Obviously got the most over with the New Day where he became the beloved fun character. Unfortunately, near the height of his popularity a bad accident occurred with him breaking his neck off an overhead belly to belly ending his in-ring career but he is still an enjoyable preshow analyst."

[6.0] "Really sad how his career ended. Whilst he wasn't anything incredible in-ring, his charisma was off the charts and, dare I say it, The New Day wouldn't have been anywhere near as popular as they were if it wasn't for his presence. Whilst those two were the workhorses of the group, Big E was the one who really captivated the audience with his amazing mic work and aura. His run as WWE Champion is completely forgettable however, I had to actually double check he won the title before finishing the rest of this rating. Overall, he wasn't amazing in-ring but he had the ability to be really fun to watch given his antics and ability on the mic. Rating him a 6 because if it wasn't for his mic work, he would be pretty forgettable."

[5.0] "Big E is alright. His work with the New Day was great, but that's it. There is not much depth to him. Not great, but not awful either. Much like Kofi Kingston, he didn't prove his worth as champion. Kofi at least had a great buildup and a memorable (bad, but memorable) end to his reign. Can't say the same about Big E's."

I was delighted that he enjoyed a solo run with a secondary title, but thought it was overkill that he won the world title. His build-up was never in that direction and his victories over prestigious opponents made no sense. In fact, his reign was quite boring. His reign aside, his average in-ring qualities are more than made up for by his physique, his presence and his entertaining, catchy promos. I hope to see him back in fighting or managerial form one day, but in a position suited to his abilities."

[9.0] "Super charismatic powerhouse who was (is? ) apart of one of the greatest tag teams of all-time in The New Day. A one-time World Champion who could get any crowd behind him once he got with his brothers in the New Day. That was a major breakthrough for him, as he was trying to find his footing, but once he did, he became one of the most over parts of every show that he was on. An unfortunate injury has ended his run as of now, but hopefully hell be able to continue as an on-screen character at some point, because he was must-watch television whenever he was on screen."

[6.0] "Big E is a very solid powerhouse, he always look imposing in the ring and have an interesting arsenal of moves. He was the muscle in the New Day, but it's also a very charismatic wrestler. I really like his power moves."

[7.0] "One of the better Powerhouse wrestlers from the 2010s. Big E had a very good career in both singles and tag team (The New Day) action, Big E had some very memorable promos with The New Day as well and was (by technicality) the de-facto leader of the group. His wrestling wasn't bad either as he had a very decent move-set and could get a crowd hyped up in a match, he also won singles gold and held the Intercontinental and WWE Championship, although both reigns were somewhat short (both actually being 110 days each), they were decent reigns. Of course a bulk of Big E's career title reigns came with the Tag Titles, which were fitting when he was a member of The New Day. Big E's career has been on the shelf due to a seriously tragic injury he suffered in 2022, it's sad if he has to retire because of that, I believe there was still a lot of career left in him."

[9.0] "Can't believe his rating is so low. Big E is an amazing wrestler. He is great on the mic. He is great in the ring. He has a great physique. What more could you want? He definitely deserved a longer reign as WWE Champion, only 110 days was too short. Hoping to see him in the ring again!"

Unfortunately, he got injured and it seems that's the last we see of him as an in ring competitor. Good worker overall."

Charismatic, but average in the ring, his finisher "The Big Ending" is one of the dumbest finisher's in WWE history, picking up his opponent on his shoulder and driving them down on top of himself, it ALWAYS looks like it hurts him more than his opponent."

[7.0] "I agree with the claim that Big E's WWE title reign didn't deserve to have been cut short just to set up a useless Winner Take All match at WrestleMania. The Muscle of The New Day is a reliable worker with a lot of charisma, and had good matches with Roman Reigns, Drew McIntyre among others. Arguably the best match of his career was the HIAC tag match against The Usos. 7.25 rounded down."

I really strongly believe that he will come back after an unfortunate injury and we will see him with more than one championship."

Which makes me furious is WWE would rather put prestigious belts like the IC title and WWE title on him instead of giving it to much more talented wrestlers like Sami Zayn."

[3.0] "Absolutely one of the worst world champions in recent memory. I guess finally making Big E world champion was fulfilling Vince's long time coming dream since Big E debuted with Ziggler, but really. Just really. He and the Old Day are some of the most stale acts in all of professional wrestling hands down. Sure, he's alright in ring but he is just not a main-event level talent. His promos suck, his character sucks, and his look is meh at best. And even though he does have in-ring skills he can't seem to put that together to put on a decent match. His comedic acts and just general antics are the equivalent of the old adage, change the channel."

[7.0] "He's good and way more charismatic after being a part of the New Day for so long. That helps overcome his ability in the ring which is where he is weakest. Still, he's pretty athletic and has gotten much better over the years. I can see why WWE gave him the MITB briefcase and I have come around to him as a singles star. I admit, I was hesitant on Big E and their investment, but I think it worked out ok. His title run wasn't great but that's more on WWE than Big E. He's great in a tag team role though. When he made his debut, I would have rated him much lower, but I am amazed at how much he has improved over the years. Solid, above average star that isn't main event level but a strong supporting player."

[6.0] "Big E has solid looking power moves, and he's had a solid career with the New Day. Big E's character never developed as a singles guy, and unfortunately, they hot shotted his title win, and booked it so poorly to the point it was unsalvageable. Big E, from all accounts, is a great guy, but in no means is he a top guy."

[5.0] "Probably a wrestler who is just not for me. He is the wrestler in the New Day I like the least, I didn't find him interesting as a generic heel when he started out as Ziggler's muscle and my mileage of him in the New Day varies. He's got enough charisma to get by and looks like a legit powerhouse with a moveset that complements it however, for me I find him too irritating that I will turn off the TV when he starts making silly facial expressions and gyrating. It nullfiies the whole of wrestling when he cannot take it seriously. One of the least deserving WWE champions of all time whose reign was mercifully cut short."

[9.0] "I think Big E has it all. He's got a great hoss look, has a ton of charisma and knows how to connect with the crowd to make money. I have been a fan of Big E since NXT and it was nice to see him finally get a world title reign and I hope he can get another in the future."

His last 2 solo reigns (2021) were a bit disappointing. He should turn Heel to gain credibility, he has a gimmick too freindly to be a main champion."

Ok at best wrestler though, not many moves and the Big Ending is a well below average finisher. So far his singles run has been disappointing but he just won Money in the Bank so it could pick up.
