[6.0] "Reno Riggins was quite a good jobber. He had in-ring skills and a distinguishing gimmick, which helped set him apart. During his Smoky Mountain Wrestling days he even was put in a small storyline with Ron Wright and his protégé the Dirty White Boy, where Wright offered him the opportunity to be one of his boys, which Reno ended up declining and essentially getting beaten up by the Dirty White Boy for his troubles. He was always one of the best jobbers on Smoky Mountain, and honestly I'd rather have him replace Tim Horner when it came to their allotted TV time."

[6.0] "It wasn't until after seeing his WCW material, (there is simply more to chew on) that Reno Riggins won me over. His major flaw is he was very small for the time and made The Midnight Express look towering; due to this, he was destined for lessor than. Riggins was smooth though, he also had good timing, could keep up with a fast pace & had a knack for tag work. His WWF work can be a whole lotta nothin but "45 second squashes" and that's where points get deducted. 5.75"
