During these episodes, the Von Erichs tell everyone that Lance isn't a real Von Erich and he has refused to wrestle, which from the sound of it, they weren't paying him really well anyway. This made the Von Erichs look petty and, in my opinion, started the end of their promotion. No one cared that Lance wasn't a real Von Erich. Ole and Arn weren't real brother, either, but it's kayfabe and The Von Erichs prioritized ruining one man's career over their own fans. The Fantastics dropping the belts was a great match, but Eric Embry comes off as some dude who hangs around back alleys and tries to perv on you. |
