[5.0] "The presentation of this book is impressive - lots of big beautiful photos, and little bonus materials like tickets and fliers. From that perspective it's probably an 8 out of 10. The problem is that the written content is pretty basic stuff. It's really at a fairly shallow level - he was born and when he was a teenager he became a weightlifter. Then he realised wrestling could make him money. He goes to Memphis, Mid-South, WCCW and then to WWF. It's a little more in-depth from then on, but every time he leaves it just skips to the next time he's back. Also all the content from Warrior himself is from in interview he did with someone else. The book doesn't avoid the fact that Warrior and the WWE/McMahon disagreed on stuff, which is good, but it's not really gotten into in much depth. Overall this book is like a photo album combined with a decent magazine article, which is fine, but I'm not sure I'd be too satisfied if I bought this full price, you know? And for such a fascinating character, who had his share of controversy and certainly split a lot of opinions, he would've been the ideal candidate to be looked at in depth."
