[9.0] "One of the best North American women wrestlers ever! Always gave it 100% even when treated like absolute garbage by the WWE. Always tried to have good matches even when facing untrained models or wrestling on a random episode of Heat while the commentators made fun of her outfit or body shape! I'd even argue she's one of the best move sellers ever as she always made her opponents' moves look way better than they actually were."

[10.0] "Molly Holly was a rare gem in a time when women's wrestling was often treated as an afterthought. She brought world-class technical ability, grace, and genuine character to a division dominated by style over substance. She was never afraid to play the villain, take bumps, or outwrestle just about anyone in the ring. At WrestleMania XX, she personally pushed for a hair versus title match and agreed to have her head shaved just so the women could have a meaningful place on the card. That moment was not about spotlight but about opportunity, and it showed the depth of her commitment to the business. Outside the ring, she has mentored younger talent, stayed humble despite her accomplishments, and devoted herself to charitable work without seeking praise. Molly Holly is not just one of the most underrated wrestlers of her era. She is also one of the most honorable."

Always had a character and played it well from her super hero days to the shaved head heel and now that i think of it while they were both on the comedic side she managed to get over with both and get the face or heel reaction. A 10 just for her kindness. She payed for Beth's tuition for OVW, managed to get Gail a try out match and a spot, does a ton of charity work. I wish more people were like her both in the business and real life. Nothing but respect. It's great to see they recognize everything she has done and are using her as a producer. Especially as i believe the only woman? Good to see her at rumbles, good to see her at specials. I hope we can get one small angel/storlyline with her like how we get with Lita and Trish."

She always worked best as a prude-ish heel character and I feel like she wasn't really allowed to further explore much else in terms of characters because she worked so well as that type of character. She was someone who had to put up with a ton crap, in terms of storylines but she accomplished alot for the sake of making woman's wrestling meaningful when the business only saw it for bikini contests and pillow fights."

Even though the WWE focused on the T&A during her era, she was the opposite of that and had a really good feud with Victoria in 2004 and her Trish feud, while terrible in that it focused on her being a virgin and wearing granny panties, helped progress Trish into the model turned good wrestler she's known as today."

[10.0] "Molly Holly was honestly the best female (technical) wrestler that WWE has ever had up until the Four Horsewomen and Asuka arrived in the mid 2010s, so I'm honestly shocked that her overall score is lower than it should be. Molly was also fairly good on the mic from the limited promos she's cut, and she was reasonably over too as the workrate veteran in the division (even though she wasn't around for that long in WWE). Molly was definitely ahead of her time during the Ruthless Aggression Era. If she competed now in her prime, Molly Holly would instantly be one of the best female wrestlers on the roster who would be on par with Asuka, Io Shirai, Charlotte Flair, and Sasha Banks."

She held her ground and wrestled technically and scientifically sound no matter what kinda garbage or chicanery was surrounding her and the other ladies of the era. The effect and impact was what you see today with most of the women really giving their all, taking things seriously and doing their best to truly learn the craft. Nora never flaunted her body or dumbed down her ring presence, Nora never let herself become another prop and clawed her way to respect in the business via her highly respectable ring work ethic - complete and total respect to one of THE BEST American women wrestlers. Thank you Nora for your immeasurable contributions for the betterment of women's wrestling in the US!"

[8.0] "Molly was really ahead of her time. She was excellent as a face, but some of her heel stuff has aged poorly because her gimmick was that she wasn't as hot as the Divas at the time. I think if she had come up today she would have gotten more of the respect she deserved."

[10.0] "My favorite woman wrestler of all time and criminally underrated. Molly Holly was an excellent worker. Early on, she didn't have that much persona or character, but she really came into her own in those regards during her WWF/WWE run. Fantastic heel as well. Her career didn't reach the heights it should have because she was ahead of her time and didn't really fit the company's "diva" image during her run."

