[7.0] "Andrade is very good in the ring, but he lacks something that causes fans to not get invested in him. Like I said, Andrade is good in the ring, he's had some of my favorite singles matches or multi-man matches of all time."

[6.0] "I really want to give him a 9/10 and praise him for his inring talent and prowess, cause lets be honest, if you didn't know anything about him and purely judged him just based on inring talents alone he would probably be one of the highest rated wrestlers on this site which is fair , some use the site as purely that and I mean my guy can go and has bangers. But then why isn't he one of the highest rated wrestlers on here? That's where things change drastically. Outside the ring he seems horrible. First wrestler to jump to AEW, back to the other company which may result in me getting trouble so will remain unnamed, and back to AEW again. Why? Cause he can't get over in either and can't accept he is the reason why. A more talented Jack Perry basically. Whine online about all your own faults and wrestle sometimes. I see alot more debuts / redebuts in mans future."

[7.0] "Andrade will always be sadly inhibited by a lack of personality that prevents him from ever getting a proper push in the wwe and understandably so. That said, hes a guy you can add to any match and instantly improve it immensely, he's one of the most thrilling performers of the era."

[8.0] "I have a problem with Andrade. On one hand, he knows how to build hype around his character, but on the other, it ends in disappointment every single time. That's how it was in WWE, that's how it was in AEW, and now history is repeating itself in WWE again"

[5.0] "Good, but definitely overrated. I don't think his wrestling is good enough nor his charisma magnetic enough to warrant the problems he seemingly brings along to every subsequent organization he goes to."

[8.0] "Andrade looks like a million dollars. He has a great physique. He is a solid in ring worker. And he can talk great and give a convincing promo as long as he's speaking in Spanish. The problem with him is while he dresses the part and can work his ass off in the ring, he doesn't have the personality in his character or his wrestling to go along with it, and he never translated well with the American audience.because of it. In Mexico though, it's a totally different story, the guy is a huge star, and that's really where he shines, and where he feels most comfortable in his own skin working at the end of the day."

[8.0] "There's no denying that Andrade is a talented performer and is capable of producing great matches, most notably his match at NXT TakeOver in 2018. However, he doesn't really stand out to me as a performer, and nothing about him screams main eventer. Despite that, he is a solid upper-mid carder who can put on good matches with almost anyone."

[3.0] "I don't know what everyone sees in him. He doesn't have a stable enough character to even keep his job. Probably the most overrated wrestlers in modern history. However, the only thing he can do is pull off a good match, which is good enough for modern wwe. He also had a hilarious Twitter beef with Sammy Guevara which pretty much killed his chances of ever becoming a champion in AEW. I've also heard that the reason he was released was because he had attitude problems backstage so he's also killed chances of coming back to WWE for a third time and coming back to AEW a second times. He needs to stick to Mexico."

[6.0] "Great in the ring, bad at everything else. Lame character, charisma is non-existent, not memorable and fails almost every run he tries. The mask thing is awful since he doesn't even wear one in the ring, so the whole mexican tradition makes no sense here. He's never happy with his work and he's never over, so it's hard to look after him"

[9.0] "yesterday, like most of the people i was reminded how good, how incredible is Andrade, even above his wrestling skills he's got a natural charisma that is not exploited at ALL by the fed. This man can move crowds if booked correctly, give him a manager or something but he needs to get the push he always deserved, i was so fond of him back in his NXT days where he showed what kind of amazing wrestler he always was. Andrade is a gem, he is truly special and hopefully many many people will open their eyes and especially the ones running the fed, and that one day he'll be given that chance to be a megastar just like many before him."

