's gonna happen. But it was a decoy as he was dressed as Tony Schiavone and beats down the Opps to close the show. Overall a really solid show where most of the stuff on it was really good I thought the first hour flew by with to pretty cool matches and I segment I'm sure people will have mixed views on but i enjoyed the second hour was also pretty cool but my major gripe with the show is Jaime and Aminata losing in the first round. But yeah a really good show with a great closing segment with Hangman standing tall and some cool match announcements for future shows and making Collision must watch this week."

[7.0] "Another pretty good Dynamite. Only really one match that i didnt like here, that being the women's tag but pretty much every other match here was good. Some fun angles here too. Big fan of the Don Callis segment further escalating the tension between Okada and Takeshita. Okada thrives when he's allowed to just be a prick and he was the best part of the entire segment for me, going in for a handshake with Takeshita but pausing and choosing to flip him off instead. The story between those two has actually been pretty great and their eventual match can't come soon enough. Also a pretty major announcement for Blood and Guts here too, with Darby and the Conglomeration challenging the Death Riders to a Blood and Guts match that im assuming will end this feud for good. Don't know how i feel about having two Blood and Guts matches on the same show, especially when we still have no idea who's even gonna be in the women's match, but i expect this one in particular to be very good. The biggest negative on this show for me was the women's tag title stuff. The tournament kicks off with a pretty dull match with a terrible result which sees Skye and Julia advance over Jamie and Aminata. I have no idea why Tony continues to push those two as much as he does because, with all due respect, they both suck and their matches aren't good. Not very hopeful for the rest of the tournament honestly but i guess i'll have to see how it plays out. Overall, this was a very fun show featuring a few good matches and some exciting announcements for the next few weeks of TV as well as some further build towards Full Gear. MOTN - Daniel Garcia & Wheeler Yuta vs. Darby Allin & Orange Cassidy"

[6.0] "Starting with the negative - two detracting table spots in the opener, and Julia Hart proving why she shouldn't be advancing in this tournament. The four-way tag was fun, with what felt like a predictable winner. JE and JS showed good chemistry. The main event was a lot of fun, with all four men showing their personality. Once again, Samoa Joe was performer of the night. How are we supposed to boo him?"
Jayhawk37 wrote on 30.10.2025:
"8.5/10. Every match was great and the crowd was red hot throughout. Take/Okada stuff is going to culminate with an incredible match. Can't go wrong with 4 of the best tag teams in the world going at it. Sister of Sin winning I thought was a great call, at some point that faction has to all be draped in gold, just way too much aura to leave them strapless. Hayter and Aminata will be fine and can mix things up with Thekla moving forward. Penelope being injured stinks, she was really starting to standout in her recent performances. Mox and KOR don't miss and have great chemistry with each other; another clever way of Mox avoiding quiting again. Main event had me slapping the table, Ricochet was out of control. He should start being in our discussions of best around because he makes everyone around him look fantastic. That Samoa Joe tope absolutely rocked. Hot damn was Bobby Lashley over with the crowd. Hanger with another memeworthy Halloween celebration. Overall a great episode of Dynamite."

"A really good show keeping the good trend going, though a few things made me roll my eyes. The opening tornado tag was fun; good opener. The four way tag was the best match of the night. I'm glad the tag division means something again. The DCF summit was an entertaining segment. A little too long, perhaps, but fun. The Okada/Takeshita angle has been great thus far and they have yet to hit their peak. Moxley vs. KOR was another GREAT match between the two. Blood & Guts between Death Riders and Conglomeration doesn't feel earned at all, but I get why they did it. Stat/Monč segment was short but sweet with ramifications to the tag tournament. Aminata/Hayter vs. Sisters of Sin was alright. Eliminating the best team in the first round of the tournament was a choice. It makes sense with Thekla costing them the match, but it still hurts. Penelope getting hurt sucks big time; Megan and Marina sounds like a sick team, though. The four way main event was really good. Predictable in its ending, but fun. Ricochet and Lashley stood out. The closing angle with Hangman disguised as Schiavone was funny asf. Very creative. 8/10."

[8.0] "Sort of similar to last week, in a vacuum it was good but in terms of progressing the stories being told (Hangman vs. Joe, Fletcher vs. Briscoe, Mercedes vs. Kris, take/okada, moxley getting kicked from death riders, etc) there really wasn't anything of substance that pushed things forward. A very skipabble episode in that respect. Awkward pacing at times with a very lengthy Callis family segment that ended right back to where we already were with Okada/Take teaming. Clever Hangman Halloween costume reveal at the end but awkardly paced to where it felt like a botched segment for several minutes. Fun women's tag match but felt very "there" for a first match of a tournament for the new titles, and Sisters of Sin winning via interference was weak for the same reason. Unfortunate injury to penelope, like the replacement in Marina. I hope we aren't circling back to FTR vs. Cope/Christian, which has already been done at All Out 6 weeks ago. feels like a very Tony Khan thing to do. Outside that mostly every match was extremely well laid out and well worked. Mostly a strong in ring episode thinking about it. Good crowd. Decent commentary from Danielson, i like how he keeps things relatively grounded. If there's an injury or something illogical happening he'll point it out like a normal person."

