Cody macht in seinem Match dann kurze Sache und geht weiterhin Over.

[7.0] "Good episode with the wrestling suffering a bit but the segments delivering . A good contest to open the show but they are holding back for sure or they just did not click this time . Then a Cody squash which was actually shorter than his entrance. I do appreciate Cody giving his belt to the special fan . Penta made the feud personal after a very good promo. Ethan had a good debut and the 6 woman tag match was bad , and Maki's booking even worse . The stupid production guy could not even turn the mic off when Maki was slamming it on Shida's head . As a result , Maki could not hit it in a way that looked impactful nd ended up making Maki look like a goof. A sensible person could infer that if she strikes a mic that is on with higher impact it would severely damage Shida's ear . Scorpio's heel turn was expected but the right thing to do after putting on such a great match . I found Don's reasoning for the botched explosion to be very naïve . Everything after that in that segment was hilarious and awesome especially Cage coming out going face to face with Omega and Omega's 69 me Don . MJF introducing a new faction to decimate Inner Circle was excellently executed . A faction warfare which I will enjoy a lot. Other than that , I like the inclusion of Butcher, Blade and the Bunny in the Big Money Matt Co. 7 it is for me for the flaws mentioned above. I? m still not sold on the QT stuff but it? s a slow build so let? s see where it leads to. The segments were awesome but the matches not too much with the low points being Cody? s squash , the 6 women tag match , Maki? s awful booking ( like they couldn? t show a video package or something to let the fans unaware of her to know the backstory of her character). 7 for me."

Cage & Omega teased us an amazing storytelling matchup in the making, Sky & Darby stole the show having a great work together and then MJF finally turned on Jericho building now his own faction I can predict we? re going to have the anticipated Blood & Guts playing by these two stables ! I was waiting more for Sting interview and the match between Ethan Page & Johnson didn? t get much of my attention given the NBA noise ruling all through the contest. Dann war ME Time. Zwei solide Worker fangen mit solidem Wrestling an. Skys Arbeit on top gefiel mir weitgehend, Darbys Comebacks von unten ebenfalls.

Inner Circle und The Pinnacle (? ) schließen dann die Show.

Aber was soll's."

[6.0] "Decent little show bookended with an awesome opening match and a shocking, satisfying conclusion to MJF's run with the Inner Circle. The rest of the show was pretty meh, obviously a transitional episode with lots of new feuds being set up in the wake of Revolution, most of them being pretty lazy. Penta just randomly starts talking shit to Cody because they were both in the ladder match at the pay per view. Lance Archer just randomly interrupts Sting's 1876345345th interview with Schiavone. Kingston's a babyface so now we have to pretend he wasn't best buds with Butcher and Blade who are now just randomly signed by Big Money Matt even though that really makes no sense for those characters. The Dark Order just randomly starts being kind of a dick to Five. Kenny Omega just randomly barges in on Christian's promo slot. By the way, AEW signing Christian and immediately thrusting him into a future title match just a couple months after Edge won the Rumble is the most LOLTNA thing the company has done so far, which is saying a lot. Excalibur shitting his pants with laughter at a tiny Japanese girl singing was by the far the most obnoxious thing on the show, and that includes Omega and Don Callis 69ing in the middle of the ring. This QT Marshall heel turn is surely going to rock the pro wrestling landscape to its core, there's no denying. Allin vs. Sky was the only match worth watching aside from the legit barnburner opening match, and I'm glad that AEW has finally decided to actually do something with Scorpio Sky. The big thing everyone will remember from this show was the main event promo, where they managed to turn the entire OG Inner Circle face by creating yet another stable, which hopefully will not have a shape in its name. I think FTR deserve more than being MJF's henchmen but that's neither here nor there I guess. I'm assuming this will lead to AEW finally doing Blood and Guts, so that should be a lot of fun."