[9.0] "I love Andrade, he's great, but he's don't moving by any side in the WWE. I don't get why WWE don't pay too much attention to wrestlers like Andrade, Santos, Angel etc. I hope they will push him and he will reach some tops"

[6.0] "If I were going off of his CMLL and NXT work, I'd be contemplating a 10. But outside of that, Andrade has had a tough time maintaining momentum. His promo ability has always been a weak point, and while Zelina Vega elevated him with her mic work, he never truly developed his own voice or presence. Once separated from her, his character started to drift. WWE never committed to pushing him past the midcard, but part of that blame falls on him too. He coasted on his in-ring ability while others passed him by in charisma and adaptability. Andrade is a talented worker but weak character work, poor promo development, and inconsistent booking have kept him from becoming the star many thought he'd be. Was very smooth between the ropes, but that skill has declined quicker than expected"

[4.0] "He's a good wrestler obviously but he just hasn't managed to get himself over in any company besides NXT. NXT Andrade had Zelina Vega along him which massively helped as he's obviously a terrible promo. He didn't really work in the first Main Roster run as the only good stuff was the matches with Mysterio. His AEW run sucked on every aspect and his 2nd Main Roster run has been rarely different. Andrade is a good Performer, lacks charisma and Mic Skills which are the keys to success in this business. They should get him a manager ASAP if they want to have any chance at making him work for the crowds"

[6.0] "This is the 2025 rating for Andrade--his skills are steadily declining. Yes, he appears more muscular, but what does that matter? His movements and pacing have slowed, his stamina is deteriorating, and he's declining faster than even Seth Rollins. While Andrade is still a decent wrestler and should be an A-tier performer, he now appears to be B-tier. Given his past peak performances, I'm currently unsatisfied with his current level."

[3.0] "It doesn't matter how good you look... if you fail in every company you step into, I'm not interested in investing in you. Andrade had a decent time in New Japan and a very good time in NXT... but from 2019 until today it's been disappointment after disappointment after disappointment... first it was WWE's fault, then AEW's, then he returned to WWE and I still don't see him progressing even in his English... I understand that in Mexico he's a star, I hope he doesn't lose his contacts in CMLL."

[7.0] "A standout talent in the ring, this wrestler showcases impressive skill and athleticism. However, his current promotional efforts might not be enough to propel him to the next level."

[8.0] "Andrade is a good wrestler with two mixes of styles. He can do his high-flying style, but he can also wrestle rather technically. Rather underrated talent that could have an IT factor, but I do think he needs a mouthpiece like he had back in 2018 since his promos are rather stale."

[8.0] "Andrade is incredible in the ring, has a 10/10 look, and certainly has a mystique about him that is captivating... but his inability to let his charisma translate into a character, and his absolutely terrible ability on the mic (in spanish or in english) is what keeps him at an 8. Unfortunately Andrade hasn't, for a variety of reasons, had a great run outside of NXT since his days in Mexico. He's also his own worst enemy with seemingly having terrible timing and issues in almost every company he's been in, but at the same time, he's an undeniably good in-ring talent."

He even went back to social media to complain about it. At some point one has to do some introspection and realize they're the problem."

[9.0] "Amazing worker, the best TV wrestler in the world today. He's carrying the midcard on SmackDown and should probably get a push in the main event scene next year."

[9.0] "An exciting hybrid wrestler who uses lucha libre style along with some powerhouse and high flying moves. His charisma is fantastic and has a great and charming look. His match catalogue is impressive; Bryan Danielson, PAC, Rey Mysterio, Johnny Gargano, all amazing bangers that will be long remembered. He's on the way to being a top star for sure."

[8.0] "I had a lot of trouble with Andrade during his first run in WWE. I recognized his talent, but his character was annoying and boring, and was only saved by Zelina Vega, who did an exceptional job as manager. His return and improvement have been stunning, and he can now express himself to the full extent of his talent. He's gained in charisma and his speed, agility and the impact he puts into his original moveset make him a pleasure to watch in the ring, and I really hope to see him higher up on the card and away from all those long, déjà-vu Latino wars. It would be nice to see him with a solo belt, even if it's a secondary title to start with."

[8.0] "An amazing pro wrestler that can't seem to be booked well by pro-wrestling companies. Andrade has put on amazing matches everywhere he's at but hasn't been pushed passed the lower mid-card or even the pre-show of most shows. I really enjoy his matches but he desperately needs to be booked better."

