[6.0] "With all the respects for PAC, it is a nice match with incredible performers, but nothing exceptional. It is always great to see the Elite reunited for this important moments and their spots are always with clean execution."
[8.0] "A good match. Damn. I was not expecting all that. Never knew PAC and Hangman were close. Truly felt each word from Hangman. Kenny wrestling in this show, shows how much he cares about PAC too. There was something extra in each delivery I thought from the babyfaces. Also, loved the heels were heels. Also, Hangman in the ELITE again was a nice sentimental touch."
[8.0] "A very strong multi-man match that gained an entirely different weight because of the tribute setting. The Elite felt like the perfect team to represent AEW and its history with PAC, while the DCF managed to stay true to their heel roles without ever undermining the emotion of the night. Hangman carried much of that emotion from the start, and the HangMega moments hit especially hard. The crowd was completely invested, and the match balanced tribute, character work and in-ring psychology extremely well."
[8.0] "[3.75*] It's a fairly standard multi-man match on paper, but in the context of the tribute show, it worked really well. The Elite represents AEW--a creation that certainly involved PAC, who signed with the company when it was just eight days old. The DCF is there to play the heel role without losing sight of the tribute aspect (much like the Inner Circle did during the Brodie Lee tribute show). Hangman, in particular, was very emotional from the start, and he certainly carried the most emotional weight in the match. I loved the HangMega moments, and I really appreciated that the DCF didn't drop their heel persona. The crowd loved the match and was fully engaged with the in-ring psychology. A great bout."
[8.0] "While not as strong as the opener, this keeps the momentum of the great wrestling and heartbreaking tributes. Page's testimony is heartbreaking and I gained a lot of respect that he's that hurt yet still came out to work the match. Overall this match enhances the show and once again props for Hangman to show up"
[7.0] "It's great to The Elite in full fighting force again. This was a match of Elite essentials. Hitting everything and working together like only The Elite can. The Don Calis Family did everything they needed to in opposition to The Elite."
[7.0] "This match seemed to me the weakest on the show, but that doesn't mean it was bad at all. The Elite reunited, which is a big event in itself, in order to win a landslide victory in a fairly typical, slightly caricatured "babyfaces vs evil heels" match. A fun action with lots of spots, 7 points."
[8.0] "This was another match with a few guys who had a tough time getting through this, but it turned into a fun match up. It was honestly kind of a greatest hits match where the Elite did all their well known signatures, but it was fun seeing Matt and Nick battle Rocky and Trent again. Omega looked great, Hangman looked great, Kevin Knight and Fletcher were also great. It was really just a great time to see these four guys in the elite team up again like this including the call backs to Hangman and Omega as a team."
[8.0] "Really fun non-canon moment here with the Elite returning to take on the Don Callis Family in RPG Vice and Kyle/Knight. The return of Omega was sooner than evidently planned but he looked great in the short time he was given in the ring here. The match was great though and kept consistently competitive despite the power of the Elite. Page/Omega hit an awesome V-Trigger/Buckshot Lariat combo into a BTE Trigger by the Bucks on Trent. Then Omega hits the One Winged Angel to pin Trent for the win. Rating: ****"
[9.0] "Nothing better to beats the Elite than...the Elite itself. First of all, it is necessary to say that the only heel act that we basically got during the entire show came from Knight and Fletcher, I knew it wasn't easy for them and they did it well. That match is for you just sit on your chair and enjoy The Elite reunited once again after so long for that special ocasion. They always had a heated relation with PAC, all of them, and remember that only made the match itself looks and goes better. This show, isn't easy. Everyone knew how great and excellent PAC was. And right here, everyone is giving their 100% for him. It is for PAC."
[6.0] "An entertaining match seeing The Elite reunite. Kyle and Kevin were protected well in the match coming off of their win at All Out. A crowd pleasing result seeing Kenny get the win on Trent with the One Winged Angel."
[6.0] "It is a huge shame to lose PAC; I understand why this match is rated so highly and accept that, but for me, nothing particularly striking happened--even considering the tribute aspect, it was just an ordinary match."
[10.0] "A beautiful gesture by the Elite, reuniting in full for the first time since 2023, and Kenny flying back all the way from Japan to pay tribute to Pac. Pac and Hangman being literally the first ever AEW feud, Pac and Kenny having some of the best matches in the company's history, the Best of 7 that included the Bucks, it goes on. Their AEW careers wouldn't be the same without the Bastard."
[7.0] "Very much just an Elite hype fest. It's super cool that the band is back together and they put on a banger match with the Don Callis family, but it feels a lot like one of those dark/houseshow matches with all the cool faces getting all the cool face spots in at the cost of the heels not getting to really do anything."
[7.0] "We'd just seen Hangman Page's tribute to PAC right before this match kicked off and you could tell he was (understandably) struggling to keep it together. Still, he and the other 3 Elite members, as well as the Don Callis Family, managed to put on a fun little match here."
