[6.0] "This is the second episode of Prime Time Wrestling available on the WWE Network and I am liking the format of this show. This was only Heenan's second week on the show, but him and Gorilla were great together. Sure, a lot of the matches on these shows are extended squashes, but some matches get some time. My favourite part of this show was Brian Blair vs Mike Sharpe; even if it didn't have a clean finish. My least favourite part of the show was having to watch a Bundy and Studd tag match. When I was doing research and watching this I believe this might be the debut of the Hart Foundation on tv, so that's definitely something of note; even if not their first it's certainly an early appearance. It was also great actually seeing a Bobby Heenan match on this show from a couple years prior, and Heenan's reactions in the present to it were great."
[4.0] "The Brain's back for the 2nd consec week and is in a looser form that is more reminiscient of the highly regarded partnership that entertained fans on this program and the yet to be created 'Wrestling Challenge' series. Though J Hart had many of the versatile mic skills of Bobby, his pipsqueak voice & side-show stature did not make for a man who could be wrestling's #1 organization's top manager. Unfortunately, this broadcast is filled w/ mostly outdated squashes many of which (ie. Arcidi/Bundy-Studd/Harts) are duds. Some, though, deserve mention: Heenan/Bellomo: Although BH was the grst side-act of all-time, by now he was past-his-physical prime and really shouldn't be wrestling 9 minute singles matches. At times he's evoking Henning of the '89-'91 period by bumping silly, (ie. the mid-ring shoulderblock collision that Bobby sells by running all-the-way to the SW buckle) thus turning the supposedly serious competiton into a laughingstock. He won after SB slinghots himself over-the-E-ropes to roll BH up but BH grabs the ropes, punches SB w/ a rt, and sits down on him. B B Blair/Sharpe: This was the most competitive bout of the program and surprisingly entertaining as in a rare circumstance, after a Blair leg-scissors, a frustrated Sharpe jumps the guardrail and walks into the stands. I'm sure security did not appreciate that. Mike led the match and came-off as big of a star as I have ever seen him. 3 stars Poffo/Gladiator: The majority of the bout's five minutes were an on-the-mat quality amateur display incl. 'The Gladiator's' fine short-arm scissors. Underrated - Greg Valentine, or was it Silas Young, on commentary, "TG will teach Lanny to be a man, stop writing all those poems. ' Shiek-Volkoff have a good interview, and so does my all-time favorite, the Macho Man (though not as tops as the one on 04-21) who briefly allows Gene to ask Liz a question, and then brilliantly takes the privilege back. "Macho Madness more seductive than sex. " 4. 5"
