[10.0] "BOMBOCLAAT! He proved himself as one of the best singles & tag wrestlers. Very charismatic, his gimmick both has aura and is funny at the same time, and his in-ring work is very impressive while still being early into his career."

[10.0] "Mr. Pro Wrestle high himself, he has improved after his excursion and his young lion status and is basically looking a name for himself of having money but also while having pro wrestle high (he's a fan of those). but yeah he is one hell of a good wrestler."

[5.0] "I struggle to connect with Yuto. He has charisma, but his gimmick feels forced. As for the work, very overrated. For a guy that is supposed to be a tough striker, he lacks impact on way too many of his strikes/moves."

His style was fun to watch, and overall, I think he deserves the rating. His gimmick is over, and his mic work is probably one of the best in NJPW currently, GO KOB!"

[9.0] "I don't think there's ever been a wrestler that I have slowly and gradually liked as much as yuto-ice. At first to me he was just the gimmick, and from what I had heard he was okay in the ring. The gimmick is great, but he would need to back it up. Over the course of a few months, I started watching more and more matches, and I finally started to recognize how good he is, not just as a character but as a striker in the ring as well. Every match I see of his I like him more and more."

[10.0] "Yuto ice is might be one of the most entertaining wrestlers to watch right now, and the g1 is gonna make everyone realize this, yuto ice is so special because he isn't highflyer he's a relentless bruiser, like Shingo and Ishii, he wrestle just like them but the only difference is that his still young."

[9.0] "Yuto-Ice is genuinely one of the top wrestlers in the last year, his gimmick work and in ring elevation is outstanding. He has an amazing brawling skills which makes him solid at 1v1 situations. I can see the future of NJPW running through this man, unfortunately he'll not be part of this year's G1 tournament."

[9.0] "I was a little put off by the gimmick but everything I've seen since has convinced me that he may in fact be the future of NJPW. A solid in-ring performer with a believable brawler style which complements his tag partner Oskar's more big man style very well. His wrestling makes for a wonderful base against the myriad of both singles and tag wrestlers he feuds with. And then there's the promo - a prizefighter from the streets who's main goal is to create the biggest moneymaking match ever whenever he's in the ring. Already in high esteem with only more upward traction to go."

[10.0] "Yuto-Ice's gimmick on paper sounds so absurd that you'd assume Vince McMahon was responsible. HOWEVER, in a similar manner to The Undertaker, Yuto commits so much to the act that he feels authentic. Did he actually grow up fighting on the streets? I don't know, but I believe it. The promo he cut following the New Year Dash! 2026 main event outlined what he can provide to this promotion moving. With one of finest promos I've seen in years, he lit a spark under the entries roster and made it clear that he can be one of the defining figures of the next era that NJPW revolves around, alongside the likes of Yota Tsuji and Aaron Wolf amongst others. The tag-team with OSAKR, who is incredibly underrated in his own right, is one of the most exciting elements of the promotion at the moment and I'm looking forward to seeing what 2026 has in store."

[10.0] "If you told me 4 years ago that Yuto Nakashima would be my guy, that he would make me believe in NJPW again I would have never believed it. He brings so much fire and emotion to his matches, and crafts really good stories with his contemporaries. Also gets better in the ring day by day. I'm really curious of what his ceiling is and how NJPW sees him. Tag Team Guy? The next Ishii? Main eventer on his own? Time will tell, but I'm ready to follow the journey."

[8.0] "I tend to wait until I've seen at least ten matches from a worker before I ascribe a number to them, but Yuto-Ice is one of those rare guys who so obviously gets it that I'm confident with only having seen about five. Yuto-Ice looks like Hiro Saito, dresses like YOSHI-HASHI, and works like the bastard child of KENTA and Road Dogg. Sky's the limit for him. Only question is how long they're gonna keep him in the tag team rankings - he's got clear main eventer energy to him."

[9.0] "He is what Gabe Kidd was before him losing tons of momentum by joining the Death Riders. He isn't the best in the ring but he got so much swagger and personality that he is one of the most interesting prospect, he also form a great team with OSKAR they have a lot of chemistry together, however I don't think he will ever be on a IWGP Heavyweight level but he still is a great prospect for Tag Team Wrestling/Midcard NEVER Openweight or Global Title contention"

[8.0] "Oh boy, Yuto is looking to be the next big star of NJPW in the coming years. He's already got a rivalry with Yuya going, and holy shit was their match at KOPW ever great. He's got a good arsenal and he's very good in the ring. Cannot wait to see where he goes after this."

[8.0] "Another young lion returning from excursion with a fire lit underneath them, Yuto Nakashima went from a good Young Lion to returning alongside Oskar Leube and immediately being positioned at the top of the tag team division. Already in his first reign as an IWGP Tag Team Champion following a great match with Ishii & Taichi, a match where he was the MVP. Can't wait to see where he goes from here."

[7.0] "The one who shows most swagger and personality among them. Nakashima when evolving might be the perfect heel wrestler that joins a bunch like Strong Style or Bullet Club. Edit: Although a little behind compared to the others, Nakashima is still oozing swagger and heelish personality of them all, I can see him and Oscar feuding someday in a best friends, bitter enemies-like rivalry."

[5.0] "A decent young lion who definitely needs more seasoning. Has been surpassed a bit by his classmates but has a good future seemingly."

[6.0] "Yuto isn't as good in the ring as his other classmates, but has the best personality out of all of them. He has HEEL written all over him, and I really think that being part of a heel stable would really benefit his character."

[6.0] "Of the Noge Dojo Young Lions, Nakashima strikes me as the only one who's destined for a heel run. Dude is bigger then the other two and he knows how to hit hard. Also something about his look screams anti-hero monster to me"
