Unfortunately, she's much better outside of the ring than in it. Loads of enthusiasm but lacking all of moves, fundamentals and knowledge whilst displaying little improvement."

I enjoy her tag team wrestling with willow nightingale as she and cameron are the first inagural champs for the aew women's world tag team championship before losing it . However, she is absolutely terrible and has zero communication with wrestling at all, since her moves are really basic and looks really really lost in the matches shes involved in. Also the match with penelope ford and megan bayne was not good since harley stepped aside whilst ford was attempting to do the moonsault and it's not their fault but cameron doesn't have her sort of communicating during matches."
[0.0] "She's incredibly uncoordinated and was holding back Willow Nightingale for months when she should have been doing far bigger things. Their matches never reach the "great" level because of clumsy stuff that she does. It comes off very sloppy to me. I find her puppet work cringe. She's not good in the ring either even if she has made some improvements which I will give her. I get why people may like this kind of stuff but it just isn't for me at all. At the end of the day I see her incredibly overrated and she shouldn't be winning singles titles in AEW. Tony Khan has put her in tag teams with at least 4 different wrestlers and not one of them worked."

[0.0] "Where to start with this one? She's overrated...by a lot. She is the beneficiary of backstage favoritism and always has been. Her best attributes have nothing to do with actual wrestling. She was funny and entertaining as a manic, unhinged goofy heel, a year ago and before, with puppets and a guitar. She has had tag team pairings that utilized those things somewhat successfully. Her pairing with Willow is by far the weakest of all her many pairings. Now she's just a failed, annoying attempt at an "earnest" generic babyface, which doesn't hold up next to Willow. It's feels forced. But this is all just background. The immediate issue is her absolute FAILURE to do her job last week, directly resulting in Penelope Ford's injury. There is no disputing what she did. Penelope landed EXACTLY where Harley had been standing...before she moved out of the way. Inexcusable. It's time to start holding Harley accountable."

She's gotten a lot better but she's not the most exciting to watch and that's the real problem. She's not even slow in the ring, she sells good but she needs something for me to get behind her. I want to like her in Babes of Wrath. I think I might enjoy watching her more if she turned heel and maybe found a cool finisher. She's great at acting and can use that to do surprisingly convincing heel work if they gave her that chance."

[3.0] "Aside from some money making assets she has, I don't quite understand the hype around Harley Cameron. She has the right energy and has her heart in the right place when cutting promos but her screeching and screaming take me out of it for me.. The ventriloquist gimmick is pretty funny and that's where she gets points from me because she really does have a good entertainment factor to her and has the ability to draw she is still just so green in the ring and there's little to no reason we should ever see her go deep in a match or be in a singles match for any titles. Tag matches are deep enough water for her and she needs desperately to be paired up with an older more experienced veteran who could show her the ropes."

She's fun, she's not afraid to get silly and for someone with only 3 years of experience in the ring, she's learning fast! Crazy amount of talents on the side as well."
ReiEscobar wrote on 18.12.2025:
[5.0] "Harley at the beggining of her career was just the classic blonde girl with some cool moves but still bad in ring that everyone loved for, I don't know. However, this year she might had a incredible leap, showing good gimmicks, excellent at making comedy stuff and she basically connect with any woman you can imagine in the entire roster. I still think her in ring style is bad, but she can easily improve it. Have the age, time and opportunity for that."
LinusSpacehead wrote on 15.12.2025:
[4.0] "Likeable and charismatic, unfortunately as much as shes improved her in ring is no where near at the level required to be featured prominently on TV. Hopefully she keeps improving her in-ring as she doesn't have the legitimacy to be a viable contender for titles."
JonahBlack wrote on 21.11.2025:
[7.0] "Harley's nearly as difficult to rate as Danhausen. She's probably *just* ekeing out a 5 on wrestling ability (which has notably increased over the last year), but she brings a 9 in entertainment value. Back when she was with QTV, I was worried she was the next Jillian Hall, but since then she's just put everything she has into being as unhinged and hilarious as possible. I think I could almost justify a 7 on the strength of puppet-Mone."
GoldLiger wrote on 16.11.2025:
[8.0] "I think with how stacked the in-ring is in AEW's women's division, you need someone like a Harley Cameron in the mix. I would've said this even a year or two ago when she was significantly more green and mostly used as a background/supporting character, but now I feel even more strongly about it. Harley is clearly a prodigious entertainer, naturally funny and talented and appealing, but also clearly fell in love with pro wrestling (which a recent interview she had will tell you, it was just something that she realized she wanted to do after coming to the US and watching an indie). Her progress has been amazing ever since AEW has let her get in her reps on TV regularly, and she's had multiple standout performances in both singles and tag matches. She's not a world-class worker, but she's a killer promo who can hold her own and excite a crowd that you can slot with or against just about anybody shy of other rookies. If she can match the pro wrestling fundamentals of her peers around her, she's going to be a big deal in this business."