[10.0] "Kenny Omega, arguably the goat didn't have to show up, but did. No fanfare no anything, just doing what they know best and put on a show. It was great to see the Elite back together again even if for one night. awesome stuff for the crowd that was great themselves"
[6.0] "Very nice to see The Elite reunite, and this was a fun match with the awesome babyface team kicking the heels' asses. Not a blowaway match on its own but in the context of this show it fit just right and brought the crowd to their feet."
"How sad it was to get the Elite reunite for this heartbreaking tragic event. I have no words for how much I cried when I saw the faces of The Young Bucks but it was truly devastating watching Hangman doing the interview before the match. Imma a grown ass man but this gets harder and harder."
[8.0] "Adam Page, the first feud PAC had with in AEW, reunites with the Elite and the returning Kenny Omega. It's crushing to hear everyone talk about their experiences with PAC with tiers in their eyes and shaking voices. As for the match, it was a good match on its own. Bumpy at times, but nothing can take from the fact that all these men got up and did their best tonight. And another side note: We are extremely overdue for a match between Kenny Omega and Kyle Fletcher."
[8.0] "Again another really great match with lots of cool moments and great spots. My god was it cool to see The Elite back together it shows how much PAC meant to everyone that they had both Kenny coming back and their first match as a group in 3 years to pay tribute to him. It was a fun throwback match to when we saw the Elite all the time. Just mile a minute high spots with lots of great team offence. The DCF had their moments but they also bumped and sold their asses off as this was a match the faces were always going to win. Seeing stuff like Hangman do the running shooting star for the first time in ages was great. Then the end of the match where they murdered trent with the V trigger Buckshot combo, BTE trigger and the OWA was just fucking mint. So yeah not as much of a tribute match as the opener but you could still feel how important PAC is to all of them by how emotional they were before and after the match. (****1/4)"
[9.0] "A very fun Eight-Man Tag Team Match. We had The Elite fully reunited as they took on The Don Callis Family's Kevin Knight, Kyle Fletcher, Rocky Romero & Trent Beretta in this match. The Elite were awesome. I missed watching them all united as one, and what a beautiful way for them to reunite on this night to pay tribute to PAC. The in-ring action in this match was a lot of fun to watch; Kenny Omega is always a joy. Very happy The Elite came away with the win as the end, and we saw them hug and embrace at the end of the match."
[8.0] "Very fun 8 man with some delightful sequences, Kevin Knight & Kyle Fletcher looked amazing here, not only as a team, but whenever they shared t he ring with Kenny especially it was incredible, kudos to them for heeling it up even on a night like this, Fletcher in particular."
[7.0] "[3.5*] Another great match on this legendary show. The first full Elite reunion in years against the DCF guys, who played their heel characters brilliantly. It must be hard to be a villain in such circumstances, I respect the hell out of that. A party match that made us happy for a while. Very, very fun stuff. Super valuable."
[6.0] "I'm extremely grateful for all these guys doing this. Kenny looked so exhausted and apparently he left Japan to come do this during his time off, so that makes sense. Brought me comfort to see The Elite reunited if only for a night."
"Great choice for a show like this. Just a fun match that gets the crowd going. Lovely stuff great to see Kenny back even if it's under unfortunate circumstances."
[8.0] "A match designed to help everyone feel a little bit better under terrible circumstances and for that alone it deserves a ton of praise. You could hear Excalibur and Tony losing themselves in the fun of the action and given how boldly they both stepped up to the plate at the start of the show, that was hard-earned and joyful. RPG Vice were there to make The Elite look like stars and the whole DC Family deserve credit for sticking to their bad guy roles, which the crowd fully embraced ****"
[9.0] "Great to see the elite back, Kenny Omega, Hangman Adam Page and the Young Bucks. Just a beautiful 8man tag match, with a lot of tears and emotions in this match, a feel good match, that celebrate so well PAC, with another great friends of him."
[8.0] "A pure action match in the ring. Seeing Hangman after what he said breaks my heart, the way he walked out while crying... God, what a tremendous pain. It was a good match that even felt pretty improvised. Thanks to the wrestlers who participated, thank you for giving PAC this match."
[10.0] "Good to see The Elite reunite and they had an amazing match. I wasn't familiar with Rocky Romero's game. Hangman had me close to balling my eyes out."
[7.0] "Another pretty cool match, marking the return of The Elite's classic formation, and it was very nice to watch the four of them wrestling together once again. The Don Callis Family was there to do the job and they've managed to create a cool and fun heat, specially in the figure of Rocky Romero, who's had a great performance here, playing incredibly well the part of someone who you want to laugh seeing getting mauled. Hangman was visibly very emotional here, and his backstage video was incredibly emotional. The action was very thrilling, with lots of things happening all the time, very fast pace - {***1/4}"
[9.0] "Another awesome match on this show. Hangman's emotion was just pouring out through the screen man it hurts to see. Love seeing everyone go all out on this show. (***3/4)"
[10.0] "I'm so glad and delighted to see The Elite all together, waited this for a long time. Much love to Hangman who was devastated but fought like a god with Kenny and the Bucks. The match was insanely cool, very fast and full of throwbacks (too sweet, Kenny & Hangman moves). The DCF played their role perfectly."
