[5.0] "Four decent matches, but none were truly outstanding. Allin was an interesting challenger, but having his match against Cody already scheduled left little room for doubt. Furthermore, Mox's frustration and the clip for Cody were the only genuinely interesting storyline segments, which is rather meager. In-ring quality: 3/5. Angles and out-of-match segments: 0.5/3. Bonus/penalty: none. Total: 5.5/10. Show watched on Triller TV."

[8.0] "This was an inconsistent episode, but it still manages to be very good overall. It opened with a fun match from the Tag Team Title Tournament, as SCU took on Best Friends. The Inner Circle then squashed Alex Reynolds and John Silver to get them over to a new audience. Riho defended her Woman's World Title against Dr. Britt Baker DMD in a match that was fine, but certainly doesn't have me excited for Brittsburg next week. The Lucha Brothers and Jurassic Express faced off in a pretty average match in the Tag Team Title Tournament. Adam Page and Kenny Omega took on PAC and Jon Moxley in the match of the night despite a weak ending. Finally, Chris Jericho defended his World Title against Darby Allin in a quality Philadelphia Street Fight."

[8.0] "Dynamite's third show marks yet another consistent 8/10 grade from me. Despite a useless, speedy squash match putting Santana & Ortiz over future Dark Order members and current (at the time of broadcast) jobbers Alex Silver/John Reynolds, the rest of the undercard remains extremely high quality again with Dynamite, usually feeling more like a PPV undercard than a weekly show pro wrestling undercard. The main event was absolutely great, telling a good story and letting the two workers balance their styles well with a happy medium of pace, despite a little bit of a cheap finish. Jericho defended the belt as he should, but Darby Allin was given a lot of room to endear himself even more to the fans with the impressive balancing act of all of his "I could beat you with my hands tied behind my back" spots. The other biggest standout was probably The Lucha Brothers defeating Jurassic Express (w/ Stunt standing in for an injured Luchasaurus), which as you might imagine, was just an absolute clinic of athleticism and creative offense. I never saw any of the work from The Luchas prior to AEW, but I'm already convinced they are not capable of anything less than a strong match. AEW is doing a good job throughout these early Dynamites of building the feeling of prestige for the highly focused AEW Tag Tournament to establish its inaugural champions, with its rounds having been spread out over several shows and all containing very high quality and entertaining, high octane wrestling."

[6.0] "While I still enjoyed this one, this was also my least favourite episode so far. This one for me just didn't have as exciting a match lineup; matches 2-4 were pretty meh. Matches 1, 5, & 6 were all quite good; with the opener and penultimate matches being my two favourites. Darby Allin was great challenging Chris Jericho; having my single favourite performance of the show. My least favourite match was the Pride & Powerful squash just because of lack of substance; followed by my least favourite segment of Jericho challenging the Young Bucks at Full Gear for PnP. The opening of this show was very hot and I enjoyed the angle where Lucha Bros attacked SCU and Scorpio Sky had to step in to save their opportunity. Dynamite is still a fun watch overall at this point."

[5.0] "SCU vs. Best Friends was a very nonsensicle opening where it gave SCU too much babyface sympathy when I thought they were heels? And Best Friends worked heel in the match but were cheered somewhat... and it was confusing. Took me out of it. Ortiz and Santana beating two jobbers, good, got them a good win, would have liked to see a promo telling them why they want The Young Bucks or something. Riho did not look good again beating Britt Baker, I don't think super highly of Britt but she's better than Riho and Britt will just get better as she's picking this up fast. Lucha Brothers vs. Jurassic Express was EMBARASSING, Marko Stunt ruined the whole match honestly with his horrible selling, horrible small look, sloppy looking moves where he can't even do the floss good. It was embarassing to watch a badass like Pentagon having to sell his stuff. Page/Omega vs. Moxley/PAC was very good with the stories presented (***3/4). Jericho vs. Darby was good and it made Darby look pretty good (not as good as Cody made him) and I enjoyed Darby seeming crazy and hard to put away. This show really needed more promos peppered into it because I just don't understand the motivations, especially of the tag division and needs more concrete face/heel dynamics."

