[7.0] "A typically explosive DG tag match that goes pretty overkill but remains really exciting. They naturally started off quite slow, with control switching from side to side until Doi and Yamato settled into dominating and isolating Tozawa, doing so with good heelish arrogance and aggression. Tozawa showed good fire and energy as he fought back, with Shingo doing the same once tagging in. Shingo playing his usual powerhouse self and ragdolling his opponents around with big power moves and strikes was good fun, and the other 3 were likewise impressive when they were energetically hitting their own series of attacks. The match picked up further as both sides began working more cohesively as teams, with Doi and Yamato as well as Shingo and Tozawa showing great chemistry and all complementing their partner's unique offence well. Doi and Yamato's heel work and facial expressions remained really great for how dastardly and slimy they came off, while Shingo and Tozawa were always exciting as the determined babyfaces fighting back from below. Their rapid big-move trading segment was typically pretty overkill and lasted a weirdly long time, especially with the non-stop near falls, but it was still undeniably fun for how fast-paced it was plus how strong everyone's technique was. Shingo especially looked great as he unloaded all his most destructive offence at the end to put Yamato away. It's nothing great but it's definitely a really good bombfest. ***1/2"

[9.0] "Incredible action from bell to bell. It was essentially a 15 minutes sprint with five minutes of build. And it works tremendously to create a crazy, fast paced environment where every step means everything. If you're off balance in the slightest, you're in trouble. If you're too slow, you're in trouble. Great double team offence from both sides as well. So you don't just get fast paced wrestling, it's great tag team wrestling as well. Tozawa and Shingo are worlds apart in size and style but combined together, they make one hell of a unit. The finishing stretch was great with the tide turning constantly. First it looks like YAMATO was going to pin Tozawa, then Shingo almost pins YAMATO, then Doi comes in and it's a battle for the win. Great twin gate title match. And a well deserved win for Monster Express. ****1/4"

[9.0] "A hidden gem in the Dragon Gate backlog because this was an awesome 20+ minute sprint the whole way through. YAMATO and Doi were such dicks, and I loved Tozawa not taking any shit. Shingo acted as a great support as well manhandling YAMATO several times. Sure it's a total moves fest with little selling, but this was borderline fantastic for what it was, ****1/2."

[8.0] "I gave this **** stars out of 5. It could've been higher if the psychology was a tad bit better, but nonetheless this was a fun car crash of a match."
