[8.0] "I do like Jay Evans; he was always pretty fun to watch because he was one of the more charismatic characters on the show. He was a good face, and he was a good heel; he worked well in both worlds. I feel like he was always a workhorse who was happy to watch if not booked, and he always put his all into matches when he was; he had some heart for the sport."

[7.0] "Whatever you'd like to call him rather it be the Ice Demon, Jay Dempsey, or Jay Evans he always finds new ways to innovate his high speed and action packed matches. He's a future major player, trust me on this one. Whenever he hits Jay's Way, you know it's over for his opponent."
