[6.0] "Man, I really wanted to give this a higher rating because it was the best thing I've seen on Saturday Night in a while, but unfortunately there was a bit too much working against it by the end. Arn replacing Sid after the Colossal Kongs and Vader took him out was an awesome moment, and the start of the match especially was very energetic and a lot of fun. It was also a breath of fresh air to see a long, competitive main event with four great wrestlers on Saturday Night. Unfortunately I do think they perhaps went a little too far on this front, as it did feel like they were running out of things to do in the final quarter or so and had begun repeating themselves a bit (I did enjoy the fatigue from Vader, though, which made the bout feel more grueling than it otherwise would have). The biggest black eye on the match though is that it cuts out before the finish happens. Just, why...? This isn't the first time this has happened on Saturday Night, and I can't make any sense of why you'd do this on a taped show. Fun match, but the issues on the back end along with the finish being completely cut out makes it hard to give this a higher rating."

[8.0] "Really great match. I wish they had shown the ending, of course, but the last few minutes of action were extremely hot. A great crowd really added to this as well. I will agree with other comments I've read elsewhere about the layout being a little odd for this match, but I think it actually works as a strength rather than a weakness. It's a bit non-traditional but still a very intriguing match with good psychology and great performances by all four."

[6.0] "This match started out extremely good, first we were mercifully saved from having to watch Sid wrestle by a pre-match attack, and then the greatness of Arn Anderson appeared like a boss to join Flair. The match was really ahead of it's time in some ways, all the first part is wild brawling all around the ringside area, Flair even goes to town on Vader with a chair at one point. The action is very fast and all four men are working overtime. Unfortunately later on it slows down a lot, Arn spends over 10 minutes just getting beat down, and after a while it crosses the line from good storytelling to obviously killing time. I wish they'd cut it down some, because the damn show ends before the match does! Very disappointing. Excellent beginning but it went downhill from there, still a fun match between four of the all time best ever but it could have been so, so much more."

[5.0] "Is average match. During the whole match, Steve Austin and Vader beating Anderson. And on the record Saturday Night was not the - ending of this match. This is very bad."