She's constantly improving, is always entertaining, and is clearly driven to become better every single week she gets to be a part of AEW. Always a joy to see on a card, she's only 3 years into her career and the future is bright."

I think her lack of experience gets in the way of how entertaining she could be over all though and would like to see her in ring ability grow. If you are new to her, check out her feud with Mercedes. it was one of my favorite 2025 feuds."

"I understand she is new to wrestling and I have no problem with people who need time to get better at it, but this should happen more off air than on. I think her gimmick(s? ) are confusing and lack cohesion and direction (a ventriloquist, chinese speaking, pop star? ). I remember her being paired with Saraya and thinking of how funny Harley was, but now that Saraya is no longer with AEW, im beginning to think it was just because Saraya was garbage and Cameron was great relative to her. I do admit her promos often get me to crack a smile or chuckle but I think she relies on her ability to be loud and try to get a pop to hide the fact that she doesn't really know what she's doing, and I think some of her tv time should be given to the people who do. But again, I know she's new and I think she'll get better."

[4.0] "She kind of came out of nowhere. Initially was a nothing side character on QTV, but then we discovered she had some true talent in the form of singing, guitar playing, & ventriloquism. But does all that combined make for a good wrestler? Well, that does remain to be seen. At the very least, it made for a good mini program against Mone. It's too soon to know if that will end up being essentially a one-and-done or if she'll ever breakout. She's likable, so I'm rooting for her. But between her being very green & her having to work under Tony's horrible booking; she has a long road ahead of her."

I'll come back to this and update my rating once she does anything except make stupid faces and sing poorly. EDIT: Well it's been about a year and half since I originally posted this review and damn, what a turnaround. Harley really has proved herself as a performer in 2024 and here in the first part of 2025. It's still cringe comedy, but in the good way. She's really found herself a niche as just this absolute batshit maniac with delusions of grandeur and severe ADHD, and honestly I'm all for it. She's somehow gotten a fucking puppet over in the year of our lord 2025 so I'll give her that. She's also improved remarkably in the ring, holding her own with AEW's best women and also taking some nasty-looking bumps along the way. Still not amazing though and has lots of room to improve. Still, 2 bumped up to 6 ain't shabby. If she keeps up her rate of improvement I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it changes to a 7 or 8 in another couple years."

Her ring work needs some practice but she is funny and entertaining as all hell to watch. I see her winning gold sometime this year for sure. As long as she gets her reps in and diversifies her repertoire she has a bright future!"

[6.0] "Harley's career only started about 3 years ago and even with all the inexperience so far and despite being the same age as many of the women in the industry who already have many years of in-ring experience, she's shown that talent in many aspects both in and out of Wrestling is her strength. Her in-ring work might be her weakest spot but with a lot of training, she could easily become a mainstay in the AEW (or any company for that matter) division as she has gotten super over with not just the AEW fans, but wrestling fans from all walks of life. I'm no fan nor believer of Wrestling Awards, but take a look at the most recent 2024 WON Awards in order to get an idea of why soo many people love Harley Cameron, over 100 readers voted for her in the 'Best on Interviews' category, which I can easily agree that she's a contender on. Ever since branching out on her own and getting away from *that* tag partner she had (If you know, you know), she has been so much fun to watch and has brought fresh air to a division that has been booked very poorly for years. It got so much so that fans are clamoring for her to win the Mid-Card TBS Championship, which she had a chance to in her home country, but obviously she didn't for some reason. I can't give Harley a score higher than a 6 for now, but I have no doubts that Harley is on the road to super success, she's just awesome."

Her in ring work does need improving but she is very good for someone with so little wrestling expirance. Even if she doesn't reach the level of elite worker, she has the look, assets, presence and charisma to more the make up for any in ring shot comings."

She's got a bright future ahead."

She has drawn similarities to Chelsea Green on Twitter as someone who makes the most of her minutes and I completely agree. The work shes been doing has been hilarious in my eyes. I feel she will only improve as she gets away from Saraya and branches out on her own to do her own thing. Her in ring work is very standard, but she will only improve with time."

As of right now, she's having hilarious promos/segments with Saraya that are sadly going unnoticed because they mainly take place on Rampage. (And SOMETIMES Collision.)"

She's funny, charismatic, and the right amount of crazy. A a sidekick to Saraya she's been a ton of fun. Can easily see her moving up the ranks in a few years and being a tag team or midcard belt holder."