[7.0] "This was a good episode, but mostly due to its storyline developments. The in-ring action was not the highlight, even though we had a pretty solid match in the opener and an absolutely killer main event. But it semms like even the show itself acknowledged that this episode was meant to focus on storylines, with the Inner Circle segment taking up the spot where traditionally the main event would be. The show was absolutely packed with storyline developments, with new and exciting rivalries being born, and I love that. In fact, I think it is exactly what AEW needed, since it has been a little bit lacking in the storyline department the past few months. Their explanation for the botched ending at Revolution from Kingston's part was as logical as it could be, but it still made his character look bad. This guy who is supposed to be this rugged badass from the streets just crumbled under pressure? Then again, I don't know how else they could've explained it. From Kenny & co. the explanation was way more believeble and in-characte, and they actually managed to make some grade A heel work out of the situation. As far as matches goes, Matt Jackson vs Fenix and Darby Allen vs Scorpio Sky were really the only ones worth watching, with the first being decent and the last being spectacular. Apart from these we get another boring squash with Cody, a watchable but kind of bland match between Ethan Page and Lee Johnson and a terribly sloppy Six Women Tag match, that had so many botches and awkward moments it was actually hard to watch. Maki Itoh singing her song all the way to the end, even though the fight had already started was funny though. All in all, good show, lots of storyline developments and two solid matches. AEW need to pick up their pace after the embarassing conclusion at Revolution and they seem to know it."

The Women's Tag match was interesting even if it wasn't a technical masterpiece. The segments with Omega & Friends and Kingston and Christian was good. The promo with Kingston and Mox by the fire was good. The ending angle with the double swerve and the "six horsemen" stable with MJF was a great segment that I totally didn't see coming. I thought this was a really strong episode. The only downsides was the pointless jobber squash for Cody other than an excuse for them to build a match between him and Penta and the somewhat predictable Ethan Page vs. Lee Johnson match that had the terrible audio issues (to AEW's credit, they put a version with fixed audio for free on Youtube)."

[5.0] "This largely felt like an episode of Dark. Despite that, it was still an easier watch than many recent Dynamites have been. Sting got interrupted again and it felt like half of the episode was an embarrassing attempt to explain away the embarrassing ending to Revolution. Cut your losses and stop reminding us, especially if you're simultaneously trying to sell replays. You don't sell it by telling everyone it was shit and Eddie still looks like a clown anyway for saying that a sparkler gave him a panic attack. Also, good luck having Omega sell any kind of gimmick in the future if his character is now someone who will take your money and intentionally not deliver. The truth is, Khan fucked up, which is why they didn' thave those huge exploding barrels around the ring like FMW did, and now he's burying his wrestlers to protect himself. Other than that, decent opener and a pretty good main event. Dynamite tends to be more watchable when there are more squashes as multiple long matches in AEW tend to drag. The Inner Circle stuff was okay too even if I feel like factions in AEW are kind of boring and don't really amount to anything (see Kingston + B&B for a recent example), but this is the most interesting the Inner Circle have been in maybe about a year. A middle of the road episode for me but not in a bad way. It was still pretty watchable. The middle three matches being what they were made the episode more watchable but also unremarkable, but watchable is still not bad."

[7.0] "A strong episode on the whole, with a few major highlights (the Moxley/Kingston promo segment, unsurprisingly, as well as the final match of the night), but a few moments where storytelling felt a little bit laboured. The setting up of Christian Cage & Sting's next feuds both felt a little contrived, and jury's out on the new faction formation until we see how well they gel together. Fenix-Jackson was excellent, as you would expect, although it admittedly doesn't do much in the way of developing that feud. I was initially a fan of Penta's taunting of Cody, because that seems like an interesting feud - however, getting the match straight away next week makes me fear that it might be a 'one and done' type situation. Page-Johnson was a good little match, with Johnson playing the underdog role a little better than most, and Page seemingly like a fine new addition to the roster. Hangman's segment was silly but fun, and its nice to see his character have something go right for him for once. The six-woman tag was completely forgettable in terms of in-ring action, but Itoh stood out as a potential star and the opening brawl was well done. The TNT title match was excellent - better than basically everything on the PPV a few days before, and it's great to see Sky have something to sink his teeth into again. The final angle of the night is mixed - there's too many 'swerves' packed into a ten minute segment, and a lot of these acts feel like they'd be better off on their own instead of merging together, but it's still a very dramatic way to close the show, and promises some good match-ups in the near future. Not the strongest Dynamite, but a solid one that helps to provide clear direction moving out of Revolution."

