Penta

[10.0] "The gear, the aura, the gimmick. Perfection. He's been in several promotions and his matches are always 10/10. Seriously, I have yet to see a bad Penta match. He won me over wrestling Chelsea Green in Lucha Underground, and then I found out he runs a wrestling clinic for children in his hometown? Like come on, his brother might be more talented in the ring, but Penta has it all, and seems like an incredible person in real life too."

[10.0] "Penta is one of these luchadores, which you need to praise more. I really like his character in the WWE, his in-ring is always good to excellent, and I'm genuinely excited to watch his matches. He is very talented and his recent WWE run has been great, his earlier days were too."

[10.0] "oh come, it's penta, who doesn't love this guy? whenever you see penta, always expect a good match from him because he'll entertain the fans from whatever promotion they're in"

[10.0] "My favorite luchador, Penta is consistently one of the most exciting wrestlers around. HIs work in WWE has actually been great up until this point in 2026 and his work before in AEW and around the globe was phenomenal. A wrestler who has accomplished amazing things wherever he went and kept innovating his character. It would be cool to see Penta Dark and Oscuro in WWE but I do think his run will be lengthy as they seem to value him and rightfully so."

[9.0] "Great Wrestling and Charisma. Still think what Penta has brought to the WWE is underappreciated. They found "the peoples luchador" after Rey retires. I know he is a good heel, but in the WWE landscape the people love him and should be a babyface lifer there."

[9.0] "The word "charisma" should have Penta's face next to it in the dictionary. In an industry where people frequently consider charisma and mic skills one and the same, Penta exudes pure charisma while cutting relatively simple promos. His wrestling skills are also good. He's not world class in the ring, but he's on the level right below and he can hang with the best."

[9.0] "One of the few guys that WWE picked up who haven't been shelved for eternity, one of the best mexican wrestlers to ever do it in the squared circle. From AAA, to AEW, to WWE, Penta has always been the guy to expect a good match from."

[10.0] "It's a very rare case when a luchador that isn't Rey Mysterio is able to have such a good connection with the crowd, and Penta does just that. Not only is he a joy to watch, but he's very charismatic and entertaining. His presentation is one of the very best in WWE and he's a good promo too. I hope they book his intercontinental title reign well, because I've been liking it so far. This dude is world champion material."

[10.0] "My favorite luchador right now, this man is the complete package: great on the mic, excellent high flier (as expected), incredibly technical and, above everything else, a memorable presence on WWE television. I've been following the man himself since his days with TNA, and I am beyond excited for his future with the WWE."

[10.0] "Great in-ring, great on the mic, charismatic, humble, talented and a veteran. He's a true all-rounder. Its easy to become a fan. Within a year of his arrival into WWE, he's already getting close to the top of the food chain. That's in part due to his theatrics as well. CERO MIEDOOOO."

[9.0] "He's a fantastic wrestler. The way WWE is presenting him is simply beyond praise. One of the best entrance in the promotion right now. He's finally been given the title and has been allowed to work the mic for the second week in a row. The crowd loves listening to him, loves seeing him, and loves watching his matches. He's a true superstar whose eyes truly shine from working for this place. Management should appreciate that."

[9.0] "Big big fan of Penta, he's not quite as athletic or crisp as his brother Rey Fenix but he's the more charismatic of the two by far, he's incredibly exciting to watch and his promos get you super-hyped. Looking forward to their reunion in the tag division but in the meantime he's got a well-deserved midcard singles title reign and hopefully he cooks with that for a while."

[8.0] "Only 8 for now, which is still very good, but i want to see him against the top guys before i can judge him fully. He's very good tho, he looks like a star."

[5.0] "It's rare to see someone getting pushed this fast into his WWE career but it's understandable because he's a major star in wrestling before coming to the promotion. However I genuinely believe it's undeserved, the man was always the least talented on his team with his brother and now it's showing when he works alone. He's always been overrated but now he's even over pushed but he's not doing anything with it"

[9.0] "WWE treated Penta like a megastar right away, and he has really delivered. His walk is over, his hand sign is over, "CERO! MIEDO! " is super over...Penta knows how to connect with the audience. He's lost a step in-ring since his Lucha Underground days, but he's adapted pretty well to WWE's style and he's a staple on Raw, able to slot in anywhere on the card. He's just plain cool, and hopefully he gets to hold singles gold soon."