"This was another fantastic match put on during such a beautiful show; seeing Adam Page so emotional throughout was heart-breaking and that goes for a lot of the wrestlers throughout. The Elite reuniting truly is special and they did not slow down one bit in this match as it was fast paced, fun and everyone involved put on a great match. Every execution felt seamless and the tag moves especially from both sides truly were awesome. Overall a very solid match with so much heart and action. All thing Ben excelled in during his entire career, truly a one of a kind talent."
[6.0] "This was a light and easy tag team match to lift the spirits of the crowd. They're not exactly reinventing the wheel here, but it was solid. As is typical of Young Bucks matches felt like it repeated itself a little too much and maybe went slightly long, but you'd have to be a real jerk to genuinely nitpick a match on this show."
[8.0] "Yeah, a very different match from the opening one, but just seeing The Elite reunited has a certain feeling to it. It was really, really good whenever The Elite had control of the match, with some great sequences. A well-executed match overall, even without too many references to PAC, but the respect for him was definitely in the air."
[9.0] "I enjoyed the hell outta this 8 man tag. All 8 competitors just had a fun match full of great action. It's great to see Kenny Omega back. Just seeing Adam Page so emotional during his entrance and in the video talking about PAC made me emotional, that's a side of Page we've never seen from Page. The Romero segment was really funny, Page just coming behind him, Rocky is pleading, then Omega just shows up behind him and they just start doing their tag maneuvers on him."
[8.0] "Great match with a good pace, and awesome to see the elite back even if it's for only this time. This is also the return match for Kenny after All In. Nothing insanely special here just a great match with good callbacks. The ending sequence was really cool to see"
[8.0] "Again, the fact that the Elite abruptly reunited just to honour PAC goes to show you how respected he was among everyone. This match was some good fun! Not many callbacks involving Pac, but there were many great collaborative sequences. The V trigger Buckshot was such a trip down memory lane, and I'm so glad we got it for one more time here."
[8.0] "Lovely match, really good offence and very much a feelgood thing. The Elite got a tonne of their stuff in, loads of the spots you wanted to see and a huge amount of brilliant teamwork offence. The finish with the Buckshot and V-Trigger was fantastic, straight into the BTE Trigger and then the OWA. The four-way Moonsault was spectacular, as was the synchronised four-man dive after the drumbeat, and there were a tonne of brilliant spots throughout. Fletcher got in a great Michinoku Driver, Knight got some fantastic acrobatics including a brilliant top-rope Hurricanrana, and RPG Vice got plenty of time and made the most of it. Just great stuff all around, really good action and incredible to see The Elite reuniting."
[9.0] "A superb old school shameless party match. The Elite made me blub like a baby during their entrance and their professionalism once the bell rang was truly remarkable. Spot after spot, move after move, it's was pure joy. This is exactly what it needed to be."
[6.0] "[3 Stars] A solid eight man tag team match. Similar to the Moxley vs Orange Cassidy match, they kept things light and fun in order to lighten the mood of the night and to give the fans an escape from the horrible tragedy that is the loss of PAC. Can't say I had Hangman doing a full on backflip on my bingo card."
[9.0] "A superb Young Bucks-style multi-man in which everyone got to shine. In fact, this was probably the best tag match on a Dynamite show in months and the second best one on the year. The combination moves from the Elite, especially the synchronized dives at the end, really made this awesome."
[7.0] "The lesser match on this wonderful card and this incredible tribute show, everyone plays their role well enough and I particularly loved seeing Rocky given a spot in this one to shine. Omega being back so soon is so heart warming considering all that he and PAC shared in the start of this promotion."
"[9.5] As I can only comment, I can do whateva the fuck i want. This was an amazing match, and its insane to see a broken up Kenny, a hangman who was very emotional, and the young bucks put out another banger with DCF. I wanna give props to the DCF here, who were professional despite the unfortunate passing of PAC. Such a good match, especially from Kenny, Hangman, and Fletcher. Kevin, Youngbucks, and RPG vice were also good today, but those three were especially good."
[10.0] "Sorry, but I'm giving every match a 10/10. The tributes were absolutely beautiful. The wrestling itself doesn't even matter today, this was all about PAC. We're gonna miss him so damn much. Huge respect to every performer who showed up and gave their all, whether it was in the ring, on the mic, or behind the scenes. Rest in peace, PAC."
[8.0] "Hard to say much that hasn't been said here, but yeah this one delivered as well. Seeing the Elite back together to honor PAC's memory was a wonderful sight to see, they did great for the job they were given. Really not much else to say, I hope everyone's doing okay."