Both the Kenny-Kingston-Christian segment and the Kingston-Moxley promo were very well executed and managed to salvage Sunday's debacle to an extend. The wrestling in this was bad (with the exception of the main event), with the women's match and the Ethan Page debut being absolutely atrocious. Ethan Page's match might actually be the 10 worst minutes of wrestling TV time I've seen in a long time. It's his singles debut and he wrestles a jobber for minutes in a semi-competitve match, while an NBA audio feed is blasting all over the actual AEW audio. And all of this just to officially turn another jobber heel. Closing segment was great, even though I dislike the idea of another stable I believe MJF can pull it off."

You're not actually getting people over, just giving support to existing stars. I hope they can wrap up angles that are just spinning towards nothing in the next week or two. This episode made it next day viewing for me."

This Dynamite set up/continued a lot of storylines, some expected ones (Moxley+Kingston, Baker vs. Rosa/II, QT vs. Nightmare Family... ), some surprising ones (Sting vs. Archer? , MJF and his new group, Kenny vs. Christian, Cody vs. Penta). The only one I wish wouldn't continue is the Miro storyline. He should just turn on Kip and destroy everybody."

Not the blow-away show you'd hope for after a very underwhelming PPV to inject fresh hope for the promotion. Promos to try to salvage the end of the PPV mess were convoluted and inconsistent, would have been better off drawing a line under it. Angle at the end at least made it not feel like 2 hours completely wasted."

[7.0] "The first AEW show of the year that I genuinely liked. Only 2 of the matches were anything of note, with the opener being a solid ***1/4 match that could've been better, and a good TNT title match that was maybe worthy of a ***1/2. That's why the show doesn't deserve an 8+ like what most AEW fans like to praise their shows as being. What made this show stand out were the segments. The Mox/Kingston segment was perfect. The ending segment was very good, although JR was a bit insufferable in the booth for it and I still don't care for Spears. Sky turning heel was cool too. The Maki Itoh stuff was fine and Hangman was hilarious. Even Christian's appearance was pretty good. AEW has not connected with me for 90% of the first two months of the year and I didn't enjoy most of Revolution, but this show was reminiscent of the type of show that made me like AEW in the first place. Not the best show, but the best of the year from them so far. Credit where it's due, this was a good show. 7 1/2 out of 10 from me. Definitely not worthy of all the praise it's getting, but still quite good."

Both the Fenix and Ethan Page matches underdelivered for me, but they'll lead to better things. The women's match was also more about potential than about quality. In terms of segments, the show ranged from average to great. As expected, there was a lot of focus on the Revolution main event botch, most of which was funny. Christian going straight for Kenny having not actually spoken a word will divide people. I'm worried they might fumble Christian's intro if he doesn't start to connect with the audience soon. Best Friends, Sting, Dark Order, Matt Hardy and Penta all had basic stuff. Also three matches featured a post-match heel beat down which was too much. The closing segment was terrific. It neatly ties together some elements of the roster and gives Inner Circle something meaningful to do, now as babyfaces. All in all, a good reset after Revolution with more, better stuff on the way."

The thing with Christian was disappointing, another squash match for Cody, Maki was pretty entertaining and main event was nice. I didn? t find anything that special about this show, it was just average for me personally."

Maki Itoh singing while the other fighting makes sense (To get the spotlight is her character). But I disliked some booking decisions which made no sense at all as of now."

