Ruaka vs. Suzu Suzuki

[5.0] "***1/2 An interesting, entertaining match--though it remained just that: entertainment. There was interesting chemistry; neither wrestler's physical limitations hindered the action, and they managed to put together a fluid, functional bout that kept the crowd engaged. I do think they could have incorporated more brawling at the start. While the sequences, intensity, and pacing were interesting, the match could have been more intense and escalated further; it felt as though both wrestlers were simply trying to maintain a steady rhythm and keep the crowd at a consistent level without shifting gears. The finish was interesting: Suzu avoided Ruaka's trap, used the box to strike her, and immediately finished her off with a German Suplex"

[8.0] "Not hell of a match, but very very solid and entertaining. Today there were two of the most important Ruaka's matches in her career, and even thought the first one had that nasty botch, here everything worked out perfectly. At the beginning and end of the match, Suzu showed that no one can touch her ability to handle foreign objects in the wrestling ring. The middle part also had a mini-plot of Ruaka being too slow with realization of advantage at the very important moment as she did second-rope situation first in situation she could do it from the third rope and basically finish the match. Exciting stuff."

[7.0] "Ruaka is far from become a valid pro wrestler (but she had all the time) but here Suzu gift her with a good match with the people cheering for her"

[5.0] "The in-ring action was mediocre until we get to a botchy looking hurriacana that Ruaka just immediately pops up to no-sell. We then proceed to a ref bump and weapon spot. Oh boy. The only positive thing here is that at least Ruaka isn't taking up a slot further on in the tournament."

[9.0] "On protège tous le monde avec la black box. Hate dans les parages aussi. Par contre le public pendant tous le match est du coté de Ruaka."

[5.0] "This was just an average match, the interference near the end was actually pretty well done and this was a solid bout between two powerhouses but nothing special really, the avalanche hurricanrana no sell was.. interesting. 5"

[7.0] "Ruaka has two good match in row, good to see she has found motivation his this tournament. Some fun spots and good power battle, Suzuki's dominance is never really questioned."

[5.0] "A disappointing bout that interrupts the momentum created by the previous match. The action feels fairly flat and the chemistry never fully clicks, resulting in a match that remains watchable but struggles to make much of an impression."

[6.0] "Another ok Ruaka match on an otherwise stacked card, I can't go higher than a six, there was never any doubt that Suzu was winning this one. It felt a bit like a Collision match but with a much hotter crowd."

[7.0] "A logic win by Suzu Suzuki, the World of Stardom champion, she is going to face Starlight Kid in the semi final match of her block. This match was good, but I never cared about Ruaka in this match, but it was still a good wrestling match here."

[8.0] "WHAT THE HELL HAS HAPPENED TO RUAKA? ! Why she's suddenly putting on banger matches like i'm getting invested so badly into her! Maybe i'm gonna sound crazy but i need her to beat Hanan for the belt at this point. Coming back to this match, it was really good with just to big women going at it at full force, i love the finish cause it had me hooked and thinking Ruaka is winning. ****"

[7.0] "Solid match, two big powerhouses throwing huge shots at each other until one of them falls over is always going to be a fun time, and that's what we got here. Suzu came out steaming here, attacking Ruaka right off the bat, taking her outside, and throwing her into the chairs (sigh), before tossing a chair at her head. The match evens out a lot from here, though, and I like how this was very strike oriented, basically more of a slobber knocker, seeing who could take the most punishment and survive the slugfest. HATE get involved a couple of times, firstly with Momo using the bat as Suzu is running the ropes, and then later sliding the case to Ruaka for the finish, who attempts to use it, only for suzu to dodge it, use it herself, and then pick up the win with a suplex. Good, enjoyable match that see's Suzu advancing to the semi's. Fun stuff."

[8.0] "Another very solid performance for Ruaka. A good slugfest with satisfying finish and very little nonsense."

[8.0] "Outside of the early shortcut to shave some time, Suzu again led a very good tournament match with a wrestler way below their level; Ruaka kept up with everything Suzu threw at her and Suzu made Ruaka look good in spots to make the match feel closer than it really was. The atmosphere of the crowd being so behind Ruaka and Suzu's work to make her look credible made this an impressive carry job."

[7.0] "It is for me the worst match of the show with Ruaka vs Hanan but once again the match was good, Suzu Suzuki remains undefeated in this tournament and goes to the semi-finals as champion."

[5.0] "Suzu knows the HATE gameplan, and decides to do it herself before Ruaka gets a chance to. However, Ruaka is able to do it herself while they're outside anyway. I struggled to get invested in this. Didn't feel a real story being told, and the work-rate is only decent. Suzu using the Tequila Shot as a set up move for a German Suplex confuses me greatly. It should be the other way around."
