[10.0] "Frank The Tank is a piece of technical heaven in this area. While the talent pool in the area is hit or miss. Frank always gives us home run matches. A real may grappler, hard hitting, old school talent. That only gets better with time. While Frank is great to watch, his appearances seem to be spotty. With one would assume to be injury related. Hopefully with his return in the Brockport area. It will be a more permanent one!"