[10.0] "One of the most under - appreciated wrestlers in the game today. I've always liked Andrade since I was introduced to him in NXT. His matches are always must - see and his in - ring ability is special. I really hope in his 2nd Run with WWE he can be treated much better on the Main Roster than his last run with the company. I also thought his AEW was lackluster but I did enjoy plenty of the matches he put on in that company. He has World Championship potential in WWE it just all depends if they can trust him. His booking in both WWE & AEW were inconsistent and was always start & stop pushes which led to frustration from fans and Andrade himself. Currently he's undefeated in singles action this year since returning, and is the current WWE Speed Champion which I ain't pleased about but he's only thirty four years of age and I really hope he can be a main event or upper mid - card close to main event type of guy and I hope he gets a run with the World Championship in the near future."

[2.0] "I don't get what people see in him. He just cut a promo on SmackDown, and it was horrible. He has a terrible, terrible theme (to be fair, almost every wrestler has a terrible theme). His in-ring skills are also terrible. No way he's Money In The Bank worthy. He doesn't deserve the hype that he gets. 2/10"

[9.0] "Although he hasnt done much recently, I believe his WWE push is just starting. He is indisputably a top in-ring competitor, with the only thing holding him back being his mic presence. Pairing him back with Zelina Vega could make him a legitimate contender, rather than making him a mid-carder who gets a world title shot every 2 years. Hes one of the wrestlers who gets me excited when I see his name on a card and makes me immediately interested. Not many other wrestlers have that ability. If writers do whats right, he will be a world champion sooner rather than later."

[9.0] "Andrade is easily top 10, if not top 5 in-ring talent in AEW. He has fantastic charisma and looks like a megastar. His presence is scintillating and his matches are always great. A guy AEW should really invest in if he can smooth over his backstage blemishes. 1 point off for decidedly average promo ability, and its insane how good he is on the mic for an ESL talent Update: back in WWE, still agree on everything I said. Hopefully they can truly do him justice."

[8.0] "Despite multiple writers failing to get him over, Andrade still gives you a solid feeling when you see his name on the card. His moveset is awesome, he oozes charisma, his match with Gargano was a classic. Give this man some wins and rake in the cash somebody please!"

[7.0] "Some great matches over the years but mostly in the NXT days and never caught on as anything more than a midcarder. Always relatively good in ring with the potential to be great at times, but limited by poor promo skills and middling charisma."

[6.0] "Eh... he's alright. Not sure why people think he was going to be the next big Mexican wrestler in WWE or anything, he did have a great run in NXT but since then he has done absolutely nothing. His AEW run was a joke, returning to WWE was probably the best thing he ever did but he really needs to figure out a good gimmick because that's what is really holding him back from being memorable."

[10.0] "one of my favorites from black and gold. was a little sad on how he got booked in aew but now that hes back in wwe im so excited for his future push im hoping its for the whc. Andrade has it all for me the in ring, the look, the cool gimmick, the theme song. Hes the total package for me and I love him."

[7.0] "Alright. I barely do review anymore ... but lets be honest, the character Andrade was able to play in NXT back in 2018 was an EASY 11/10. It is insane to see how terribly the guys capitalized on the potential he had, because he had everything going for him. Without a doubt. He's barely done anything since then, so yeah, maybe a 7/10. But it is so sad guys, because he could have been a lot more."

[6.0] "He wasted his own great potential because he has a great look and his matches were pretty good but, I dunno, he just doesn't want to use his own potential. Look at guys like Dragon Lee or Santos Escobar who learnt English and slowly but surely are becoming great stars."

[8.0] "Andrade is the example that in wrestling you have to know how to speak languages, he needs to, I think that's what he lacks to show his potential, because he is a good wrestler but he lacks that."