[6.0] "I was a little worried about so many tag team matches in one show and the announce team seemed from the start trying to convince the audience it was a good thing. Turned out pretty good. The attack on Daniels was surprising and well worked. Scorpio Sky stepping in to put on a good performance. It was interesting to see AEW feed some jobbers to Santana & Ortiz. Can't wait until Riho starts facing some better female talent as Brit Baker was not impressive. Marko Stunt just is not convincing and too small to be going against Pentagon Jr. I loved that Pentagon Jr. did the arm break on Stunt and I hope in AEW he is more like his Lucha Underground character. Adam Page needs better building because he felt out of place to me in a match with Omega, PAC, and Moxley. The main event was the safest street fight I've ever seen. The interference for the finish worked well, but it was not a good showcase for Darby Allin and what he can do."

[6.0] "The best Dynamite episode thus far in terms of wrestling. SCU vs Best Friends was good for its time. Cool pre-match attack from Lucha Bros and a good worked-shoot injury for Daniels (ref put the 'X' up and everything). Best Friends would apply a good beatdown once the match began, while SCU gave a very impressive energetic fight in response. Kazarian's back-selling was very good as well. ***. LAX vs Reynolds & Silver was a fine squash match that did well to put over LAX as a dominant team. NR. As usual, the women's match -- which was Riho vs Britt this week -- was quite awkward. Riho showed good speed and energy, plus she hit a lot of clean attacks, but Britt was sloppy with basically everything she hit. She is definitely the most undeserving worker to receive such a noteworthy push in the company. This wasn't totally bad though, simply because Riho was good enough to hold the match together. **1/4. Lucha Bros vs Jungle Boy & Marko was another match that was quite good for its time. Lucha Bros looked very impressive with absolutely everything they hit. It was cool seeing their more heelish side. Everything they threw out was very impactful and cleanly executed. Marko played a very good underdog as he bumped and sold big time to put over their attacks. We definitely didn't see enough of Jungle Boy here. ***. Pac & Moxley vs Omega & Page was MOTN. It was a pretty good tag match, with each man getting time to show off. Omega was the highlight for me. Great angle at the end with Moxley laying Pac out. ***1/4 - ***1/2. Jericho vs Darby was another pretty good match. Great energy and acrobatics from Darby, while Jericho was a very good bruiser with very entertaining heelish character work to make up for his physical shortcomings. It was fun seeing their vastly different styles mix. Darby showed great fire while fighting back with his hands tied behind his back. The finish was perhaps underwhelming, but totally fit with how dominant Inner Circle is. ***1/4"

[7.0] "Was a very good show up until Moxley ruined his match, then a very disappointing main event couldn't regain the momentum. The opening attack by the Lucha Brothers on SCU was a sensational start; the X thrown up after a brutal piledriver on Daniels on the ramp. When it is impossible to tell if a sketch is a work or not, you know it is brilliant. The match that followed was superbly worked with Scorpio Sky getting the pops. Santana and Ortiz couldn't draw heat from the crowd, which is growing into a major problem for the Inner Circle. The women's title match was pretty good, but there is only so long Riho can carry the belt with roll-up wins before her fetish novelty wears off. Luchas vs Jurassic Express developed into a very good match after a poor start. Stunt really is just too small to convince, but Jungle Boy was on great form against two men not too much bigger than him. Luchas did a great heel job, which does prove an AEW crowd can boo properly. Page, Omega and PAC were superb in their own ways, showing great technical skills. Moxley was so far out of his depth that the way he stole the show felt like a betrayal of the other competitors. The main event was rubbish and a massive missed opportunity for Jericho to really batter Darby and get the crowd against him. Overall, the show fell flat at the end and it wasn't helped by the Philadelphia fans, who were by far the most ignorant crowd for an AEW event yet."

