[5.0] "This wasn't a bad match, and the crowd (or at least part of the crowd) was into it. The moves were alright, but nothing special. In the end, it was an okay match for WCW for the time period. Nothing memorable, but enough to hold my attention for nearly 9 minutes. 5/10"
[4.0] "I had to laugh at the giant 'TEX' sign. Were his family in attendance or what? It was hilarious when the crowd started going mute for Tex stomping DDP's leg, and the "we want Tex! " chant after he signed out was amusing, too. The match was probably better than it had any right to be, but that's not really saying much. Double DQ finishes are generally kind of lame but this was at least a suitably violent one, and it made sense for a match between two heel teams. The bizarre crowd reaction made this worth watching for novelty value alone."