[10.0] "I had a ton of fun with this one. I was shocked that the Sisters of Sin won but I thought that did a great job of injecting some unpredictability to the tournament and furthering the Blood and Guts build. Bayne and Marina is a great pairing too, I feel awful for Ford who has been a bright spot since he return though. 5 really good matches tonight and the stuff with the DCF was great as well. Hangman as Tony S got me good. Excited for Collision next."

[9.0] "I kind of prefer this mid card version of the death riders with Yuta and Garcia. Darby being legit crazy really makes him stand out and turn what would otherwise be a corny gimmick into something people can genuinely buy into. Opener was quick and thoroughly entertaining. Love the shot of Yuta interrupting OC's pocket spot, the code red after Garcia goes for the skateboard and Darby using the scorpion deathlock. These 4 guys are a good fit for each other size wise and Garcia & Yuta's inability to get a win without help is an interesting story thread that's been ongoing. This version of the DR's with Mox looking weaker is lowkey cooking. While I still don't think it makes competitive sense for him to be in the match, Hook's promo was solid in content and delivery (asides the constant "you see"). Love the tie in between Don and the Bucks. There's also something to be said about Don being on the titantron to block out the bucks cause he's an egomaniac even though he's kinda helping them. Pretty sure I saw Mike Bailey high 5 someone with his feet... fantastic. I like the way they started this match. There's a rough spot where Bailey and Perry weren't in sync and figuring out who's legal was kinda hard, but this was really fun and some of the spots and psychology were great (the cash spot where he double crossed the bucks to pay off on the collision spot). The match had its own contrivances but was much better than the decent one on collision. Fun match. Smart Hangman v Joe package here but the sequencing here telegraphs the outcome of the ME. DCF Summit was nice (Josh Alexander needs to be given more to do). Setting up a collision match is slightly underwhelming but the segment itself was strong. Olympia package and a nice simple Statlander backstage segment. The narrative for the Mox v Kyle rematch was clear. Kyle's trying to lean into his technical ground game and Mox wants none of it after last week. Bold move to go for another no contest. I respect it. Some might feel they overplayed their hand but I liked this & now people will want to see a definitive conclusion to this mini feud. Surprised by the referee bump, then we got a usual post match death rider segments. I loved the blood & guts announcement. OC delivering it with no enthusiasm is fantastic and the Kyle v Mox mini feud should play into the finish. Smart way to build into the quarter final match next week btw Athena/Mone and Willow/Harley. Still not clear what the plan is with ROH and even Collision but the video package was good to build Bandido some more & keep Dorada in fans mind. The baby faces looked cool on entrance for the women's tag. This starts off a bit weird, and the constant tags between the baby faces after each suplex was strange. Aminata isn't lacking in confidence which is good to see, but I hate that one move she does (you know the one). Some of the early work here looked patchy. Crowd kinda got into it after a while. The interference from Thekla was smarter than most. Surprised by the outcome here but not too mad at it. Good they're keeping bayne in the tournament with Ford out. Marina isn't the worst choice but I wonder how that affects results. Moxley's inclusion in this segment was... a choice. Interesting character dynamics in the main event. Hook v Lashley was particularly fascinating. Fun match but predictable outcome. Should've protected Hook more & hopefully he's on dynamite moving forward. Joe with better mic work here than last week and the stuff with Hangman/Schiovane was clever but they made it too complicated. Would've been more effective if hangman just came as Schiovane and never left the ring cause the way they did it, everyone starts looking out for Page and you figure it's him pretending to be Tony before it's revealed. I enjoyed the 1st half more than the 2nd and this was slightly better than last week for me but Hangman needs to start being treated like world champ again. 8.5/10"

[8.0] "Much better show from last week I felt. A lot of progress for the stories set in motion last week. I don't particularly like they're doing two Blood and Guts matches, and much like War Games in WWE, I do hope they take a break from the stipulation a bit, but the punchline being OC's delivery on it was good. Tag match was excellent as usual from these guys, interesting they're still teasing the Bucks joining the DCF. FTR win as expected, and its likely they take the titles from Brodido. I liked the DCF segment, and Takeshita got a pretty good pop, but I wish they did the turn here instead of pushing towards Collision, but the tension is there with him and Okada. Mox and Kyle was arguably better than last week, and while I'm not fond of another No Contest, I do like how it sorta protects Kyle as a wrestler that Mox can't beat rn. I figured the SiS were gonna win given Hayter/Aminata pinned them to book this match tonight, but it makes the bracket interesting, especially with Marina replacing Penelope as Bayne's partner. The main event was better than expected, especially given Hook was in it, and he held his own shockingly enough. It felt so obvious that Joe was going to win that I expected a swerve of some kind, but nope he just won. The ending angle meandered for a while, but the payoff with Hangman was good nonetheless."

The in ring was exceptional - opener was almost cinematic, 4 way tag was a 5* contender, Mox and Kyle have incredible chemistry and the setup to B&G was great, women's tag was stiff and very good and the main event was awesome. Angle-wise, the Don Callis fam segment was super strong in further teasing Takeshita and Okada, and the Hanger reveal was just flat out awesome. What a great, entertaining, action packed show. Must watch."