Eddie Kingston saving face for himself and AEW after the embarrassing ending to Revolution was great. Cody had a match... then came an unexpected promo from Penta to set a match with Cody next episode. I really liked this segment. Audio issues ruined Ethan Pages Dynamite debut. Sting gets interrupted yet again. Seriously how many times are they gonna do this? Kenny and the Impact squad segment was objectively hilarious. I liked it. The women? s trios match was really bad but I liked the finish and Maki Itohs singing bit was funny. Darby vs Scorpio was okay. The Inner Circle ending, without spoiling, was interesting I guess."

I guess that's Tony Khan's way of transitioning wrestlers between feuds. Geez what a lazy booker! There was a production issue during Ethan Page's match for whatever reason we were getting audio from a basketball game playing along with Dynamite. Christian Cage was supposed to get interviewed but Kenny Omega interrupted and he cut one instead and of course it was terrible and for whatever reason he has to do some funny voice like he's in a Frankenstein movie. And Omega and Callas pretended to 69 each other... I have to take a point away remembering that. The women's match sucked, Maki Ito is the worst wrestler in a major American promotion. The main event was a decent match with Sky turning heel. I wonder if AEW is going to actually do anything to build him back up for a title match or just ignore that he just lost clean. I don't understand everything that happened with The Inner Circle but I'm very happy MJF is no longer teaming with Chris Jericho."

[10.0] "I wonder if it's ever occurred to the people thinking fans giving this show 8's, 9's and 10's means the scoring is rigged that maybe, just maybe, people actually really like the show! I guess not. In any event I thought this was another great Dynamite, especially so since the ending of Revolution disappointed. The opener was sensational. Rey Fenix continues to be the best wrestler alive in 2021 and Matt Jackson had an impressive solo performance. Eddie Kingston, Jon Moxley, Kenny Omega and Don Callis all did as great a job as one could steering into the skid to explain the Revolution finish. The dud will forever be a dud, but I thought their respective segments did as well as possible in salvaging what happened and also building an exciting story for the future. Cody squash was what it needed to be and Pentagon's promo afterwards to set up their match next week ruled. Lance Archer confronting Sting was interesting (does Sting have a death wish or something? ). Ethan Page and Lee Johnson was hampered by TNT's weird technical issues but the match and post match angle itself were good. The women's six man was clunky but a ton of fun overall; Maki Itoh's singing during the brawl slayed me. Darby Allin vs. Scorpio Sky was a tour de force. Allin is second only to Fenix right now in delivering week in and out for AEW, and Scorp delivered a performance his matches with Jericho and Cody lacked. Happy to see him come through and the heel turn was well done. Finally the main event angle was spectacular; great twists and turns and the new stable of MJF, Wardlow, FTR, Tully and Spears is promising. Aside from the technical issues and setting up Christian-Omega a tad too early for my liking this was a knockout show. Exactly what was needed after the Explosion that wasn't."

Sting segment with Lance Archer helped hype up a possible new feud. Ethan Page had a strong debut. 3. 00 stars. I see mixed opinions in Maki Itoh, yet I can tell her segment of singing was entretaining. The female match had lots of botches, yes. 2. 50 stars. Lowest point in the show. Kingston promo and Christian vs. Omega was good. I despise Christian getting a chance so fast, apart from him being a part time. Darby had a great defense, 3. 75 stars. The last segment was completely fire. So all matches were above average except the womens one. All segments were good. I can't understand the 2 4 point ratings, make no sense. This show was at minimum a 7. Im giving it a 8. 5."

Great promo with Kingston/Moxley and the segment later on with Omega and Callis was really good as well, I think AEW did a great job trying to rebound from that disastrous end to that PPV on Sunday. The real highlight however was the final segment with MJF and The Inner Circle. Absolutely tremendous stuff from everyone involved. If nothing else on this show interests you I highly recommend you go out of your way to watch that segment. Great storytelling and a fantastic swerve that you don't see coming, but instead of detracting or taking away this swerve adds to the story and makes it all that much better!"
