[3.0] "Following a very eventful show, this one seemed rather hollow. The opener was weirdly structured and didn't give the talent a chance to shine. The trios match was rather good, with a powerful performance by the heels and an energetic rally by the face who defeated their weakest link, as he mercifully prepares his exit from the company, so that was quite decent. On the other hand, Jody/Gallow lacked any interesting feature, just as the incoherent rambling match that was Nation/Sinners, both complete waste of time on a show that was already only 2 hours long overall. Swann/Strong was much better, as they are two seasoned and talented ring experts, but the short length and casual ending killed the gravitas of the title change, and this being the last match in FIP for founding legend Roderick Strong is a small tragedy. Jason Cade challenging The Savages and teaming with rival Lince Dorado had a lot of potential, but the long and rambling promo by The Savages to clumsily set up the match, as well as the miscommunication spots to set-up the aftermath all diminished the match itself, wasting its potential. Maxwell Chicago proves to be well-adapted to the FIP Heritage Championship scene, but this match's structure as well as the weird ending and angle afterwards made it quite mediocre. The main event certainly had potential and heat behind it, and having Belakus destroy Johnny & Trina was the right ending to this story, but the action before it was relatively tame and lackadaisical, not really worthy of the violent grudge match tradition of recent years in FIP. The good matches were few and far between, with other good match-ups ending up as wasted potential due to poor management, or rubbish bouts between unqualified workers. Not a good showing at all for FIP, in dire need of refreshing its roster and title scene."
