Eddy Guerrero, El Santo Negro & Psicosis vs. El Hijo del Santo, La Parka & Octagon

"Exciting match with some great work especially from Eddy and La Parka. The rudos beat up El Hijo del Santo and tore up his mask so much that he had to spend time hiding under the ring to cover his face, before heading to the back to get a replacement. Of course this sets up El Hijo del Santo's return later in the match to come in and beat up all the rudos, then eventually Santo Negro hit a blatant low blow and the rudos get DQed. Unfortunately it is building up to a match that never actually happened between El Hijo del Santo and Santo Negro, but in a vacuum it was very fun. 8"

[8.0] "Great stuff built around Santo vs Santo Negro with plenty left in reserve for the future (or not, as it turned out). The camel clutch sub win, removing Santo's mask to take him out of the body of the match, the comeback at the end, and even the DQ finish were all logical. Crowd was invested in every second of it too."

[7.0] "This is another hidden gem from Eddie's time in AAA that I will be the first to review here. This is a fun match, a clusterfuck from the time the bell rings. It's like a tornado tag, so nobody is tagging in or out, they all just go at it at once, and its really messy, but in a good way. Great heel work from Eddie and his team, as well. All good, but not a fan of the DQ ending. (***1/2)"
