[1.0] "Button mashing minigame, sucks. Wait, minigame? The entire game is that. I'd rather play a wrestling game, not break my controller. I appreciate the big size in roster. 12 characters is a huge roster for 1993 standards"

[7.0] "This was my first ever wrestling game, and one of my first introductions to pro wrestling as a whole. While the game doesn't hold up very well today, it still is fun. It has good exhibition matches with 1-on-1 and tag team. There is also a six man tag mode. For tag team and singles there is a tournament mode which can be fun. The main feature of the game is the Royal rumble mode, which I'm mixed about. I feel like some of the more advanced controls can be difficult to use, but if you just know the basics you'll probably be able to win most of the time."

[7.0] "It was fun playing Royal Rumble (the match) with friends. Playing it alone was a real joy as well because it was easy and quick enough to beat yet you felt like you accomplished something. The nostalgia here is prominent and I adored beating my friends with Ric Flair whenever I had the chance. The flaws though; as an adult my fingers do not like to move as fast as they have to, to get a suplex or headbutt. It becomes almost too easy as an adult to in general be victorious though. This by most accounts is primitive. 7.25 rounded down."
