And I see she's also improving too. She adds to her moves. UPDATE: Super pissed about her release, she was the only ID woman I truly liked. The ID program for the women is such a waste of everyone's time. These women deserve better."

I'm glad to see she was rewarded with WWE's developmental. I'm not sure if she'll make it to the next level, but I certainly hope she does. She's got everything you could ask for from an in-ring standpoint. She works well as both a face and a heel, which is a plus. Her movements are actually very fun to watch too. It might seem like an odd comparison, but sometimes I get Jay Briscoe or Kerry Von Erich vibes from the way she moves. I'm not sure if anyone will possibly understand that without watching them all side-by-side, but it's a huge plus for her. If anything prevents her from making it to the next level, it will unfortunately be her mic skills. I hate to say it, but she is absolutely brutal on the mic. Her promos sound very "rehearsed" and unnatural. I highly recommend taking acting or public speaking classes to improve on this. I don't think it would be the biggest problem in the world if she weren't in WWE's system. I assume there's a connection to Freelance and Evolve, seeing as the only two WWE ID Women's champions are Freelance regulars. Though I'm happy she's having success in WWE's system. I think AEW's system is a much more fitting place for her. I was very impressed with her ROH matches before the WWE ID signing, and I think there's definitely an opportunity for success in MLP. All the best to one of my favorite indy wrestlers of the past several years. The Freelance Faithful misses her dearly!"

She's not afraid of getting crazy in the ring but, it can be a little unfitting to watch at times. Slowing down in a match when it's not needed, and going TOO fast, when she needs to tell a story to the match. And bless her heart doing all those crazy antics in the ring, the cameraman can't keep up and sometimes seems to be a little unsure of herself with what moves to do for a story of a match. Very solid worker and I'm on the verge of giving her an 8 but, she needs some fine-tuning when progressing in scope of a match. 7.75/10."
[7.0] "She's a lot more lucha than almost anyone on the American scene I can think of right now. She's good, but I can only see so much of her on the indies. I really hope she makes TV this year so that everyone can see more of her. Lucha is always fun, which is why Laynie always brings the party."
[7.0] "A very fun and jovial performer who can also back it up in the ring. I see good things in her future. Having recently appeared on ROH's Women's Division Wednesday shows, hopefully we will see more of her whether it's AEW Dark, Impact, NWA, etc."
[6.0] "Laynie has a very pretty face and I do like her pastel colored outfits. Her over abundance of tatoos is a bit much for me, however. Still, she is fairly strong and is a decent wrestler."
