[4.0] "She gives the impression of someone who is only in wrestling because she either didn't know what to do with a gymnastic background or had no other options. I can't really explain it but her face never makes me think she truly wants to be where she is. She's a very athletic wrestler who can't cut any promos and has one of the dumbest, shittiest, most contrived finisher to ever exist in wrestling. She is literally doing gymnastics routines during matches and yet I see very little negative towards it. She does jumps and flips just to let everyone see that she can do them. Nothing about her character feels authentic. If the best thing someone can recommend about her is "pay no attention to those botches" you know she's not as good as advertised."

They saw her do flips and instantly wa t her in the main event scene, this girl botched 4 times in a row, without her flips, she's not really that impressive in the ring. Her promos are kid at best and she looks very awkward to Interact with the crowd. She's midcard as best and keep here there for the next couple of years. People should stop making these rookies win the world title, that's the reason both titles are dead right now because people keep pushing for these rookies to win the world titles when they are clearly not ready."

However, ever since being called up, she literally became a botchfest, and her promo skill is just not it. She says she wants to turn heel, but I'm not sure about the idea of Sol turning heel. She does have some good moves, but even then, she's quite green, and she gotta get sharper. She also just don't connect with her crowd, even though they are literally cheering for her flips and stuff"

Her presentation and uniqueness really stands out in today's roster and I love that about her. She embraces herself and it feels genuine. Her feud with Zaria and the whole Zaruca epic was one of the best and most underrated women's feud of all time in my opinion. It started and ended perfectly. Her main roster run hasn't been bad, but I really do miss Sol in NXT. They definitely treated her like a top attraction and someone to watch every week there. I've been loving her stuff with Lyra and all, but they definitely could be doing more with Sol rather than having her lose the IC title to Raquel. Her and Lyra should have a non title feud with stipulations. Sol has a long career ahead of her, but she could just be doing a lot more."

She quite-nearly injured Liv at that house show and, more often than not, botches during any time she is featured on TV. NXT is not an adequate training ground and cases like this prove it. I'd love to see her improve. She really tries so much over-complicated stuff, and I get wanting to wow the crowd. She should dial it back a bit and mellow out."

I don't she is anywhere close to being main roster material as she can't even cut that well of a promo. She's cool and flashy which definitely allows her to connect with the fans, but her finish is really a hit or miss, it either looks really good or really bad. She's no better than some other women on the NXT roster and I still think she needs a lot of improvement. EDIT: I'm editing this after she lost the IC title and moving my rating down to a 5 because she simply isn't good on a big stage. I think she definitely should've held the NXT Women's title before being called up because she very obviously isn't good while under lots of pressure. She definitely has promise though and I see a bright future."

It is not surprising that the main roster creative team is fumbling the bag with her. It's worth noting that as of this writing, she's only 168 matches into her career. She's still green. Give her space to grow. Her athletic gifts are spectacular and she's naturally charismatic. She has a pretty high ceiling if the stars align. Seems unfair to question her commitment when you consider she has already had to come back from a torn ACL and eight staples in her scalp."

That said, she has the opportunity to work on these weaknesses and become a good wrestler in the future. Without a doubt, if she focuses on training in professional wrestling and combines those skills with her athleticism, she could really stand out. Hopefully, they won't keep her as just an athlete and will allow her to develop and incorporate more wrestling into her performances"

I don't see a lot of passion or believability from her."

"For me the overall rating is a 9. By far the best female wrestler created by the performance center and NXT. She still has room for improvement but for me has everything, physicality, athleticism and charisma, everything it takes to work in the world of wrestling entertainment. Her rating will become a 10 when she will win the world title, and the creative team will allow her to make more catchy promos. Sure, her finishing move, as spectacular as it is, has margins for error, but most of the time it depends on how the opponents handle it. Alternatively, she always has the spear as a secondary move. Give her time and she could become one of the best wrestlers in modern WWE history. Is and always will be my favorite."

This will not help her become a well-rounded wrestler. Because of Sol's gymnastics background, she can do a lot of cool moves. However, there aren't many moves she is great at, but she still tries those moves, and they end up looking bad. On top of this, her strikes look rather flimsy at times, and she's not convincing at all on the mic."

Great in the ring but, getting past the theatrics, one wrong injury and getting a proper move-set down properly (which she hasn't yet and seems a little jiggery) in the ring and it's back to the indie scene and not in WWE anymore."

Her moveset is clean and logical, she is undoubtedly a likeable figure who could easily become a top babyface and, on the cherry on top, is her insane finisher: the sol snatcher is my favorite move in pro wrestling right now. She's already world title material, in my opinion, and that says a lot, given the fact that she is only 26 years old."

[10.0] "Sol Ruca is essentially what you get when you max out agility & charisma stats on a created pro wrestler. It's almost like putting John Morrison, Matt Riddle, Kofi Kingston & Jeff Hardy into a formula and making the result a female with all these gifts. The most athletic female in the business and a very solid promo on top of that. She's not just the Sol Snatcher, she can literally do every move and make it look fluid because of her functional body control and size. (Btw she's actually 5'9) She can do it all; Springboard 450 lariats, Military presses, Roundoff layout moonsault, Carthweel DDT, Websters, Suicide kip ups, Shining wizards, Capoeira kicks etc. She also has a very solid mat wrestling level with some good submission moves in her repertoire but most importantly is convincing, be it on paper and in practice. The day she gets called up is the day the main roster's women's division will truly feel like a step up from developmental."

[9.0] "Sol Ruca is the future of women's wrestling! With the short time she's had she's been able to connect with the audience super well and I love her matches. I get why her finisher is polarising but I like it. Wrestling has never been realistic so I'm not going to judge it when it takes a lot of effort to do. I love her stuff with Zaria. I think she could be better at her promos but she's in NXT and it's only going to get better."

All she really is missing is more development to her character some psychological work done in the ring and she really could come out being one of the best female talents to come out of the new era of NXT. She has amazing athleticism and works very well in the ring with any matchup you put her up against. I really think Sol may have the brightest future out of any female talent in wrestling currently. She is great on the mic too, you could say her energy isn't there or she doesn't sound like she cares or is into it but I really feel like we aren't living in a time where wrestlers have to scream into a mic to get their point across anymore. If you want that, go watch some old school promos. Sol Ruca is the future."

If she is not working in a multiple match or in tag team she almost doesn't exist. If it weren't for that hyped, silly, unrealistic and overly complicated move she makes, I really don't know if she'd be in the position she's in now. Don't get me wrong, I hope she gets better working in singles matches and in her promo skills. Until then, I can't rate her higher."

Sol Ruca is possibly the biggest case of woke, flippy wrestling in the WWE and it's great. Her moveset is nuts at her age and she incorporates her acrobatics background really well into her wrestling. I do think she has some ways to go in terms of things like selling, psychology, & set-ups (particularly for Sol Snatcher and her one cartwheel DDT she likes to do on the ropes) but she's absolutely oozing with potential. She has a look that casual fans will love, and she has some solid charisma & natural star-power. I don't particularly care for her promos, but so long as a person isn't absolutely garbage at promos I won't hate on them for it. Genuinely one of the few WWE wrestlers I care for and I'm very interested to see how she grows within the next few years, especially with the company & older women wrestlers being sold on her."