[9.0] "CERO! MIEDO! For ratings this high, sometimes the rating can do all the talking. Man, I just love Penta."

[8.0] "He is a good wrestler and a fun character. I hope him and his brother reunite soon and win all the gold. I wouldn't mind an Usos length tag team championship reign for the Lucha Bros"

[5.0] "I have to admit he has a certain aura (and a mask which is even cooler than his brother's), but nothing much else besides that. He cannot do flips as well as Fenix and he is one of the worst wrestlers alive in terms of in ring psychology. A spot monkey without even being the best at that. And you'd think after so many years as a tag team wrestlers he'd have figured out how to work a tag team match, but no, his tag bouts are all over the place to the point you cannot even follow the narrative, if you can call it that"

[10.0] "CERO MIEDO! I fell in love with him during his Lucha Underground stint and, even if he is a little unconsistent sometimes I'm so entertained by him, both in ring and with his promo work"

[9.0] "one of the best luchadores of modern wrestling, he's nearly done it all, i'm not letting his run in WWE tarnish anything of his legacy, he's one hell of an athlete, entertaining as hell, he deserved better runs in most of the companies he worked in, his charisma is off the charts, i just love that guy so much and how he can turning anything into an interesting feud, interesting rivalry, interesting match, i'm so thankful for him and his brother. Cero Miedo ?"

[7.0] "His strengths are undeniable: he has a unique presence, a striking mask and look, and a flashy style that makes him instantly recognizable to fans. His matches can sometimes rely heavily on spectacle and repeated spots rather than fluid storytelling, which in WWE's structured environment can hold him back."

[7.0] "His 2016 Lucha underground run was amazing, one of the best wrestlers around. His early run in AEW was amazing with his brother. I even bought a mask! Its sad what seems to have happened to him recently. I presume they are waiting for his brother or maybe its his age, or maybe his harder style of wrestling doesnt work for WWE. he still has a cool look and i hope things change soon but at 40 his last run needs to be better, Hurry up Rey."

"When Penta burst onto the WWE scene, he brought an immediate electricity to the ring. His walk-in routine is epic, too."

[10.0] "Penta's success from a mexican Lucha Libre fan perspective. The "Pentagon" character originated in the late 90s, originally destined to be Octagon's archenemy. The first version of Pentagon (Andrade's uncle) was a partial success, until suffering a life threatening injury that almost forced him to retire. Then the second Pentagon existed in late 90s - early 00s, under the name "Pentagon Black", who was overall fine but had noticeably less success than its predecessor. Then "Pentagon III" was created in the mid 2000s, who practically passed without pain or glory in the mexican indies until losing to Octagon in a Mask vs Mask match without much more to add. Just like every other Pentagon, some minor versions of the character existed between the main 3, again, without making much of an impact in history. So, notice a pattern here? In reality, the PENTAGON character never meant much in the Lucha Libre scene, being limited to be a jobber character who would barely get any crowd reactions and would always stay in the shadows of Octagon. THAT, UNTIL "PENTAGON JR." MADE HIS DEBUT. A man wanting to succeed, to stand out, to reinvent himself and the character without losing its essence. Someone who had no fear, zero fear, CERO MIEDO. And, needless to say, that man totally delivered on that part. More than a decade ago, who would have thought that the PENTAGON character would be an international success some day? NOBODY, but PENTA made the impossible possible and deserves all his roses for that."

[9.0] "I'm glad Penta is in WWE rn, I'll waiting for big W's for him and his lil bro Rey Fenix. He's so special and skillful, he deserves to make Rey Mysterio path too"

[9.0] "Penta is one of the most captivating luchadores of his generation. His charisma, intensity, and unmatched connection with the crowd--whether he's in Mexico, the U.S., or Japan--make every match feel special. His mix of brutal strikes, creative offense (like the Mexican Destroyer), and theatrical flair gives him a unique presence in both singles and tag action. Whether as Pentagon Jr., Penta El Zero Miedo, or just "Penta, " he consistently delivers. His chemistry with Rey Fenix as the Lucha Brothers was era-defining for modern tag team wrestling. He's more than just a wrestler--he's a character fans genuinely rally behind. "Cero Miedo" isn't just a catchphrase--it's a vibe"

[7.0] "Penta seemed to be destined for bigger things a few years ago but he's stalled. As good as he can be, he's been doing the exact same thing for well over a decade. In WWE he's just another mask in the crowd and jobbing to lesser quality talent on B level PLEs."

