Colon/Dragon had a bit of intensity and kept things simple and clean, producing a much better undercard match than their miserable records would suggest. Aaron/Gacy was perfectly nondescript, as Joe Gacy is deadweight that sinks every show he is on. Sozio/Caleb was incredibly insipid, and the slow burn Biff/Sozio tension in the background is unpleasant and distracting. Kimber/Nevaeh had the sloppiness inherent to Nevaeh's matches and continues the criminal waste of Kimber Lee's talent. Claxton/Mathis eas decent, an average detahmatch with no surprise, but it serves as a simple efficient introduction for Conor Claxton on the roster. Biff/Gulak was less intense and a bit more mechanical then their other singles encounters, but it remains a wrestling clinic with flawless execution that made Biff Busick look like a formidable champion. Products/Airborne started with a long brawling segment, original but eventually stale, before transitioning to a match, feeling somewhat rushed and forced as an epic encounter without the proper build, but it does result in the title change that should have happened at the previous show, much less effective here but still appreciated. The first half of the show is atrociously soporific, some of the most dull matchups ever ushered in the combat zone, but the second half is good, not great, even a bit underwhelming, but solid enough to bring the show to a decent quality level. |
| 3 | 05.10.2014 | sign squad | 4.0 | Irrelevante Opener sind nie der richtige Start für eine Show. Colon vs. Dragon ging OK. Colon stagniert, langweilt aber nicht. Gacy und Williams mit dem Versuch des Mean-Guy-Matches, fand ich auch OK. Sozio vs. Konley fand ich lahm. Kimber Lee vs. Nevaeh wirft erneut für mich die Frage auf, warum Frauen so wrestlen müssen wie Männer und auch die Frage, wer die beiden trainiert und ihnen nichts über Psychologie und Matchaufbau beibringt würde ich gerne mal geklärt wissen. Prädikat: ziemlich unsäglich. Mathis ist ein kleiner Psycho mit Ausstrahlung - das macht ihn für mich interessanter als der Rest der verbliebenen DM-Typen. Knackiges Match fand ich. Strickland vs. Kendrick fällt in die Kategorie: I do not care. Busick vs. Gulak mit derbe weitem Abstand das, was man Pro Wrestling nennen kann. Fands richtig gut, total simpel, gute Story und selbst die Fans reagiert gut darauf (**3/4). Main Event... hab ich ohne schlechtes gewissen geskippt. O14K sind mir zu backyard, als das ich sie weiter ertragen möchte. |
