Brad Bradley vs. Stan Dupp

[4.0] "A fine enough match that's only brought down by both how simplistic it is and that the finish feels quite unsatisfying. A lot of clubbing forearms and basic Bear Hugs and Turnbuckle Tackles. It does a decent job of making Brad Bradley seem like an up and coming monster with some neat Suplexes and a stellar Backbreaker sell by Stan Dupp but for the most part it's nothing crazy going on, and as I said the finish is pretty eh for all that build up of Bradley for a majority of the match and looking way more impressive than Stan Dupp both in storyline and not. After dominating the match Bradley misses a Diving Elbow Drop and Stan Dupp gets a single Clothesline to knock Bradley loopy and then get hi into a Rear Naked Chokehold to get Bradley to suddenly tap. But there's not much energy to this sudden finish where the emergency alarms feel like their ringing for those in the crowd or myself watching and then suddenly, bang, Stan Dupp wins. I don't mind a surprise finish but this one just didn't really feel earned for the match it was depicting itself as. So I'm left kind of just going "Oh" and shrugging my shoulders."