[9.0] "While I'm not a big fan of his wrestling after Lucha Underground, both in terms of my own taste and his journey, I don't know anyone who can connect with any audience around the world as easily as Pentagon Jr."

[10.0] "What a Entertaining wrestler, I quickly fell in love with him (not literally), his Lucha Underground and AEW were amazing, and as of this moment, his WWE is really awesome. Great wrestler fr"

[9.0] "Was awesome in Lucha Underground, great in AEW and doing stuff in his early days of WWE. Pentagon Jr is amazing!"

[9.0] "What an incredible journey in WWE! Every match is a thrilling spectacle, filled with excitement and entertainment that keeps fans on the edge of their seats."

[8.0] "I think he might be the next big thing in wrestling, he's being presented really well and he's a great wrestler. I saw in an interview that he doesn't want to be the next Rey Mysterio, but the first Penta. I think he will be the next big luchador. He isn't perfect, but definitely has the potential to make a name for himself."

[10.0] "my favorite wrestler and i am hoping his latest run, in 2025 wwe, gets him the accolades that he deserves. Very happy for him and looking forward to his work"

[8.0] "Penta has a great in ring ability and charisma. In the ring he has a good mix of submission wrestling and exciting high flying moves. His charisma attaches to any audience despite not speaking English. Lucha Underground took him to the next level."

[10.0] "Been following him since around late 2023 and gone back to watch his best matches. His selling is unbelievably convincing. His in-ring work is obviously spectacular and is honestly my favorite luchador of all time. His matches with the Elite and Young Bucks in AEW with his brothers were simply captivating. His intergender stuff in Lucha Underground was also awesome to watch with him wrestling great matches against Chelsea Green and pulling a TRIPLE duty on a show wrestling Kairi Sane, IYO SKY, and MAYU IWATANI? His stamina is excellent. His WWE debut against Chad Gable was awesome to watch and to see that WWE really hasn't nerfed him that much as he's still pulling out Canadian Destroyers and Drivers. His promo work gets the crowd unbelievably hot and his English skills have considerably improved from years past."

[10.0] "30 titles, 20 years experience, 15 as a tag team, The Crash Cruiserweight Champion which is the lightest champ in that titles limit, 10 years of major exposure leading to a transformation to stardom in Lucha Underground as Dark, Impact Wrestling as Jr, Warrior Wrestling as 0 miedo & All Elite Wrestling as El 0 Miedo! 5 years of tag team excellence in bring the AAA tag team gold to the mainstream in combate de escalera de la muerte to reach for the sky in tribute to another great tag team, The Briscoes. 2 years as Oscuro while being back as Jr faced Psycho Clown in the most bloody main event in Triplemania history to travel to the winning team in Wembley Stadium ALL IN 2023 that year & this year, one year of a lifetime ready to take WWE ie those Americans down, maybe break some arms and grab the trophy by the handles, bassinet to his fingers as he say proudly, porque él es Pentagon Jr., ¡Cerooooo miedo!"

[10.0] "AAA, AEW, and LU knew what they had when he was there. He also made huge noise in TNA with his real-life brother Rey Fenix. Already a bonafide legend in Mexico and the U.S. and still having years left in the tank makes Penta a surefire WON hall of Famer at some point. He has held almost as many titles as Adam Copeland and more than who many people consider to be the best. As a long-time fan, I've enjoyed seeing him be as evil as possible like when he kayfabe broke the arm of his opponents in Lucha Underground and even lured Vampiro out of retirement for 1 last brutal and bloody match. Now, he'll be in WWE. I really hope WWE use him properly. Sin Cara, Alberto el Patron, and Hunico just couldn't match the charisma of their luchador legend Rey Mysterio. Now, we can find out if Penta will be WWE's Penta Dark or Penta Job"

[9.0] "Penta is One of my favorite Wrestlers in the World. Penta is amazing he's a great singles star and tag team wrestler with his brother Rey Fenix as the Lucha Bros. Penta is super cool and has so much swagger to him and his look is great its very unique and sick and he's also Super charismatic. I Love Penta so much and will always be one of my favorites."