[6.0] "The weakest Dynamite so far. And yet it had the best pacing throughout the show so far. The show started with a solid tag team match, unfortunately with a terrible botch at the end. I don't know if the arguing between Scorpio and Kazarian was due to the botch or just as the commentary said in storyline. Both scenarios seem weak. The squash for Ortiz & Santana was unnecessary. Then the AEW Women's Title Match had big expectations, but it turned out to be one of the worst matches of AEW so far. I guess there was just too much miscommunication. Both women here disappointed. Lucha Bros vs Jurassic Express was pretty good. Page & Omega vs Moxley & Pac was as expected the highlight of the show. Amazing match and great storytelling. However the referee failed to forcefully look away. Then the main event Y2J vs Allin in a Street Fight wasn't really bad. But it just proves that everything would be better by explaining the specific rules shortly before the match for everyone. And it shouldn't have been "No DQ", but simply "weapons are legal". Only then the rope-breaks would make sense. Other than that it was good build-up to get Allin even more over. But again, it's hard to pretend that Aubrey didn't see Hager. Overall considering the high expectations it was disappointing, but it was still decent."

[7.0] "Enjoyable show. The very stacked card maybe slightly raised my expectations too high, but for a TV episode it was a good one. Britt Baker needs more training, Moxley and PAC was solved rather well and Jericho vs Darby was rather good. Jake Hager does need another outfit and not come out in that blue shirt. Marko Stunt died to make Lucha Brothers look good, shame that Luchasaurus was injured."

[9.0] "It was a very good TV Show. SCU vs. Best Friends were great but don't like the ending with the botch. Riho vs. Britt Baker was not a good match like I thought. I don't like Britt's in ring and her doctor gimmick. It's really sucks, I hope Bea Priestley gonna beat her. Lucha Bros vs. Jurassic Express was really fun Davids vs. Goliaths match, loved it. And here comes to Match of the Night. Pac&Mox vs. Page&Omega. Loved every second of this match. Storytelling , in-ring they give everything that I want. Main Event was really cool because of Darby Allin. He shows his ability to the whole pro wrestling fans again and the Inner Circle's celebration in the end was very good."

[7.0] "Very enjoyable show again, a notch below last week but you can't have a blow away show every week. They built the PPV very well, the Inner Circle is establishing itself. Loved the tag match with the mega-stars. By the way, Britt Baker is an awful wrestler (I know that's too much), she is not ready to wrestle for the n°2 promotion in the U. S and it's a shame that Riho has to do a carry job every week."

[7.0] "a good show overall with a few sloppy moments. MOTN was easily the tag between Omega & Page vs Pac & Moxley. Darby had a great showing in the main event but Jericho should have won clean, the tag title tournament was disappointing however, losing Lchasaurus was a major blow as Marko stunt just cant be taken seriously, he's not a threat to the lucha brothers at all and they should have squashed him. Women's match was decent but Baker is very green or maybe its just communication problems with Riho due to the language barrier but either way they didn't click"

[8.0] "Didn't think this was quite as good as the first few weeks but still, lots of good stuff on the show. Opening match was good and I enjoyed the pre-match angle. Ortiz & Santana squash was fine. Riho/Baker was decent, Riho is very over and deserves a better opponent. I was not the biggest fan of the Lucha Bros tag match, Luchasaurus getting injured was horrible timing. With Marko being the replacement, it probably should have been much more of a squash, though the crowd was still into it. PAC/Moxley vs. Page/Omega was quite good, definitely put Moxley's character over further which I appreciate. I LOVED the main event, instead of yet another garbage brawl they used the stipulation in a much fresher way and really let Darby elevate himself with an awesome performance."

[6.0] "This was a show that had a PPV type build to it. The opening match started with yet another ambush brawl. The match itself was fun but clunky in parts and that finish was mega botched. Then was a somewhat squash match for LAX, nice to see John Silver on TV. Riho and Britt was disappointing. It felt really discombobulated and sloppy in parts. Again with near falls that were literally the refs hand hitting the mat and the person not even kicking out. The second tag match was really fun loved the davids vs goliaths feel. Jungle Boy is a future star. Final tag match was obviously star-studded. Really great stuff that started off with a bang and carried on throughout. The main event was fine but disappointing also. It was made into a street fight and then they barely did anything with it. Darby displayed his insane athleticism during the duct tape spot. -------- All in all this was a fine show but many matches (including the 2 title matches) fell flat unfortunately."