[8.0] "Molly Holly was one of the more appealing women during her time, largely because of her ability. Not only was she proficient in the ring, but she was also capable of working the mic. As Vince had the likes of Stacy & Tori for the sex appeal & Lita & Trish for the feud, Molly was often slotted with a comedy role. She was a Holly cousin, a superhero sidekick, & the girlfriend to Spike at one point or another. As I'm not the biggest fan of comedy, Molly made it much easier to watch due to her natural talent & likability."
Kanato wrote on 31.07.2019:
[10.0] "Another incredibly underrated gem. Molly Holly was very talented and very charismatic with the WWE universe, even when she portrayed a vicious heel. I find it really amazing that never did she suffer a single injury in her entire career, how amazing is that? Also, I feel that she's often overshadowed by Lita, who I feel is one of the most overrated woman in the Attitude era. In the first Women's Royal Rumble, Lita returned and performed her finisher, to which the audience chanted "You still got it. " In that same event, Molly returned and performed her finisher (which is FAR better), and people did cheer, but it wasn't a proper reaction. Molly deserved the chants, not Lita."
OldSchoolHeelFan wrote on 14.04.2019:
[9.0] "The fact that she hasn't returned to the ring since leaving WWE back in 2005 made me deduct a point from my rating of her. Other than that, she was truly an underrated gem in the ring. It's a shame she wasn't given the push that other less-deserving female wrestlers got (i. e. Lita). She may not have had the desired look of her contemporaries, but her excellent work ethic and her personality truly made up for that. After all, this is wrestling and not a beauty pageant. Both male and female wrestlers should be in the ring wrestling and cutting great promos, not stand around and just look the part. If there's any female wrestler who should be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, then Molly Holly is definitely one of those wrestlers."

[9.0] "To me, Molly was the "anti-Lita". She was adored by WWE talent at the time and was team first, playing a heel excellently despite having moral issues with what she was asked to do as a heel (she's deeply religious). She had quite a few killer moves/finishers which were always executed crisply, cleanly and realistically. Molly was a great character actress who could tap into multiple personalities (as a heel or the really over at the time "Mighty Molly") and was good on the mic. I personally thought she was pretty hot, and at least, hers were real (unlike ALL her fellow divas who had fakes) Meanwhile, Lita played face, despite being hated by most of her co-workers, having only one character, one finisher which she botched frequently, zero mic skills and being ugly as a tomboy after suffering a beating. Sigh... only in the WWE!"

[9.0] "The Natalya of her day, she was technically the best wrestler who's job it was to make the others look good. Unlike her contemporary however, she had the ability to play different characters and could switch up her moveset accordingly. Cousin Molly was rivaling Trish and Lita in popularity back in the day, and her prudish heel turn was such a turn. She will always get props for offering to shave her head just to get the Women's Title on the Wrestlemania card. The patron saint of wrestling, I was so happy at the pop she got at the women's royal rumble. She will be Hall of Fame bound soon, maybe even next year."

[6.0] "One of the finer, yet underappreciated woman wrestlers. Molly could play the loveable or the prudish heel, the latter is where shined. She definitely wasn't able to gain any cred in a division that valued looks and sex appeal over workrate but Molly was a hard worker and a committed one (who even offered her hair just to get on the Wrestlemania card. ) Now a trainer, and impressing in a one-off appearance at the Rumble, she's hopefully getting some more undue recognition."

DanTalksRasslin wrote on 08.08.2016:
[8.0] "A talented Malenko-trained technical grappler who could also take to the air when needed (including for her impressive finishing maneuver), Molly first came to national attention in WCW where, after a stint under the name Miss Madness as part of Randy Savage's entourage, she broke out on her own under the name Mona. While it appeared that WCW was attempting to establish a women's division with Mona as the top babyface, any such plans fell apart when she departed for the WWF in 2000. Cast as another Holly cousin, she continued in the role of squeaky-clean babyface she had begun as Mona. After a romance storyline with Spike Dudley and later becoming a superhero sidekick to the Hurricane, she turned heel, a role she stated she disliked playing but was very effective in nonetheless. Turning to the negative aspects of her clean-cut persona, she developed a strong voice on the mic and provided a great foil for bombshell Trish Stratus as she became the company's top female face. WWE frankly put her through a lot of crap, including having her head shaved and an insulting storyline involving the size of her posterior, but she departed wrestling with her head held high in 2005. She's since mainly focused on good works outside the business, but returned for a Divas Battle Royal at WrestleMania 25, made some refereeing and non-wrestling appearances on the indies and popped up as a commentator on the WWE Network a few times."

[9.0] "Molly Holly, an amazing wrestler, was perhaps better known as a goody two shoes, patronizing villain. It was her work as Mighty Molly that first caught my eye, she had a different look from every other woman in WWF/E and she was always very strong inside the ring, mixing a technically sound style with high risk maneuvers."

[7.0] "Molly Holly has openly stated in wrestling shoots that she HATED playing as heel but, those were really the best aspects of Molly Holly. I don't remember Molly Holly doing much of note as a babyface but, she truly shined as a heel. Molly will perhaps always be remembered for her head getting shaved by Victoria at Wrestlemania 20 and while it her matches with Trish, Victoria and Lita did get a bit repetitive here and there, she was a good WWE Diva."

She stole the show on WCW , and achieved well deserved success in the WWE. The Divas and Knockouts of today could learn a lot from her."
