[10.0] "The fact that he's been called up to the main roster at only TWENTY ONE YEARS OLD shows you just how amazing this dude is. His wrestling style is what got the fans to love him since he wrestles in such a fun way. I've never seen him have a bad match."
[9.0] "The 'Young OG' nickname isn't just a gimmick; it fits him perfectly. Honestly, it blows my mind that he's doing this at only 21 years old. Most guys his age are still figuring out the basics, but Je'Von is out here outworking 10-year vets and stealing the show on a regular basis. It's not just the high-flying stuff--though let's be real, his flips are absolutely sick--it's the psychology and the little details. He doesn't have that frantic energy of a rookie just trying to get his spots in; he has the poise and timing of someone who's been doing this for a decade. He already looks like he belongs in the main event scene right now, not years down the line. I can't even imagine where he'll be in 5 years. Absolute stud."
[5.0] "Je'Von Evans looks exciting because he can hit wild spots that make the crowd react, but once you strip those moments away it becomes clear he has no grasp of match structure or psychology. He moves from one big move to the next with no setup, no pacing, and no idea how to build a story. The crowd popping for athletic chaos creates the illusion that he is farther along than he is, but being over does not mean he understands what he is doing. Right now he is all flash with no internal logic holding the match together."
[10.0] "Well 1st of his real name is Malachi and he is a great high flyer with a lot of upside who I think is gonna be a big player in the WWE in a few years as he just gets everything. Many wrestler are high flyers but he does the extra like psychology and having meaning for his moves and his promos are quite different from the generic WWE superstar"
[9.0] "I first watched Je'Von at Heatwave, and I was blown away. This kid has it all, from a defined character, solid promo skills and very good in-ring work. The fact that he's 21 and this talented is amazing. While he isn't quite ready for the main roster yet, he is one of the best young talents not just in WWE, but in the whole world."
[9.0] "Seen a lot of his matches lately and I am very impressed not just by his athleticism and risk taking but his striking is also solid, his psychology is good, he can put on good matches with anyone at least half decent. His promos aren't overzealous but natural, which is totally fine. He's the whole package and he's only 21 years old. This guy is seriously impressive. He must have grinded A LOT in the indies. There is a good reason WWE executives are high on him. His work in the indies was also very impressive from what I've seen. 9/10 I reserve 10/10 for icons."
[9.0] "Easily my favorite wrestler right now, sky is the limit for this dude. The best example of DPW giving so many wrestlers a platform, and them running with it. He has never seen before athleticism, a very relatable personality that is genuine. It's authentic. Doesn't feel like a gimmick, this is really just a kid who grew up watching wrestling and is living out his dream. He's also underrated in the psychology department. He's a generational aerialist, but he still can sell the prospect of being limited due to his size and stature against bigger opponents, as well as his ability to do said high-flying moves longer into matches. It makes him the ultimate babyface. We have a lot more to see out of him, but this is just a prelude to what might be an all-time career."
[9.0] "Je'von is an amazing young talent. He is incredibly athletic and innovative. He is a high flyer but knows how to fight in between the cool spots. I love how authentic and true to himself he is when he talks. I can only imagine where he will be in a few years as he gets bigger and matures. There should be no limit to his success."
[10.0] "It's completely terrifying just how good Je'Von Evans is at wrestling. Obviously his physical traits are incomprehensible, completely blowing away the expectations of a typical "high-flyer". However, he's so much more than the flashy spots you see on social media. His matches consistently have some of the most insane choreography and compelling psychology I've ever seen in the WWE. This lets him have an amazing match against literally anybody, even wrestlers considered below-average in the ring. Even outside of the wrestling aspect, he has endless charisma that clearly lands him as one of the top babyfaces in NXT, on top of being underrated on the mic. If the WWE doesn't push this guy to the absolute moon, it might be one of the biggest fumbles in WWE history. This dude isn't just "the future", he's right now."
