[8.0] "To put it bluntly, disliking his style of wrestling is simply admitting you do not like fun in your wrestling matches. Some wrestlers are masterful technicians, some are spot machines that will linger with you for the rest of your days. Brian is the latter and there's nothing wrong with that. Not every wrestler needs to be great at X amount of things in wrestling to be considered good and he along with Amazing Red are prime examples of this."

[3.0] "I've only watched his little work on ROH. Brian XL was one of the students of Mikey Whipwreck. At the beginning of ROH they were facing each other, with some bad performances full of botches. Brian XL was the heel of this group, as he soon turn on Red and brought Special K to the company. He has the honor to have a singles match against Eddie Guerrero, even if it lasted 30 seconds it's a big thing. But his run has really short, as soon after joining Special K dissapared and had only a couple of scramble matches. His performances were far from good, as he was sloppy and botchy, such as other of Whipwreck students."
