[8.0] "Joe Gacy was good on the indies, and he continues to get better as time goes on. He has everything you look for in a wrestler, he can do promos, can have a good match with just about anybody, he has charisma."

[3.0] "His attempts at crazy eyes looks more to me like a guy who just ate the last slice of pizza at the office party and knows he got away with it. The entire gimmick is Wish.com Bray Wyatt. He is very good at promos even though those are also Wyatt family retreads. His in ring work isn't bad but there's nothing that he does combined with my other gripes about him that sets him apart. Clearly someone at WWE far more important than me sees it too because his role in NXT has diminished."

[8.0] "A performer who has always attempted to do the best with the material provided to him. A performer who many times can make bad material passable to good. While Joe Gacy absolutely is struggling to reach that next level, he has shown himself to be a capable midcarder who can turn the promos and characters provided to him as something workable."

[9.0] "I feel recently Gacy has found himself as A performer once again, he's actually A great wrestler but A lot of people didn't know this until the iron survivor challenge, he's already got the gimmick down very well too so he has A bright future ahead of him, atm he's A better version of Bray Wyatt."

[10.0] "Gacy is basically perfect in every way, He has the Speed, The Skill, The Experience, So basically his In-Ring work is great. And his Promo Work is on point aswell, His mannerisms are there and just the way he delivers it, His promo is pretty good too and he excels as his current character. Hope they call him up."

[7.0] "Just watched him for the first time at the NXT Deadline event and he really impressed me. Bigger guy that can move but also has believable power. Kinda like KO but darker"

[5.0] "I don't see that much interest in Gacy on a national scale. He's a very one dimensional wrestler. Despite being 16 years in the business I don't think of any major moments from CZW and his recent work in WWE has been bad."

[8.0] "Hopefully WWE will keep him for a long time, he is an underrated wrestler and he does very well as a dark character. Agile for his weight and a good mic talker, I see it as good to compare him with Bray Wyatt because he has a dark character as well as a symbolic one towards peace. He obviously doesn't deserve a 10 because he's not perfect as a wrestler and I don't think he'll ever be, but he's good at what he does and WWE is using him well."

[9.0] "I really love his run as CZW heavyweight champion before. He has great charisma in him and he can cut a really good promo. He has a variety of great match (normal or hardcore match). Is such a shame that he didn't get more recognition but I still faithful that this man will get what he deserved."

[9.0] "One of the most underrated wrestlers in the world. Really don't understand how he isn't just everywhere. He came a long way from his debut and now one of the best character and wrestler out there. If he was in a better shape he would have been signed by now because his character work, charisma, promo, and wrestling is off the charts."

I've never been anything less than excited to see one of his matches, and he's one of the most deserving champions yet, having defeated Jonathan Gresham (by submission, no less) at Cage of Death 2016. I just started watching CZW after hearing about their subscription service, CZW Studios, and after following Gacy for the entire year, I've concluded that even though he started out as a brawler, he is obviously capable of doing so much more. He clearly has a bright future ahead of him. 10 out of 10."

[8.0] ""Sloppy Joe" no more. Joe Gacy has spent the past year making himself over from clumsy brawler into energetic wrestling machine. His recent CZW run has consisted of quality bouts with Shane Strickland, Jonathan Gresham, Mike Bailey, and John Silver, all of which were among the best matches of their respective shows. The work Gacy's put in at Dojo Wars is evident, and his grasp of the subtleties is much sharper. When you mix that with the energy and presence he's always shown, the transformation into what he is today becomes much more understandable."
