[3.0] "Victory Commonwealth Wrestling is a small promotion based in Toronto, Canada. In a way this promotion is like a Canadian version of Chikara, only you know, Chikara can be quite enjoyable at time, this Canadian promtoion however isn't. Most of the shows are run in awful venues with really small crowds, some of the characters are good but most of the matches are quite poor."
