[6.0] "Johnny Kashmere was a part of The Backseat Boyz, one of the top tag teams in the early 2000's indies. Him and Trent Acid had charisma and good chemistry and I can see the influence they could have had on other teams in the next generations. Those sequenced double moves/combos as the Dream Sequence were innovative at the time and I think that many of modern tag teams use that idea. Their finisher was the T-Gimmick, a cool way to end the matches. I've watch their only appereance at TNA and all his run at ROH. They wrestled once in TNA, on a losing effort to gain access to the tag team gauntlet for the gold, but they did a good performance and I don't see why they didn't have any more opportunities there. In ROH they had a longer run and they even won the ROH tag titles and held them for one show. On a time where that division was meaningless, they put an interesting work and became fan favorites. Their first appereance was on an interpromotional match against ROH's Homicide & Corino, a match mostly remembered because it started their legendary feud with some misscomunications leading to them losing the match. After that, they showed their charisma and tag team skills on some scramble matches. I specially enjoyed the one at Expect the Unexpected. At Night of Champions they had an interesting match with the Ring Crew Express, nothing special, but a enjoyable extended squash. After that, they wrestled on some forgetable scrambles and tag matches with the likes of Da Hit Squad, the SAT or Special K. At Glory by Honor II they won the tag titles after defeating Special K on the final match of a Gauntlet. That was the only good match of the tournament. But their reign wasn't long as on the next show, Tradition Continues, Special K's Izzy and Dixie defeated them and won the titles. That match was good and the outcome unexpected, as they won with interferences and a ref bump, something that was uncommon on ROH at the time. After that, they won that insane Scramble Cage match, one of the most crazy and fun matches I've seen. What could go wrong with a steel cage with platforms on the corners so the wrestlers can dive off them? It was a crazy spotfest, but I was trully entertained by it. The Boyz did some cool combos. After that, their run was almost over. They had a match with Fast Eddie & Hernandez and won a first contendership match after turning on the Carnage Crew. At the Second Anniversary The Briscoes defeated them on their final match on ROH. That was a dissapointment, because what could have been a dream match in another company, was just an eight minutes match with no interest at all, just some decent high spots. And that was all for the Backseat Boyz. Kashmere left the company, but Acid remained on a singles role. Maybe Kashmere didn't have as much charisma as his partner, but he still was a solid wrestler that did some memorable performances. That makes me want to check for of their work on other companies as CZW or JAPW."

[7.0] "So...why exactly are people rating Johnny Kashmere so low? I understand that he isn't Trent Acid, but Kashmere is still an exceptional talent who deserves to be known for more than just being the tag partner of a wrestler we unfortunately lost too soon."

[7.0] "Johnny Kashmere swiping his cobwebs away to become a tier 1 independent wrestler once again! Crowned as a hall of famer and part of the strongest tag team movement on the indies back in the 2000s. Him and Trent Acid, batting teams of MENs Teioh with Jun Kasai , Evolutions Nova & Frankie Kazarian and Homicide & Steve Corino. Very strong individuals in a good team but Johnny Kashmere clearly ascended the ranks before disappearing. Glad he can still go and might see if he gets a shot in a major company one day."
