[6.0] "Surprisingly good. Body of Silver King, head of John Tatum. Mostly tackling dummy for Jim Herd's WCW. Great at keeping pace, solid body language. Made things look good, was not much a stumbler and never seemed lost. When given time to shine (The Rock n Roll Express were giving), Joe showed his stuff & could suck you in - how many enhancement guys can say the same? Had he stuck around he could have possibly risen above "Saturday morning squashes". Ended up owning a territory in recent times because obvious love for the business is obvious."
