[8.0] "Pretty good episode of the Mae Young Classic as we come to the mid-point of the tournament. This one had the best match of the second year. Mercedes was signed to WWE and then left a couple of years later to my disappointment. She had a lot of skill and charisma, though she's now in AEW. Round 2 starts off with a bang here in what may be the best episode of either tournament."

[8.0] "Probably the best show of the tournament so far, Meiko/Martinez was a major highlight. I really liked Rhea/Kacy as well. Toni/Hiroyo was just ok to me but it had it's moments. The only negative is Lacey Lane advancing, I don't really see the positives in her."

[9.0] "Hiroyo/Toni: ***2/3. Very very good. Fine was iffy. Rhea/Kacy: ***1/2. Kacy's good already. Can't imagine where she'll be in a year. Rhea is a tremendous base. Great matchup. I would love to this match again down the road. Lacey/Conti: **1/2. After Conti's last match, this blew my expectations out of the water. She looked 180000 times better in this match. Can't believe I'm saying this, but I wish this went longer. Lacey was really good in this. Too short to really be good, but nowhere near as bad as I thought this might be. Mekio/Merc: ****. Nothing short of great. I really hope Mercedes gets a job here after this. She was fantastic in this match. Loved this show."

[8.0] "The best installment yet of this season of the MYC thus far (and possibly of either season), with an excellent match in the main event spot between Satomura and Martinez, a very good opener in Storm vs Matsumoto and a nice match between Ripley and Catanzaro that played well on the size differential and served as a good showcase for both. Lane vs Conti was somewhat weaker than the other three matches, but was short enough to be inoffensive."

[9.0] "This episode was really good, and had one of the best, if not the best women's match this year in WWE with Meiko and Mercedes. I think it deserves to be in the matchguide!"

[9.0] "I am 100% agree with "TheRatemaker". but i just say something more i am big big fan of wrestling and i am big fan of women wrestling. these years is right time for women in wrestling , they would be icon and legend at future. At this tournament we have many CHARISMATIC and TALENTED female wrestler and i love that. my opinion till now , tournament was better as last year."

[7.0] "Matsumoto vs Storm (***1/4) Good match, hard hitting, Technically really solid except Matsumoto Boston Crab. Catanzaro vs Rhipley (***1/4) Good match, starts slow to finish great, some technical mistakes and bad selling from Rhipley. Conti vs Lane (*1/2) Quick, not really intense and the finish is sloppy. Satomura vs Martinez (***3/4) Two veterans so the match was intense, hard hitting and pretty good techincal. Satomura is on the way to be the MVP of this tournament. I like this episode nothing bad, 2 good matches and 1 great match."