"My favorite NXT wrestler, can't say how much I enjoy watching Jevon Evans, he makes every match look very interesting, need him to get that NXT title very soon"
[7.0] "Talanted boy in tearms of in-ring action. The music doesn't lie when it says Je'Von is bouncing. Whoever he faces, Je'Von is righ, left and centre. However, I can barely hear him. Evans is loud, but the diction is strange, reminds a little bit of Jey Uso"
[6.0] "Je'Von needs to learn a lot of things in the ring at the times when he's not flying. But I gotta say, even though he has a lot of things I normally hate , Je'Von makes it work. His can tell a story and sell well enough for an opponent. And when he's on his game, he'll deliver some of the best stuff you'll see on current NXT. The kid has real potential, if he doesn't focus just on the flying and bouncy stuff, he'll get somewhere"
[8.0] "Evans is a guy with a ton of potential. With his age its insane he is so experienced in the ring. He is an insane athlete. His matches in the ring are very entertaining. Feels like he has hit another level from where he was in DPW to now in NXT. Biggest issue he will have is that he can cut a promo, but he does not stand out on the mic"
[10.0] "Been a fan of Jay for years. Kid is special, never seen an athlete like him. He oozes charisma, such a natural talker who can convey all his feelings perfectly. Could be one of the best ever when its all said and done,"
[10.0] "This dude is only 2 months older than me. Guess I should have started training when I was still in middle school or whatever this guy did. Seriously, the fact that wwe had faith enough in him to give a 20 year old a match with Randy Orton, someone who has been in WWE longer than Evans has been alive, should tell you all you need to know about him. He's the man. He is in fact, Bouncy"
[9.0] "I'm very high on Je'Von Evans. I believe he has all the tools to be the next high-flying superstar. For someone that just turned twenty-one years old, he carries himself extremely well. His promos feel incredibly natural and are very entertaining, alongside his unbelievable amount of athleticism. He has lots of time to develop into something even bigger, and I believe he'll be a major star in whatever he's apart of."
"Ya boy is bouncy! Je'Von Evans is incredible for his age. Can't wait to see more of him. His feud with Ethan Page so far is so interesting. However, I'm still not sold on him playing a more serious role. Maybe he'll improve his character work."
[9.0] "This guy is such a special talent, easily an important person for the future of wrestling, it's amazing how talented he is in such a young age, and I'm looking forward to what the future is bringing to him"
[9.0] "This guy is going to be great if he continues. He needs to get some more experience doing promos, but he's one of the most exciting wrestlers to watch!"
[8.0] "I'm a huge fan of Je'von/Malachi! From seeing him in DPW & he's aura of this overly confident teen who's really about that action living up to the mantra of "The Young OG"! He's in-ring ability is great not only as a high-flyer with a top-tier cutter but is able to get down & dirty with the technical work too! I'm looking forward to what he's future holds as he's got a long way to greatness"
[8.0] "I'm extremely impressed with Je'Von Evans and his ability in the ring plus his charisma at the young age of 20 years old. I liked how he's being booked as a top star at such a young age and has really shocked me with his short time in NXT. Overall great performer."
[9.0] "The future of professional wrestling. His instincts and psychology are already this good at his age. God willing, I cant wait to see where hes at in 5-10 years"
[9.0] "This kid has it all, if Oba Femi is the future of big men in WWE, Je'Von should be the future of high flyers, this guy is amazing in-ring, the way he moves is just so eloquent and fun to watch, but unlike some people who put selling to the backburner, he really does sell and he does it well! He's an amazing in ring talent, who is doing some decent character work with Cedric Alexander which will hopefully benefit both in the long run, he hasn't been able to cut many promo's but when he has I think he has done a good job, I look forward to seeing a lot more of Je'Von and really think there is money in him being the one to dethrone Oba Femi when he wins the NXT Title."
[4.0] "Look - 6, In Ring - 2, Mic - 4. Athleticism is a 10. Look is decent. But in ring he can't wrestle. His strikes look bad. He doesn't understand when to sell. He uses no logic. He knows how to jump and looks comfortable in the ring and that's it. He might be good one day but he is years from learning how to wrestle well."
[9.0] "This man is built for greatness. Already he's making a name for himself both as a relatable, genuine guy, which makes for a great babyface, but also as a phenomenal performer who's body is made of springs. Can't help but smile when you see him, he's constant fun in and outside the ring."
[10.0] "Great young man and I see a great future, he is already a monster but if they treat him right, in the next 10 year we gonna see this guy as a legend already."
