[8.0] "A great faction that brought diversity to the early Ring of Honour. Each member of the faction delighted the audience with fast and dynamic wrestling, and everyone was fun to watch."

[6.0] "It was a great way to get a bunch of younger wrestlers on the early ROH shows. I remember Special K more so than any member of the group (except for Jay Lethal). But all in all a good opening match heels that could have a good match to warm up the crowd."

[4.0] "Special K was very dull and unexplored as a stable of characters, as they were just a bunch of young "raver" kids interested in drugs, partying, and more drugs and partying. However, as in-ring workers they were at least pretty entertaining, since they were all full-on, unabashed spot monkeys. Yeah, they had absolutely 0 psychology or storytelling abilities, and they often hit their various spots in very overly contrived ways, but they still managed to make all their matches relatively entertaining car crashes, especially when it came to the multi-man gimmick matches like the "scramble cage matches", where they then had even more people and even more platforms with which to hit all their ridiculous flips and spins. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that the Special K members' efforts in those such spotfests in early ROH probably helped inspire the modern "mega-indy" spotfest style, and I at least appreciated how these guys never tried to pretend that they were anything more than spot monkeys. A pure "dumb fun" unit."

[6.0] "Wasn't my favourite gimmick or even close but it was decent enough. The party gimmick and the high risk in the form of stupidity really played well into the gimmick and their matches wasn't bad either."

[2.0] "It was certainly easy to hate a stable such as this one, because I don't like the scene that these characters were based on. A number of them were and still are vanilla midgets, while others were clearly established or showing a lot more promise (5 of them being Hydro, Jody Fleisch, Lacey, Abyss and ECW legend Mikey Whipwreck). Either way, some good wrestlers, some spot monkeys, an annoying gimmick, and amusing sacrifices for Low Ki on a bad night"
