1 | 28.09.2022 | Childofthelost | 7.0 | Pretty good match. They told a simple, yet compelling story. SS Machine & Chono refused to cooperate, including attacking each other at times, while Hase & Mutoh were a perfect tag team. The crowd popped hard at all the teases of Machine & Chono working together, but in the end they betrayed each other one too many times. After a nasty lariat from his own "partner", Chono walked out completely which left Machine open to four finishers from his opposition to lose the match. Very good story they told, and an enjoyable match. It did have some flaws. Machine/Mutoh's outside bit was terrible, Machine spiked himself on his head and Mutoh hit the weakest clothesline I have ever seen. Hase/Mutoh working over Chono ran way too long and lead to Chono no-selling a lot of stuff, and selling in general was a issue in this bout. But looking past those flaws and issues, this was a good way to spend 26 minutes. |