[8.0] "Since Heatwave, I have learned more about Je'Von Evans and his progress as a wrestler. His athleticism is nigh-perfect, with his in-ring work looking amazing. But his promo work is painfully average."
[9.0] "The young OG theres a TON of potential. He's already one of the best high flyers in WWE at just 20 years old. Give this guy proper fueds and couple more years of screen time and he'll be on top of WWE."
[9.0] "This kid will be one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. I had heard of him briefly here and there during his DPW run but finally seeing what he's about now that he's on NXT is just immaculate. This dude is BOUNCEY! I'll up my rating to a 10 once he captures his first world title.(wont be long)"
[8.0] "A very talented wrestler with a hopefully bright future ahead, his performances have blown me away and i can see why WWE have pushed him early, my only criticism of him is that his mic skills are mediocre at best."
[6.0] "He's not really my type of wrestler, which is why I personally rate him that low. Excessive high-flying and otherwise pretty bland. His very little promo-work that has been shown in NXT was kinda annoying because he just says meaningless stuff without much substance to it. Could use a heel turn and maybe a little more ground-based offence, because he sure as hell is athletic but currently he's just not more than that."
[7.0] "Je'Von Evans the young OG is good but I don't think he is a 9 maybe around a 7 this rating is very high I didn't see his matches as Jay Malachi, , in deadlock pro Wrestling, , , , , , but I heard he was good but still this rating is very very high I didn't expect it"
[7.0] "oozes potential, a 7 for now but i think this guy can be a star given the opportunity. already has the talent in the ring and at 20 years old he has all the time in the world to work on his promos and his look. in a few years i can see this guy holding a major championship."
[6.0] "I don't see what everyone else does. He's good, but he isn't a 10/10. He's athletic and flippy, but that's it, it's way to early to give him higher than a 6, and even a 6 might be high for how little he's done in his career so far. He is bouncy, but not spectacular"
[10.0] "Give this kid everything. They seem to already be strapping a rocket to him by having him fight for the NXT Title this early and frankly he should get it sooner rather than later. Just has such an amazing understanding and fluidity to him for being so young. An amazing get for NXT and while it's sad for him to leave DPW and they've said he would've had the title forever, I look forward to seeing what he can do."
[9.0] "WWE made an amazing choice signing Jay Malachi. He was amazing on the indies, specifically in DPW where I followed his work as a big fan of the promotion. And now, as Je'Von Evans in NXT, he's already tearing it up. He's gotta be an early favorite to win next year's Breakout Tournament and to go on to hold gold in NXT and, inevitably, on the main roster aswell. He's gotten a huge push already and I can't see it slowing down anytime soon with this momentum."
[10.0] "Incredible talent, an incredible future for him. Love his wrestling, so stylish, so easily to get over. He's just incredible, with the swag, the character, the looks, perfect example why WWE went back to the indie scene. Talent like this can't be replicated. Your everything I love in wrestling Jay Malachi."
[10.0] "Hes very talented this kid is gonna be a fucking star hes only 19 and is in NXT, I cant wait for what he does because hes gonna shine like crazy. I really hope he gets the WWE NXT North American Championship by the end of this year or just wins a Tag Belt because man this kid is special."
[9.0] "Jay Malachi may be the biggest prospect in wrestling today. The dude is only 20, but he's already an amazing high flyer. Here's hoping his NXT run goes great."
[10.0] "A very skilled wrestler for such as a young age. Jay Malachi is the future of the business. At only 19 years old, he's already great in the ring and just oozes charisma. Definitely someone you should keep your eye on, he's a future main eventer without a doubt."
[8.0] "Jay Malachi is great. He has quite the presence about him, and he has some great skills in the ring. He's probably better than even Nick Wayne, who seems to be the measuring stick for great young wrestlers. He's only going to improve as he gains more experience, and it's only a matter of time before he gets a major shot on a large stage. Malachi has some great potential, and I look forward to seeing more from him in the future."
[10.0] "Jay is awesome. He acts as an underdog, but even here in some moments, he can easily give a fight to any of his opponents. The way he acts in the ring, the moves he does and the way the crowd supports him makes him a great wrestler of the future"
