[6.0] "Certainly improved from his black trunk days, but he's probably on the weaker side compared to other young AJPW breakouts like Anzai and Honda."

[8.0] "Inoue has created a great aura around himself, he is sympethetic, and you want him to get there, but he is also dangerous. He seems ambitous, he is on the small side (for All Japan), but he is trying to beat the heavyweights, like his rival Yuma Anzai, and is putting on killer matches while doing so."

[7.0] "I think that Ryo Inoue is pretty promising and feels like somewhat of a modernized throwback to 90s AJPW from what Ive seen and seems to have some sort of Kawada influence given his kicks and black and yellow tights. Even though he has a wrestling background he can kick pretty hard. Compared to the other names in AJPWs current signed junior division he adds something different to the division with his style and look. AJPW is doing good with their junior division currently and names like Atsuki Aoyagi, HAYATO, Omori and now Inoue looks promising for AJPWs future."