[7.0] "Penta is one of my favorite wrestlers to watch and has been since his Lucha Underground days. He has an amazing look, great character work, and an amazing moveset. HAVING SAID THAT I feel like a lot of his most recent work has been more one note and repetitive. I'm not even solely talking about the constant Cero Miedo stuff with the taunting and posing being a bit too much for me, but it feels like his last few matches in AEW just blended together and were him hitting the same moves and spots in the same order. That's the only reason I have ranked him a bit lower than I would have, as personally I love his career but wish he would evolve or change. Hopefully when he finally arrives in WWE, he'll be able to do that."

[9.0] "Penta has always been one of my favorites. I watched a match of his in Lucha Underground vs Vampiro and I was hooked ever since. He is a proven commodity and I cant wait to see him in WWE. He should be able to get 8-10 rated matches even without the violence he usually presents in his AEW and AAA matches."

"Pentagon Jr (or Dark, or 0M, or whatever you want to call him) has been one of my favorites, although he's been in very different roles over the years. In my view he was best in Lucha Underground, where he got to be as violent as he could reasonably be and his armbreaker was put over as more dangerous than it was anywhere else, but no matter where he's been he is a reliable utility guy. He leans a bit heavy on schtick, and he's not as athletic as his brother, but he's a consistent performer. He'll never be the top guy, but he's great in the midcard."

[8.0] "Penta is crazy cool in the ring and I really enjoy watching his matches, however, he can't get booked to win a big match to save his life. I love watching his matches and he delivers almost every time, but when it comes to big matches, he loses and gets put right back to the lower-mid card. I personally think he should be in a mid-card title division where he can continue to win and be on my TV screen. Overall great wrestler but needs to be booked better."

[6.0] "penta has been been slumming it for many years at this point but he has enough goodwill with the fans that it's not too noticable. still don't really want to see him in singles matches. he was absolutely class in lucha underground with his arm taking gimmick"

"He is an awesome luchador. Excellent in ladder and no dq matches. The destroyer he does is awesome. Definitely needs to be in wwe"

[10.0] "Used to be my favorite wrestler as Pentagon Dark, he is the embodiment of a rare instance of phenomenal character work from a luchador. With one of the best moveset ever, it hides everything away from his standard wrestling ability and really captured me at his peak. Such intense and unspoken charisma, seeing lost in times now that he is a midcard act and a tag team partner of what he admits himself to be a much more talented brother. Personally, he could of been so much more, a main event, the best rudo of this era, but it is what it is. still likes him, even if now i understand how formulaic his matches are."

[8.0] "I say 8 but only because Fenix is the 9. I wish I could comment a bunch on his Mexican history but I can't. The first I remember him was from Lucha Underground and from there he was all over the American scene. I remember how excited I was for his match at All In with Omega but I thought it fell short. AEW has made this man an entirely new creature though. With Fenix he has become one of my favorite tag teams and he's put on great matches back and forth. His cagematch with the Young Bucks is one of the best matches in AEW history. First of all Penta has the look and the charisma. He legitimately looks scary - like if you were a kid he would intimidate the hell out of you. All his mannerisms and movement are awesome. He used to spam his taunt non stop but he has gotten much better when it comes to TV time. He has still a good future to come."

[9.0] "Capable of great technical work, impressive high flying work, and well-rounded psychological work, Penta is the platonic ideal of a modern luvhador, even though his booking may not always reflect that."

[9.0] "My first time seeing Penta was in a GIF on wrestling Twitter, where he absolutely killed another worker with a Package Piledriver on the apron on the indies in 2017. Then, I found Lucha Underground, and he was my guy for a while shortly after. His deathmatch with Vampiro genuinely is one of my hidden gem matches that I feel like not a lot of people talk about, considering that Vampiro was already so limited back then. Penta is all about mystique, and barring his overuse of taunt spamming over the past couple of years in AEW (look even those of us who love him, can't and shouldn't deny it), he puts on absolute bangers when given time. Great brawling Lucha, great tag worker with his brother, and I've always been a big fan of his look."

[10.0] "One of the most effortlessly cool wrestlers today. I think a lot of people first saw him on Lucha Underground, which I think as far as American exposure goes was his best work. Him and his brother haven't really been used as well as I'd like them to be in AEW but they still get to show how unique they are anytime they're on TV."

[7.0] "Based more of his aew work hes good, knows how to work the crowd, and is charismatic as hell. My major gripes are too many poses during the match and how he goes from selling to no-selling moves of opponents. I can deal with the poses but when theres an opponent working over a body part and he doesnt react thats pretty bad."
