[7.0] "[3.5] The Hechicero vs. Zack Sabre Jr. exchanges were great, as always. Those two have such a good understanding of technical wrestling, and their interactions are consistently fun to watch. But honestly, Boltin Oleg, what a fucking monster! Oleg was the real highlight for me. The guy has an incredible physical presence, and everything he does makes him stand out. He looks like an absolute powerhouse, but there's more to him than just his size and strength. He has the potential to become a genuinely special wrestler, and every time I watch him, I feel like he's getting closer to that next level. Oleg has the tools to be a major star, and I'd love to see him getting more opportunities against top-level opponents. He has that rare combination of size, presence and potential that makes you want to see how far he can go."
[7.0] "Such simple, foolproof booking. Just have two of the best technical wizards on the planet go hold-for-hold for a stretch, and then let Oleg collide with another absolute hoss. It's as simple as that! That clean, no-nonsense formula made for a short, remarkably tight sprint that kept me completely glued and invested from the opening bell. Honestly, I had a blast with this one, such a fantastic, breezy midcard showcase!"
[7.0] "Nice fight of Heavyweight on the undercard, obviously a short tag match, but it was well done. This match was basically a preview match between Hechicero and Zack Sabre Jr for tbr CMLL World Heavyweight Title, very excited about this upcoming match, they are so good again each other. Would love to see this match in Japan personnally."
[6.0] "[2.75*] I really enjoyed it; it was probably my favorite match on the undercard. The exchanges between ZSJ and Hechicero were great, and it definitely left me wanting to see another singles match between the two. Oleg Boltin put in a typical Oleg performance and did very well--the Russian's strength is freakish. Hartley was merely a cog in the machine here, which is great for him, considering he's certainly a few levels below the other three. Overall, it was very entertaining, and the finishing sequences involving Oleg and Jackson kept me thoroughly engaged."
"Fun enough. You can see Oleg is still young and new when they force him into things with Mexican workers like Hechicero. These matches are where you can let him figure it out though."
[7.0] "[3.5*] I will never get tired of ZSJ and Hechicero's little rivalry, they always put on a show in the ring. Oleg and Jackson just being big dudes hitting each other hard was beast as hell. The ending sequence with the clotheslines into Oleg hitting Jackson with a Kamikaze was great."
[6.0] "[3.0*] Good match, by far the best until this point. Boltin and Hartley are so great together. They had a singles match earlier this year which is the fucking real deal. Badass pairing. The same thing can be said of Zack and Hechicero. Super fun undercard match."
[7.0] "Proof that a match under 10 as well as incorporating a worker like Jackson who isnt great but this is one of his better showings can work be fun and do what the match is needed to do. (***1/2)"
[7.0] "[3.75 Stars] Hardly a surprise to hear that this match was great given who was involved. Still, this was so much fun and the big feats of strength from Boltin, Jackson and Hechicero were simply outstanding. Mental that ZSJ was in a match and the one that stood out the least. That says a lot about just how great the other three looked. Sadly, a lack of time did stop this one from being great but at seven minutes this was a fantastic match!"
[7.0] "[3.75] An expectedly competitive match, a perfect mirror-image four-way--as Walker Stewart said--, the technical minutes of Zack vs. Hechicero are the best, beautiful Finnish touch"
[7.0] "For another under-card match, this kind of had a bit of sauce to it. Oleg and Hechicero is a team I didn't know I needed until now. Both of them powering Hartley around was cool to see and a bit different pace for Hartley, while ZSJ and Hechicero had a technical war of attrition. One of the better under-card tag matches this year alone, give it a watch if you can."
[7.0] "Good one, some nice technical work between Hechicero & ZSJ mixed with the battle of powerhouses in Oleg & Jag. I know he's already done it before, but Oleg lifting up Hartley for the Boltin Shake & Kamikaze will never not be insanely impressive"
[6.0] "We had some Hechicero x ZSJ matches throughout the years but never something on a big NJPW stage in Japan, so it was nice seeing a more direct interaction from them on Ryogoku. Boltin and Hartley were here just to even the odds and give that "powerhouse" help to both of their partners, but the match iteself was pretty ok as well (it was MOTN compared to the two previous ones)."
[5.0] "Fun and simple match, where we were also able to watch some interesting things, and lots of combinations here were cool. ZSJ and Hechicero started the match and shared some fun technical sequences and transitions, while Boltin and Jackson were clearly the muscle of their team, they were there to perform power moves, and those clashes were also interesting to watch. My favorite moment of the bout was the double team between Boltin and Hechicero, to put Hartley Jackson down - {**1/2}"
[7.0] "Loved getting some more Boltin vs JAG to continue on from their awesome Korakuen match earlier this year. Hechicero & ZSJ both solid too, of course. ***1/2."
[8.0] "The changes in style depending on who was in the ring was great, both the technical and power battles were awesome. Good tag work along with all that."
[7.0] "Very standard but tremendously fun tag match. Zack and Hechicero put on a great technical showcase while Hartley and Oleg had a really fun big man exchange which allowed Oleg to showcase his inhumanly freakish strength and athleticism. I hope we see more of Oleg going against guys higher up the card after this, especially after the developments following the main event."
[6.0] "Mostly simple match with all participants getting to show their strengths. ZSJ and Hechicero had their technical exhibitions and Oleg and Hartley did their big man moves. Notably, neither team really felt like a unit. Reasonably satisfying finish from Oleg. 3*."
[7.0] "Man, this was so damn good. I expected it to deliver, but I didn't think the match would be this short. Still, Zack Sabre Jr. and Hechicero delivered some incredible sequences, just like I expected. I'm so fucking excited for their match in Japan. Their stuff in Mexico, the US, and England has been amazing. Oleg Boltin is also so damn good. I'm really happy to see him involved in such a big program alongside Tsuji and Omega next month, even if I don't think he's the one who'll get the Tokyo Dome title shot."