[7.0] "Andrade is a very good wrestler. In the ring he can have a great match if you give him someone who can work with him. On the mic he is alright but better with a manager (Zelina). NXT and CMLL Andrade was his best. AEW and WWE's main roster has not booked him well. Collision seems to be good for him so far but it is early."

[8.0] "Andrade is an excellent and high level superstar, who performs very well in the ring and has an excellent presence and charisma. I was critical of him several times outside the ring, but inside the ring he is very credible."

[7.0] "I rated him a 10 back in 2019 and damn do I miss that Andrade he's done virtually nothing in AEW and I wish he could come back to WWE and resume his alliance with Zelina."

[8.0] "Andrade is a phenom in the ring. He's got size, power, and amazing athleticism. I even enjoy his promo work; his broken english is kind of cool, in a way, because he just seems so cool."

[7.0] "There's no doubt Andrade has the natural talent. He's got a fantastic look and is incredibly smooth in the ring. His earlier work as La Sombra and then his initial NXT run were great but he fell victim to the old WWE trope of not being able to cut long promos in English, which is hardly his fault. But as a result he floundered for a long time and has continued to do so since moving on."

[9.0] "When he is locked into a program, the way that like NXT had him locked in with Drew and Gargano? He is one of the best 3 in the world. But I don't think AEW will ever book him that way. Faction city and just throw guys in and hope the matches are good. But it seems no one gets months to work on house shows and shit like he did with gargano in nxt leading to the epic Philadelphia takeover match."

[7.0] "Andrade maintains the aura of a superstar in the ring, even if the occasions where he shows it are too rare for my taste. There may be issues behind the scenes I am not privy to which hamper his ability or motivation, but on camera he is often stuck in a situation where he is teasing greatness or breaking out of whatever holds him back, but then doesn't. I will not partake in theories about who deserves the most blame for that, but my feeling is that Andrade has not reached his potential for quite some time now."

[8.0] "Andrade is a very talented worker who will always be held back in the United States unfortunately. Whether or not his peak was in NXT or not he has already had a very solid career. His work in AEW has felt somewhat unremarkable but still has time left in his career. Great look, great athleticism."

[9.0] "He's phenomenal in the ring and his match with Gargano was an all time classic. He's also got a lot of charisma. It's tough because WWE didn't use him on the main roster correctly and some people might only base it on that. However, in Mexico and even NXT he's been great and the total package. He did need a manger in Vega and that partnership worked great. His partnership with Vicki Guerrero was more of a miss however and he has shown, when used right, he can pass without a manager. Consistency might be his biggest issue as he can be disappointing at times and his AEW run has provided some of those but has gotten better lately. I keep hearing WWE wants more Hispanic wrestlers and have been looking for a long time for the next Eddie Guerrero or Rey Mysterio. Every time they find someone good though they screw them up. Andrade has to be one of their biggest misses in recent memory."

[8.0] "Big fan of Andrade. He has a great look and he is great in the ring. His pairing with Zelina Vega was perfect in that is made up for his lack of English. You are guaranteed to get a good match with him."

[9.0] "One of the most outstanding as well as charismatic Wrestlers on the planet. A founding member of the Original Los Ingorbernables and The original tranquilo. Andrade has all the tools to be one of the greatest of all time. The only thing holding him back is under utilisation."

[7.0] "An incredibly athletic performer with a great look, plus he's actually quite entertaining with the "arrogant rich boy" character he plays, especially with the endearing way he mispronounces words or misunderstands standard social conventions while already talking down to the babyfaces, thereby insulting them even further. I never considered a him a major star, even after his (massively overrated) NXT match with Gargano, but I always thought he had a lot of potential if he was allowed to just go out and wrestle each week without any restraints. AEW has done well in giving him an interesting character thus far, and he's had some really good matches and individual performances in his time in the company so far. He just needs to get more consistent TV time and progress his feuds further, and then he could really become something resembling a star."

In aew they are under using him also because he doesn't have a serious manager. Anyway, he is a great performer in ring, if you want a great match, call him. But he needs to make the leap in quality."
