[10.0] "I can't really say it has aged well, most of the Attitude Era hasn't especially with any involvement from Vince McMahon, but to downplay the importance of this feud would be uncalled for. One of the most monumental pieces to the puzzle of how WWE is still here to this very day, as a feud between the owner of the company and one of it's top guy, Vince basically hiring as many goons as possible to make Austin's life a living hell, ultimately having Austin be the victor at the end of the day was truly unheard of. It elevated Steve Austin to legend like proportions, and this feud laid a template that WWE would go back to time and time again, almost to the point most people forgot how new this was once upon a time."

Steve was a real man of the people, standing up to the authority and a bunch of his henchmen. The finale with Austin's heel-turn was questionable, but it is still one of the most outstanding stories in all the years of WWE's existence."

It had some high spots in the early beginning when Austin won the title but when Undertaker got involved in the Summer of 1998 it was weird and almost unwatchable. If you wanna see the feud everyone talks about, the Legendary Raw where Foley wins the title is the place to start, not after Austin won the title. I have finally finished the feud so I am revising. Wow. This storyline, I'm almost sad to see it go. Such a good feud. The Ministry storyline really elevated it to that level. The only thing that could rival it is the Bloodline but this is probably better than that."

[10.0] "Arguably the best feud of all time. Austin was the ultimate babyface and Vince the ultimate heel. The angles, despite being a bit silly at times, were always hot and created some of wrestling's greatest memories."

[10.0] "Vince McMahon rose to the occasion and made himself into the greatest villain in the history of wrestling, and his polar opposite, the quintessential anti-authority rebel Stone Cold Steve Austin became one of the single most popular wrestler of all-time. The intensity of the fight, brawling, and most of all visceral hatred turned this feud into a legendary status, incomparable to anything else."
